Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

So for my birthday gift, my hubby took me here. He usually gets his massage here, but I’m not much of a massage person because I don’t like other people touching me and also I’m very ticklish (I stay away from pedicures too due to this fact) and therefore I wish to stay away from that area before I kick someone by laughing. Anyhow, I’ve never gotten a facial so my hubby signed me up for it which was super sweet of him!
At first it was uncomfortable because I didn’t like having humidifier on my face for an hour while the lady did her stuff, but then you get used to it. She was pretty funny by telling me stories of her family, and giving me advice on how to wash my face (she was horrified when I told her I wash my face with bar soap).
Overall, the staff was friendly and the result was amazing. My face looked so clean and felt so soft. Also she did something where my slight rosasia did not show! (red spots on face). So that was pretty amazing. I’d like to come here again sometimes.

Jeremy was excellent. If you’re looking for a great massage to really ease your aches and pains — he’s your guy.

Been looking for a massage place and I have FINALLY found one. The guy at the front desk was incredibly helpful and my therapist Marissa was great at what she does. I was impressed to get hot towels on my back, feet and neck without being nickel and dimed! Was a little bummed I didn’t take advantage of some of the spa add ons! Next time for sure. I’m most likely going to take advantage of their monthly massage plan. I’m getting a facial next week!

I won’t say it was the best massage I’ve had but it was good enough to get some relaxation and stress relief. I had the 50 minute Swedish massage and hot towel foot treatment with lavender aroma.
Hey we’re able to adjust my appointment time from 1 to 12 last minute with no problem. Their customer service was stellar. I prefer a medium to firm pressure and next time I may just go with indicating solely firm. The massage table was comfortable, environment calming and peaceful. The massage was one hour nearly to the minute. If I’m in Seattle again I will consider returning but I’m not completely opposed to trying a new place.

Wow, this place is so nice. I had to make an account to leave some nice words. They have a nice selection of products for facials (Clarity). though the price is a little steep, members get 10% off, and after some research, I could not find a singe store that sold it for any discount. Win!
I have had a massage here as well as a facial, and they were both amazing. I thought I would pamper myself a bit for my upcoming birthday and I was not disappointed! Marissa did a wonderful job on my massage and Nia was super with my facial. I would highly recommend giving this place a try!

Being a short hairstylist, my back and shoulders need to be given some tough love more often than I have been showing them. Melissa works every muscle knot and pays attention to where she feels tension and always asks me what’s been bugging me so she can work those areas. I would describe my massage sessions as one of those «hurts so good» feelings haha but I’m sure if you need a nice gentle rub she could do that too.
Ask for Melissa!!! I think she works everyday except Wednesdays and Fridays.

I was having some major hip and shoulder pain. I needed to see someone quickly. I searched, and found a same day appt here. It was my first time here, I got a 90 min massage with 15mins additional foot work.
I worked with Melissa. It was my first time seeing her. I told her what was wrong, and told her, «you’ve got 90 mins to fix me» we both laughed. But man, when I told her to work me over; did she ever! She got all the spots I mentioned and then some. It’s funny how when you’re getting worked over, yet it’s so relaxing I can pass out! But melissa was great, I would definitely recommend her if you’re having severe tightness and tension.
The only downside is, there’s no back room for clients to sit and wait for your therapist. The waiting room is right in front.

I came here for their introductory price offer, which is a great deal. Quality of the therapists is commensurate with the prices they charge, so I think a high rating is fair. If you are looking for a very luxurious place, this is not for you. It is in a plaza and feels very Bed Bath and Beyond. If you are looking for the highest quality massage, you might be disappointed, but you can’t really expect the world at this price point. Overall, I recommend if you are looking for a quick fix at a convenient location.

I have been a member for nearly a year now and I am a former 2-​year Massage Envy member. First off, level set expectations. It is clean, easy to make an appointment and I have found their products to be good quality– Perhaps a little steep to purchase facial products retail. It is not a high-​end spa, but nothing to turn your nose up to (and I will if necessary). I will say I prefer their facials to massages only slightly, but have always been satisfied with my services. The staff is always courteous and I always leave very relaxed. One thing I will say is I have found both an esthetician and massage therapist at this location I really liked and they have both moved on. Having said that, I have not had a bad experience and been very satisfied with services by new people. Another plus is you can cancel your membership at any time unlike other similar establishments.

High hopes. I received a «hour long» sports massage from (forgot his name) a big burly guy. My appointment was scheduled @ 3:15pm I walked thru the door @ 3:17pm (totally my fault) the lady in the counter was awesome & had me fill out some paperwork. I got to meet my masseuse shortly after @3:25pm went in the room and he had asked me where my trouble spots were & told me to get ready. So he walks in @3:35 and does his thing. (Honestly felt like he was gently tapping my body) and told me it was done. I looked up at the clock… It was 4:15pm… Hmmmm, my first time ever getting a massage and I felt kinda cheated. Hope you guys have a better experience than I did.

It was an ok place, they ran about 15 minutes behind schedule and the massage was mediocre. Probably won’t come back.

I went in to purchase a package as a gift for Father’s Day. Lady was really nice helping me… So when my boyfriend went in to get his massage on Father’s Day they said they were booked! So he tried to get in the next day, they were also booked as well! So this is where I really got frustrated, when I went in to purchase the gift I specifically told the lady it was a gift for Father’s Day and he would be coming in ON FATHER’S DAY to use it. So clearly there was a lot of miscommunication! My boyfriend told me the lady he spoked to at the desk was very unprofessional about the whole situation and not helpful and left a bad taste in his mouth and told me I should just try to get a refund. Well thanks for ruining our Father’s Day Hand and stone massage. Try to be more professional and CLEAR next time instead of just trying to sell!

I went for a relaxing massage and a facial but what I got was quite different.
I don’t think you should end up with bruises after your massage. I have had several massages and ending up bruised was a first for me. I asked for a medium pressure massage and commented the pressure was a bit much but that didn’t make much difference.
Then I went for my facial, I’ve had many in the past, this facial was more of a facial cleansing with more massage thrown in. The woman who gave me my facial said she’d meet me out front after she finished but I never saw her again and I waited out front for a good 10 mins.
There is a bright spot at this spa though. The receptionists are very friendly and accommodating.
Maybe they were having an off day, I don’t know but they were not very busy and I will not be going back.

Passing by here while doing shopping in the outdoor strip mall, right away I noticed their sign on the sidewalk. If I hadn’t seen the sign, I would have kept walking by.
Of course, being the Unilocaler I am, I investigated before I walked in to inquire.
Introductory prices for first time guests is AWESOME! $ 50 for 1hr massage or $ 60 for 1hr stone massage is great! But, what is better is checking in with Unilocal and getting an additional 10 $ off for your first visit!!!
I immediately scheduled a 1hr massage for a few days later. Upon my arrival, I was asked to complete simple paperwork as a new patient and given the option for adding on items such as a peppermint scalp massage… $ 10, sure!
Store front it looks small, but once past the greeting area is plentiful treatment rooms. Rooms have standard décor and I wish it appeared more relaxing with soothing colors vs standard business type colors, but not a huge deal. I really love the electric massage tables that offers the practioner ease with lowering and highering the table and as a customer a smooth ride.
My practioner was pleasant and very good with her flow of movements and pressure. They offer both female and male practioners which is nice for choice.
I would give this place another go especially with its convenience. It does not however remind me of a spa so I would go elsewhere for a spa experience.

Just went here for the first time and had a fantastic massage from Robert. He did an amazing job on my trouble areas. Really nice professional place. I am pretty certain I will join their membership program. Been wanting to find a nice, nearby place for regular massages and think I just found it!

My best friend wanted to get a massage done at the same time in the same room, we booked a couples hot stone massage. Loved the atmosphere there and loved the massage. Will be back again and will book one for my parents as well! :) reasonable price as well!

Great location. Took advantage of the 1 hour massage for $ 50. Rooms were nice and relaxing. However the massage I received was lackluster. I advised therapist I preferred medium to hard pressure. I received light to moderate pressure. My husband also got a massage and his result was the same.
