Enzo was great. I read the glowing reviews online and was in a hurry as I had a new listing to put on the market. Enzo came out the next day and did a beautiful job. I would use him and recommend him without hesitation.

Have you ever bought something and before you can even get over the feeling of excitement; unforeseen circumstances 180’d that moment? I had that happen on one of the most monumental moments of my life. My first house. The gateway to adulthood and being a young professional. My dog ripped (literally) that moment from me.
Before I left for work, I put my dog outside in his newly acquired fenced in domain. Long story short I come home to find that I have some sort of reverse psychology mastermind on my hands that wants to break IN to the house. Usually we had to worry about him breaking OUT of the house. Fast forward 5 hours and I come home to what I was hoping was a happy dog outside with minor holes in the ground. No! Not the case. I come home to the biggest rager’ that a young pup could have in my house! The main damage was the carpet. He had found a seem string of some sort and pulled it up and ripped up the carpet. I didn’t know whether to walk back outside and try it all over again to find a different result or just cry then and there in front of my puzzled dog surrounded by his Arsenal choices of destruction. I did what anyone would do in my situation and I got on Unilocal.Searched carpet repair. Found Enzo called him, he asked for pictures for an estimate. Sent them. He called me back. Gave me an awesome price! Asked when I would like it done. I said «for a price like that, you tell me when». He said «how about tomorrow evening». Less 24 hour repair?! Unheard of. He came and did a great job with a great personality to go with the work. Definitely someone you can welcome into your home and trust to do a great job. Thanks Enzo for letting me capture that special moment back with the new home!

Enzo is a pro. He took the time and care to install our family room carpet beautifully. There were several seams involved and he melded them together «seamlessly». They aren’t visible at all, and they won’t come apart, which goes back to the fact that he took the time to do it right. Enzo is a skilled craftsman but won’t take forever to complete the job.
He was good with communication prior to coming out, got straight to work, wasn’t distracted by his phone, and gave me a competitive price.
I’m planning to hire him to do the stairway and my daughter’s room next.
I recommend him.

Enzo did great work. He was very flexible to work around our schedule. He replaced all the carpet on our stairs, stretched the carpet in the master bedroom and he also fixed the carpet in a guest bedroom that was ruined from my cat’s scratching it. You can’t tell it was damaged! He did all of this for a reasonable price.
Would definitely recommend.

Enzo was great! He was available to repair my carpet after my dog damaged it by trying to chew his way out. He fit me into his schedule the same day! Very happy with his work, quick and efficient and the price was extremely fair! Would definitely recommend him!

We relocated from San Diego to the Seattle area this week and the upstairs wasn’t ready to move in. We called Enzo. He made time in his busy schedule and was able to get our carpets done right away. Because we needed the bedrooms done first, Enzo worked around our needs to move into each room as it was completed! But most importantly, when the carpet rolls arrived with one roll different than the rest, he took the time to piece the front stairs so it looked amazing! I would absolutely recommend Enzo for your next carpet installation.

Super happy with Enzo’s work. He was planning on coming out the same day I called. That didn’t end up happening due to the job he was in running over, so instead he came out the next morning before I left for work, repaired a patch of carpet where an iron had been set down, cleaned up after himself and was gone in time for my morning to proceed as normal.
The patch job was really good using some remnants I had left over, and the fact that he prioritized my repair and scheduled his time to suit me really really was refreshing.

Our dog tried clawing his way out of the room and damaged our carpet. We gave Carpet Proz a call and scheduled a repair for the next day. The carpet guy (Lorenzo) was on time & very friendly. The price was fair considering the damage done. We can’t even tell where the damage was after he fixed it! He did a great job!

I hired Lorenzo from Carpet Proz to fix my carpets [from dog scratched carpet] after my mother recommended them. I have had the carpets repaired before and thought the job was good but Lorenzo @ Carpet Proz was much much better. He took about an hour to do three different spots and you can’t even tell that patches were missing. I would definitely recommend.
