Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Walked into the store and asked to see the Highlife Series. The the associate explained the hot tub was out of my budget and she did not want to put a financial burden on me. Basically profiling me and my family and then asked what I did for a living! We walked out of the store and I contacted the head sales manager Patty «Hot Tub». Patty was amazing answering all our questions and even came out the house to show us exactly where the hot tub would fit! I have even texted Patty on a Saturday night with questions and got an immediate response. If you want a Hotsprings Tub don’t even set foot in the Fife store!!! Call Patty «Hot Tub»!!! Employees like her are keeping Olympic in business.
