The mild wings were great. Meaty and crispy, loved them. Pizza fries were terrible as I anticipated and delivery was a bit slow but the delivery kid was cool. Wings definitely made up for it all. Will order wings here again

Being new to the area and unimpressed with I love, it was our mission to locate our new pizza place. Jeb’s may be it, but it will take a couple more orders from other locations to know for sure. We got a pizza and wings with mozzarella sticks. The fried cheese was as expected, nothing special. They’ve got raspberry sauce if you’re a fan. The wings were different than most other pizza joints. The wings were breaded which made me think I was having fried chicken more than buffalo wings. Not bad, just not my idea of pizza and wings. The pizza was good but greasy as can be. Dripping wet. I’m not a fan of it but I won’t deny that it was a tasty pie, although not in my all time top 10. All in all, the crust and sauce were solid and I’ll order from Jeb’s again.

Jeb’s is kind of a little-known treasure to RPI students like myself. Everyone goes to Big Apple because it’s close, but their pizza is shit compared to Jeb’s. I’ve tried pretty much every place in Troy, and Jeb’s is hands-down the best. The staff is always super friendly, and even go as far as to thank you for your business. I’ve eaten pizza in a ton of shops up and down the East Coast, and Jeb’s is easily among the best I’ve tasted. Stop wasting your time at Big Apple and try Jeb’s — you won’t be disappointed.

Seriously impressed by this place! First off, Jeb himself delivered our food THATHEMADE. Really shows that they care about what they do and their customers. The food was so good! We ordered The Cartel pizza and it was really well-balanced with great flavors and a crispy crust. When we opened the box up, I said, «Oh man, it smells like Mighty Taco but way better!»(fellow Buffalonians will know what I mean). I’ve had some not so great Mexican pizzas in the past, but this one was miles above those. We also got an order of hot wings that did not disappoint. They have a great flavor v. pure hotness profile(not just hot for the sake of ruining your night), and are less vinegar-y and more tangy with a full flavor. We’ll definitely be ordering from here again, and suggest that you do too!

Never again will I order from Jeb’s Pizza. I placed an order for a veggie pizza through grub hub last night. The estimated delivery time was an hour which I thought was long but I’m determined to find a good pizza place in the Cohoes area. An hour and twenty minutes later I called the restaurant to ask where my order was. It’s sort of confusing to get to my apartment so I thought maybe they were lost. The person on the phone said the driver was out, but would call and see where it is. She called me back 10 minutes later to say that my order wasn’t even out of the oven yet. ANHOURAND A HALFLATERMYORDERFOR A PIZZAISN’T DONE?! She said she’d throw in a free appetizer which I turned down(like I want to wait LONGER for you to cook something else for me), and asked if I still wanted the pizza. Well, duh! I’m hungry, I’ve been waiting for over an hour and half and it’s now almost 10pm. 35 – 40 minutes later they finally deliver it. The guy said he was Jeb, the owner and wanted to personally deliver it. Well he did but it was cold. Yes, I waited over TWOHOURS for a cold pizza. Wish I could take back the tip I put on the card. The pizza was so so. the sauce wasn’t anything special and mostly bland. Definitely not worth waiting two hours for. Don’t order from here.

For the impatient: as good as(if not better than) any pizza I’ve found in the Capital Region, along with outstanding wings. Another reason why Troy is rapidly becoming the«food capital» of the tri-city area. A bit of background is in order before I begin. While we both grew up in the area, my wife and I lived out in the Western part of United States for many years. When we returned a few years ago, one of the things we anticipated was really good pizza. This is because you cannot find good New York-style pizza out West. We settled in Troy, and while we found several good restaurants in and around where we live, the pizza was, well… with one or two exceptions, underwhelming. Then, recently, along came Jeb’s. Initially, we steered clear figuring that it was just another«pizza disappointment» in Troy. But, after seeing a couple of Unilocal reviews, we stopped in one evening and ordered a pizza and some hot wings. We were quite impressed, but I decided to wait a bit and see if it was a fluke. After trying again, I can honestly say that it is the best pizza I’ve had in Troy. Great crust, good sauce, and most importantly it is balanced. Not too much of anything, not too little. You can pick up a slice, folded, and experience pizza heaven. Just what we’ve been waiting for. Special mention has to be made about the wings. The first time we had them, they were good(and large) but I like mine a little crispy. We were told next time to order them«extra crispy». We did, and the difference was just what we’re looking for: crisp on the outside, tender and juicy inside. We also decided to try the spicy jerk sauce and were quite impressed with the flavor. That particular style could’ve been hotter for our tastes, but everybody has a different opinion on that subject. Overall, these are the kind of wings I remember enjoying many years ago. I’m quite happy about that. To top it off, the folks running it are very pleasant and accommodating. Exceptionally easy to talk to, and quite proud of what they are creating. It really makes a difference when the people making the pizza are putting their ideas and passions into it. Try Jeb’s, you won’t be disappointed.

The pizza here is probably the best you can get when not in downtown Troy, the owner is incredibly friendly and nice, and the cost is cheap. While the selection is generally only a pie or two, I’ve yet to be disappointed by just ordering what’s out, and I generally avoid peppers and olives, but not here. My heart sinks whenever someone wants to get pizza at Big Apple when there’s Jeb’s not that much further out of the way. Open late nights on Fridays at least as well I believe.

This pizza is hands down the best pizza outside of New York City. The delicious sauce is home made by the owner. The pizza is thin crust, New York style, and has just the right cheese to sauce to crust ratio. Did I mention the crust? It is perfectly crisp on the bottom and is never soggy. The place is open nightly, but I was told may open for lunch soon. The restaurant is extremely clean, and doesn’t have much ambiance, but is the perfect spot to stop for a quick inexpensive bite. Every time I have been in, which is a few more times than I would like to admit since I discovered the place, the service has been super friendly. The menu has the usual wing, sub, pizza offerings, and prices are very reasonable. For the perfect slice, try Jeb’s pizza, one slice may not be enough.
