Great attentive and timely service.(It was 8am though) asked for a gluten-free menu and had traditional breakfast without toast or pancakes ;). Delicious! I recommend it! Driving through and this place hit the spot!

Usual long waits, Standard American Diet foods. Most of their income is generated from the merchandise in front of the restaurant. It’s a typical cracker barrel, we had efficient service. I don’t think i will return to this location, there are so many other food options if you drive another fifteen minutes, or even back towards the highway. The food prices ought to adjust for the location they are in, we found foods to be 10−15% cheaper at other restaurants here. I understand that may be challenging to pull off for a chain.

The only reason this is getting one star is the server was very nice and the coffee was good. The rest of the meal was horrible. The eggs, bacon, and hash browns were ice cold, when the mamas pancakes came they were supposed to be smothered in Apple topping with whipped cream. I have had this at multiple Cracker Barrel locations in many different states and have never had them served any other way. Today they came with a frozen lump of butter and a side dish of fried apples. When I said they were supposed to be on the pancakes she said they do it this way so you can put on what you want. Then they should not say on the menu it will be covered in your topping choice. I feel like the server knew it was wrong but was just standing up for the cook. Complaining to her would do no good sense I already pointed out the problem and she brushed it off. This location seems to have a very lazy staff. I will never come back to this Cracker Barrel and it will be a long time before I give another one a try.

Terrible experience. My drink mug broke in half when it was full spilling strawberry drink all over my shirt, shorts, leg, underwear and shoe. The bottom half landed on my privates before rolling off and cutting my friends leg. My shirt being worn for the second time and shorts for the first time are now ruined. I’m sticky and kinda hurt cause the bottom of the mug was heavy and I got offered desert. I declined cause I was getting pretty uncomfortable and was never offered a discount, or anything. I paid full price as did my buddy with the cut leg. This place obviously cares more about the bottom line than taking care of the customer. Won’t have the opportunity to take care of my family again.

Do NOT go here on Sunday if you have more than 4 in your party. I’m not sure when more than four people became impossible to seat but our party of 6 waited an hour for a table while watching about 20 parties of 4 or less be seated ahead of us. When we checked in there were only 6 or 7 people ahead of us(all 4 or less) which is why we decided to wait. We were told it would be 20 to 25 minutes. Hah! Absolutely no effort was made to join two tables together or anything. Apparently our huge family will have to find a more accommodating place.

Not up to CB standards. I ordered scrambled eggs which came crumbled & like warm. I hate to complain but did… they made it right with a fresh batch that was obviously just made. However, I’m pretty sure my husband’s pork sausage patty was cooked medium-rare but he didn’t bring it to their attn(smoked?)… hopefully, he doesn’t die. The coffee’s good!

Good ol country food. They have the best smoked sausage ever!!! Great biscuits with choices of good jams and jelly. They cook your food up fast for you. The workers are friendly too. However be prepared for a long wait if you go on a Friday or Saturday night. But it’s not their fault people love their food. Go try it.

Food is amazing here. Service is good, our waitress was very attentive. I got the chicken fried chicken with country green beans, some very tasty mac & cheese with steamed broccoli. Sweet tea is fantastic. Highly recommended.

Food was good, better than some of the others I have been to. The server was good and even talked with us and asked where we were from/going. Would recommend this location and will stop in again while traveling thru the area.

The waitress was very friendly. Quick service. My turkey sandwich was really small and I got one little piece of turkey. Prices were a little expensive.

Typical Cracker Barrel food(do they have a Star Trek replicator in the kitchen? Everything, at every store seems to be the same). Very, very busy this visit. Tight and cramped in the dining area. Our server, though new, was competent. Warm to semi-hot food arrived. Dietary and nutritional information still a closely held state secret. Meh. I am a IHOP-A-Holic. Your mileage may vary.

Not mt cup of tea but I’m sure some love this place. The service here was excellent. The menu does include some refreshing offerings such as the low-carb country grill sampler which is above average. Ingredients and recipes are rather bland, predictably. Cod fried fish was pretty dry, perhaps overcooked. I always prefer a one-off local establishment for their fresher take on local cuisine.

Overpriced and Overrated. I got the smokehouse breakfast & substituted hash browns for grits. Didn’t realize that was $ 2.49 extra until I got my bill. With $ 2 tip & glass of orange juice, my breakfast was $ 14.86. Another patron @ my table ordered a $ 2.79 side of sausage. Only one piece of sausage about 1⁄8 inch thick. No Military Discount this location. *Cant blame them for charging high prices when people are lined up at the door to get in. I don’t get it?

I haven’t really had too many bad experiences at any Cracker Barrel and I’ve probably been to about 10 different ones throughout a few states… I love that they have a gift shop where I can browse while waiting for a seat if there is a short wait. I love the rocking chairs for sale outside you can sit in and wait if you’d prefer to do that. I love their sweet tea. I love that they serve breakfast all day. I love their blueberry waffles and blueberry syrup for said waffles. I love their biscuits and gravy. I love the huge fireplace that is always burning in the winter. In short. I love it! Service at this particular location was prompt and our waitress was very friendly and attentive, but not overly so. The food arrived quickly, well prepared and delicious as always. I ordered the Country Boy Chicken Fried Break fast which comes with a generously sized breaded and country fried chicken breast smothered in white gravy, grits, two buttermilk biscuits with more white gravy on the side in a bowl, two eggs cooked to order, and a choice between their hashbrowns or cinnamon apples(both are amazing and it’s hard to choose one — I chose apples this time). You can ask for jelly, honey, jam, apple butter for the biscuits. My chicken this time was a little overcooked and a tad hard but it was still good, just not as good as previous times I’ve been. Everything else was delicious and I ate way more than I should’ve. No complaints. MMmmmm!

We had just got off the James river and wanted a good meal. Crackle Barrel was just the place to go. Friendly, quick service. Home style meals at affordable prices — very clean!

I hate to do this, but this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. Sadly, it’s turned me off to Cracker Barrel forever. We just traveled 10 hours and were starving for some CB goodness. We are seated next to the window. A few seconds after sitting down, my husband noticed a bug on the window. Upon further inspection, there were SEVERAL of these strange triangluar shaped bugs I’d never seen before all over the window ONTHEINSIDE. We weren’t sure whether or not we should just pack up and leave altogether, but we were so hungry and didn’t know where else to go and the thought of packing the kids back into the car and foraging for food was not something we were about to embark on. We brought it to the manager’s attention who apologized and seated us elsewhere. We order drinks. The waitress returns with our drinks, trips and spills soda all over our table and my 3 year old daughter was soaked with soda. She apologized profusely and moved us again. Great. The food was alright. We noticed that not so long after we brought the bugs to the staff’s attention, they were seating another family in the same seat. REALLY? Thanks to a Google image search, we found out they were stinkbugs. God forbid one of those things got on our clothes and we brought them home. Smh. At the end, you’d think that with all of these unfortunate events that occured during our visit the management would have comped something off the bill, even if it was just a drink that was spilled all over us, but no. Nothing was comped. Thanks to this experience, I’m turned off by Cracker Barrel and won’t ever be returning. If anyone in the area is looking for a place to eat, look elsewhere. The vibe was very quiet and creepy at this particular location. Not what I expected. I should have listened to the prior reviews before stepping foot into this joint but if you absolutely MUST — STAYAWAYFROMTHEWINDOWS!

Really slow service, the greasiest bacon and eggs I’ve ever had, dirty silverware, bland gravy and a snotty waiter! At least the atmosphere sucks.
