Holiday Inn Express Troutville – Roanoke North

We spent one restful, comfortable night here and enjoyed a very good self-​serve breakfast. The Staff was attentive and friendly. If we are in this area again (which is likely as my wife has family close by) we will check this place out FIRST. Holiday Inn Express is where we generally like to stay and this one did not disappoint.

We lucked out and grabbed a room for the night here on our way to Bristol TN. We got an executive king room and it was huge. You could have fit two normal hotel rooms into ours. Super clean and well appointed. Very good free hotel breakfast. Super friendly staff. Only ding is that we heard a lot of noise in our room, which doesn’t bother us, but I’m sure it would bother some. But overall a great hotel that I highly recommend.

Stayed here last night with my grandma! have stayed here in the past because it’s the perfect distance from nj to nc for my road trip pit stops! The hotel was so pleasant as it always is. We checked in around 11pm and got a great room. Very very clean. (The only down fall to the room is the fan heater thing it’s very loud when you are sleeping and there isn’t a option to turn off) anyways breakfast was amazing! There biscuits were sooo good! And they have alot to choose from. This lady her name was Jane was so helpful to me this morning. Very good at her job and deff a asset to the hotel. And I made sure I told the front desk when I checked out! Also if your traveling with a Sr citizen. you get a discount! Go figure! Lol but over all it was an excellent stay!

Clean rooms, Very well kept! Has been renovated. Flat screen tv’s, mini fridge, coffee pot and microwave in rooms.

Came to natural bridge for a short vacation with the kids before school starts again. We were planning to stay at the hotel in natural bridge, but the reviews were less than desirable. Found this one on Unilocal and glad we switched. It is 30 away, but well worth it.
The food selection near by is also a big bonus.
The rooms are very clean, comfortable beds, and great housekeeping. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a place to stay while in the area.

Really enjoyed the hotel. We chose this to stop over night on our road trip. I know Holiday Inn express hotels can always offer great service. Room was clean. Breakfast in the morning offered a wide variety of food — standard: eggs, muffins, biscuits, pancakes, etc…

Came here for the night was so nice! My wife and I will be back soon the room was so nice and clean! The breakfast was awesome it is served from 6:30 am to 9:30 am. Food was great! Such a great stay woke up Refreshed and ready to go with a full Stomach! Thank you Holiday Inn express Troutville, Virginia for a great time.

Clean, new and friendly staff

We were in Roanoke for a family event and arrived the day before a huge storm that left power outages all over the region. The room was spotless and cool — a welcome relief after the bargain basement place we’d stayed the night before. The staff members were friendly and courteous, and the breakfast fresh and tasty. This will be a our operating base when we return to the area.
