First of all the only reason I gave 1 star is because the guys who delivered and put together the furniture were good, but as far as the salesman I worked with, John, was very unprofessional. I would never purchase another piece of anything from this store. They think they can use the markup pens to cover up scratches and hope you don’t notice them! Then when you tell them you don’t want this table because of the covered up scratches they still want you to pay for it and come pick out another table! Totally unhappy customer! Just glad I’ll never have to deal with them ever again!

I was looking for a sectional sofa a guy by the name of Michael Vietnamese guy try to help us only to be insulted by the lack of knowledge, he was tell me that a plastic sofa he had in fact was a 100% pure leather it look so sheep, made of vinyl he had low quality merchandise, as well as he is a low class”, Bad «manners insulting us, he say that he was single and my wife was very pretty, i don’t recommend This Place we walk away to another furniture co. with better service and «MANNERS » i give them from 1 to 10 Minus 5 HOPE THIS HELP

Mimicking what others have been saying, this place has been «Going out of business» for years now,… maybe it’s time!
Family bought a sectional sofa about 1.5 years ago. Now the material is deteriorating on the section where it reclines (foot rest area). The quality is horrible.
Now I went into the shop instead of just coming here to whine about it, to see what they have to say. I asked them about the color of the material so that I can try to get it fixed, they seemed to answer this as if they are asked A LOT!!! I also asked about warranty and man, that was a bad idea, DEFENSIVE!!! Needless to say we will NEVER buy from here again, couch wise. Tables are tables and you can tell from just looking at them, what you are getting.
I would not recommend this place to a friend, however being in Tracy area you have little choices without commuting.
BTW, don’t think actually care about the reviews, so this is less for them and more for the unsuspecting customer.

I decided to stop in today just to see how there Liquidation/​Going out of Business sale is going. They’ve been going out of business or in Liquidation mode for the past 5 years. Too Funny. They should simply change there name to Tracy Furniture Liquidation Center and be done with it. The furniture is so so and not of the best quality. Nice furniture stores no longer exist in Tracy, you have to go to Stockton, or to the South Bay. 5 Stars for staying in business for so many years! –3 Stars for faking us out with all the Liquidation and Going out of business hoopla.

ok so you are going into a furniture store so you need to be prepared, you have to do your homework check out other places and get prices and be ready to haggle. The staff is super nice, but you have to make an effort… the price we payed for our dining room table was rock bottom, the service was good and the delivery was on time… no drama… highly recomend

I was lured in by a mailer for their HUGE MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND TENT SALE (yes it was all in caps).
They appeared to have a decent selection, but nothing that really spoke to me. We came across one sectional we were somewhat interested in, but the sales person was only interested in selling us the floor model, not what would work best in our home.
Lots of sales people (I dont know if it was because it was a holiday weekend or if thats normal), so it was difficult to just browse.

We strolled in here after having dinner at the Afgani Kebab House next door.
They have a large selection of sofa’s and dining room sets. We were interested in one large coffee table which doubled as a trunk, we didn’t buy it but did take measurements to see how it would look at home.
The staff pretty much left us alone for the most part but they did try to really hard to sell us this one sectional sofa.
Store was generally clean.

Tracy Furniture offers a reasonably good selection of furniture of moderate quality. The prices tend to be high. The store didn’t stand out in any way and we found better selection and prices elsewhere.
In a search for furniture for our new-​to-​us home, we visited this shop. A sales associate breezed over and started walking us through the merchandise. When we resisted his efforts to focus us on a specific item and progress to a sale, he excused himself and let us browse.
The selection varied in style from ho-​hum traditional to modern and edgy, and included a some contemporary. However, the prices were a little off putting. With a little effort, you’ll find equal or better furniture at lower prices at other outlets.
Comparison shopping, we checked out the television stands. They ranged from about $ 300 for cheap-​and-​not-​too-​sturdy-​looking to over $ 600 for a decent, middle of the road stand. We ended up purchasing a television stand of much better quality and design at Costco for $ 499.
