I ate breakfast at this McDonalds in Torrance, CA on 11/11/2015. I had hot cakes & sausage($ 3.19), 2 hash brown($ 2.38), and 2 medium orange juice($ 3.98). The employees here were especially helpful and pleasant. Plus, I took photos.

Large fries came out barely half full, employee told me there was ketchup in the bag when there was none.

This location is horribly managed. Super slow service, counter employees seem clueless and out of it. It’s as if no one here understands the concept of multitasking. When we have gone inside, our order is taken fairly quickly, because there was no other customers inside(drive thru is always busy). But then the counter person just stands there at the register instead of getting our order. As a result of that, we have waited 10 to 20 mins’ on 2 different occasions recently just to get a dipped cone. They wait for someone to come from the back to come out and make the cone? Does this make sense. New management is in order here. The drive thru is super slow as well. This is fast food that is SLOW food.

Usually I don’t really have any problems or issues with this McDonald’s. But today… my brother and his finance bought breakfast from the drive thru and found a half eaten chocolate bar wrapped in a paper napkin in his paper bag. Gross… Nasty…Disgusting!

Worst service, cashier could barely comprehend a drive threw order. We waited 15 minutes for our food and it was bad. Don’t go here

The drive-through was completely full so I wasted time walking all the way inside this location to stand in line for five minutes for them to tell me when I get to the cash register that they’re only accepting cash when they have five cash registers that they’re not even using any don’t even put up a sign or warn you but instead in the middle of rush hour breakfast they say they’re not accepting anything but cash this is absolutely ridiculous in this day and age!!!

From a rude employee to another who was laying on the counter, overflowing trash cans and incomplete orders, can’t say we will come back here!

This McDonald’s is by far, our favorite in the area. There’s always a top notch employee manning the drive thru, which I love! I hate having to repeat myself over and over, just to order a hamburger. That doesn’t happen here. The employees know the menu and have never messed up our order. The dining area is pretty nice and updated and the PlayPlace is relatively clean and the kids seem to love the play structure. Both the dining room and PlayPlace can get very loud in the afternoons, but that is expected due to the nearby schools. The restrooms are average but they have the best hand dryers! I don’t usually use them because they don’t do much for me, but this one actually dries my hands.

Last Sunday, 5÷10÷15, we went through the drive-through in the morning. We had the BEST McDonald’s employee ever taking care of us. Beatrice! She was the friendliest window attendant in my experience. She upsold mini bundt cakes to us in the most clever and cute way; we knew what she was doing but absolutely could not resist. Good luck to you, Beatrice, in all your future endeavors and thanks for making us continue to smile when we remember you!

This location’s dining room is open 24 hrs, which is good if you want a quiet place to study. It also has a nicer environment than most of the other locations. It has wifi also. The food is no different than any other McDonald’s.

The food tastes the same as any other McDonald’s but the service is horrible. Every time I go there the service is slow. Even if you order the simplest thing it takes them 15 minutes to make your food. That’s how long it took them to make me a small smoothie and a small order of fries. Other than that the area is nice and clean, although I couldn’t say the same for the play place.

Best McDonald’s I have ever been to! There is this one tall Hispanic guy who I think the name starts with a D who gives the best customer service!

Standard as a McDonalds goes. My 5yo visits the play area from time to time… I say she would give McD’s 5 stars. :)

This is by far the worst McDonalds. Except for the fact that they always get the order WRONG, nothing else is reliable. I ordered a bacon egg white and cheese biscuit and got a biscuit with bacon only. My friend ordered a hot fudge sundae and got a McChicken sandwich. I’d rather go hungry, since I did go hungry and just paid for it! Whoever manages this location should be fired.

They need management at this one… After having to pull forward to wait for hash browns, 5 came and left the drive through… none of them ordered hash browns? Hmmmm… Finally impatient, I went in and they were coming out with my(WRONG) order — -7 hash browns and only 2 breakfast sandwiches! Well, we kept the free hash browns but had to wait for the corrected sandwich order. Will still go there of course, it’s hit and miss on if they have it together at the time you go…

I really like McDonalds. No, really. Came here last night for a mango smoothie and a big mac and fries because really why not? It was quick, exactly what you’d expect, and kind of delicious at 10:30 on a sunday night. I live in Redondo beach and it was only 1.5ish miles from me. Needless to say, I’ll be back. at 10+ PM, ordering silly amounts of food. cuz who cares.

This is a nice McDonalds spacious and well kept. Staff was nice. This would be a great place to hang and study or chill but according to the sign posted in the dining area i guess you can only chill for 30 mins. I think i’ll need to test that one day lol.

This review is just for the McRib and the service. MCRIB I’m sooooo sad. :(I was really excited to try the very popular McRib for the first time today. And I was sorely disappointed. The meat tasted really artificial, dirty, and just overall gross. If it wasn’t for the barbecue sauce to dominate over this artificial taste, I would’ve probably just thrown it away after one bite. They put too much barbecue sauce on one side and it spilled over the sandwich. And the other side of the sandwich was basically sauce-less. 2 measly pickles with some pathetic little onions. The only good thing about this sandwich was the bites I had that included the bread, barbecue sauce, meat, pickle, AND onion. And I had maybe 2 or 3 of these good bites. :(I can’t even force myself to eat the other half. I guess I’ll eat fries for dinner… SERVICE As always, very fast and efficient. Which is why they serve fast food. The cashier was very nice and polite. I’m pretty sure he was just training because an older woman was watching over him. Either way, the workers seem really nice. I know I know, I’m complaining about the McRib too harshly, considering it IS McDonald’s and I’m paying like $ 3 for it. BUTSTILL! I thought it would live up to its expectations in regard to taste, at least. Thumbs dooown.

This McDonald’s isn’t bad. It has a nice setup inside and was one of the first I’d seen with TV inside. It has a large play area for the kids and the drive-thru is open 24 hours. Trivia! Did I do pizza yet? I don’t think I did. Did you know about the pizza? No? Okay, here goes: In the late eighties to mid-nineties, McDonald’s decided to go into the pizza business; the resulting pizza was bland, and most people who actually wanted pizza went to a pizza place like they always had. The company and its frachisees were left on the hook for expensive new ovens and widened drive through windows that weren’t needed. They also developed the McPizza which resembled a hot pocket and failed miserably. Even saturation marketing wasn’t enough to change the pizza habits of ordinary Americans, and McPizza was gradually abandoned, and generally forgotten. Why did this product fail? In short, people didn’t associate McDonald’s with pizza and they could get better pizza elsewhere.
