food is fine, taste like normal jack in the box, love the curly fries. But what the heck is wrong with the young hispanic guy in the drive through at night. I have been here about three times for late night munchies after work and have had the same guy serve us through the drive through and every time was the same. He is extremely rude, has no idea what customer service is, no hello or smile, just trying to make us hurry our order up when we literally just pulled up to the window. Throws the bag of food at us, just being extremely rushed and there was only 1 other car and the lobby was closed so I know for sure it wasn’t because of a rush or anything. I understand working late SUCKS but you have to do it so might as well be nice to the customers. Super lame customer service, that guys definitely needs some more training. Will not be back here. I came back three times because I understand working late and i gave him the benefit of the doubt-maybe it was busy or he was tired-but three times in a row acting the same way, common-if i was his boss I would most definitely not put up with his horrible service. This jack in the box seems to have a lot of negative reviews-Maybe it’s time to start thinking about upping your game and listening to the Unilocalers unless you don’t want any customers at all! Btw* i usually don’t even post comments or reviews but this place makes me so mad.

Terrible service, no sense of urgency or concern for anything. Parked to go inside, doors locked but hours posted on the door says 11pm(it was 10:05pm) waited in drive thru for almost 10 min when just 2 cars ahead of us., oh wait just got our order, bottom of the bag feels oddly cold… found an ice cube… seriously an ice cube in the bag of food?! …and now I’m updating the review because after arriving home we realized they left out items we ordered and paid for… ridiculous

This place ran out of curly fries and hash browns! I was pretty bummed. Besides that, the Oreo shake is sweet and tasty. The food(that is in their inventory) is served and packaged adequately.

I hate this store at all, they deserve no star. they gave my order really quick which is good but the thing i hate is I ordered supreme croissant breakfast but they gave me a grilled cheese. I want what I ordered and what I paid. They should know that. Im really disappointed.

Seldom go here but each time we have they never get the drive-thru orders right!!! They will charge you for all the items you order but will be missing some. If you happen to check your order right away, and let them know, the employees get defensive and rude no matter how polite you approach them. Make sure you ask for your receipt, because they purposely will forget to give it to you, perhaps when they know you are missing items, so that you don’t rate them in the survey using the receipt number.

We forgot to tell them we wanted curly fries for one kids meal. When we to ask if they could switch it out they wanted to up charge… I’ve never had a problem with this and considering you get like 6 fries, I felt a bit like they were nickle and dining. This location doesn’t have self-serve soda stations, either and I’m sure I’d get charged if I tried to get a refill. The dining room was small and looked like they had just left it dirty since no one was in there. I don’t remember them being this cheap when I lived in the area. Super huge thumbs down.

I have not been to Jack In The Box for a year because of the awful experiences. The crappy food and service to say the lease. A couple of weeks ago I decided the try their breakfast melt. The guy at the drive through could not get the order right. Kept offering me other things. I drove up to the window to explain my order. He was so rude and not friendly. They really need to train the people they hire. They my be all related. The customer service SUCKS! I went to the customer service web-site to make a complain and no one bothered to call me. Now I know why there is never a line at Jack In The Box.

F this place. I only ate in so I could fill my water bottle, but there isn’t a self serve fountain and they wouldn’t fill mine they’d only waste plastic cups to give me 2 total cups of water. Way to be wasteful jerks

Lots of respect for the workers there. There were a group of people making racist comments to us and to the workers. How they r slow coz they r of a specific race… how they r the americans and the workers and us(asian americans) are not true americans… workers there sure didn’t pay attention to those a$$holes. Just trying to complete everyone’s order and get us outta there asap. I felt like i should have called the cops… argh so angry.

Another one of those«you get what you pay for.» The drive through is a confined area where the fumes from the car in front of you make you lose your appetite fast. I’m surprised the employees working the window survive. French fries– seemingly always cold, stale and overcooked. In fact almost all food orders I get there are cold. I rarely get a credit card receipt and have to ask for one. The staff never say«Thank you» and put on an Academy Award performance of «I hate my job and I could care less about the customers.» Well maybe I got a «thank you» one time, but that could be my imagination talking. The only thing they seem to get right are the 2 Tacos for 99 cents even though they are the worst tacos in the world. But sometimes one has to eat and this joint is open 24 hours.

Had a gift card to jack. Just a random stop at this location. Service non existent. You have to ask for every freaking thing here. Ketchup to napkins. Small dining area and food yeah just as expected like service.

This one’s pretty good, but I only order a couple Breakfast Jacks in the morning so I base my rating on that. The ladies that work there are always nice and usually quick in the drive thru.

Figured I’d stop by this place very quickly to get some take out on my way home. The drive thru didn’t have much of a line but the car in front of me had to yell at the box as the workers were speaking Spanish to themselves but over the speaker. She finally got there attention and he immediately ask what she wanted and even as she said her order they once again began speaking Spanish over the speaker. I’m not sure if he didn’t know how to use the head set or what but I hadn’t even given my order and already worried that I’d have a similar problem. It was my turn and of course he couldn’t hear me over the speaker so he repeated my order like 5 times before he finally heard me say yes. At the window I was bombarded by multiple people. Never had three different people handing me my drink, food, and card/receipt. It’s was definitely a weird experience but I’m sure I would go back only cuz I like jack in the box but definitely not for the service.

A @JackBox fairytale Once upon a time in the land of Jack in the Box there was a cute waffle breakfast sandwich who wanted to grow up and become like the queen bee of gourmet waffle sandwiches Bruxie. The Bruxie in OC is famous for their gourmet waffle sandwiches and when I saw that Jack in the Box was offering a waffle breakfast sandwich, I instantly remembered Bruxie. I was really intrigued to find out how this waffle breakfast sandwich would be. Granted, I knew this is a fast food place and in no way gourmet, but I love the concept of waffle sandwiches and wanted to try it. I also had not had Jack in the Box in years and so thought this would be a great time to try it out once again. The waffle breakfast sandwich did not disappoint. Sure it not a gourmet sandwich but it really is not fair to compare to Bruxie which really specializes in waffle sandwiches. This waffle breakfast sandwich of Jack in the Box can hold it’s own though. In between two maple sweetened waffles is an egg, American cheese and Jack in the Box’s new«country-grilled sausage. «The waffle has the right hint of sweet and the egg, cheese and sausage give the right amount of savory. A combo is $ 4.19 and comes with yummy hashbrown sticks and a Java coffee. Like their other breakfast items, you can get it at anytime of the day.

How is this place rated so highly? Had to eat here because we had my little cousin on board and it was the first place we saw that he wanted to eat. We go inside to order and there are 4 employees behind the counter. They’re all speaking Spanish to each other and make us wait. Despite being pale enough to put Casper to shame, I speak fluent Spanish. They weren’t talking about anything work-related. So the woman takes my mom’s order, half in Spanish. She then asks what I want and before I can answer, she turns around and starts chatting with her friend. We get our food. Of course, they messed up a hamburger that was supposed to be plain, but it came loaded with pickles and mustard. My Sourdough Jack was cold. One of the employees had brought her small child to work and she was sitting at a table by herself playing Nintendo DS. Creepy. Just before we left, someone spilled their cup of soda. Instead of cleaning it up, one of the employees put a chair over the discarded cup and went back to work. There was still ice and water scattered everywhere, but they didn’t care. I’m complaining to corporate. This place is ridiculous.

This review is based in comparison with other Jack in the Box’s and other fast food national chain restaurants. Positives — Safe Neighborhood — Next to a gas station if you run out of gas while waiting in the drive through for your order — Breakfast seems to be the most consistent meal this Jack makes. Other times of the day are really hit or miss — Way better then the Burger King that is down the street Negatives –Seating is very limited –The drive through is sometimes very slow –The drive through help can rarely can hear what you are trying to order.
