Wow KFC, are you serious??? You serve this, after we wait for fresh wings? I have had bad experiences with KFC’s in the past but this is the absolute worst ever! How can you serve this…

I went thru the drive thru. When the guy came over the intercom I couldn’t understand him. I ordered and for some reason this guy wanted to give us Pepsi even though we wanted iced tea. When I got to the window he gave me the sodas, yes, we just took the soda. It just seemed easier that way. But, they were spilling over from the top. I asked him for paper towels and he just ignored me. I asked again and he says «paper towels» and I told him the sodas were overfilled and leaking. He finishes what he’s doing and then hands me some towels. He forgot the salt, honey and dipping sauce for the chicken tenders so I had to turn around to get them. A little attention to the customer would be nice.

Due to the incompetence of some cashiers ofthey will not honor s the Unilocal check in coupon for a free large fountain drink because he said «he cannot find it» Sure its a $ 3 drink but out principal and advertising… They should be aware of all the current coupon offers even though they are not paid enough to think and possibly concentrate. However the owner reached out to me saying the team has been trained to handle Unilocal coupons!

2^nd time I come here and I order through the drive-​thru and all I get is a cup of gravy. Where’s the mash potatoes?

This is also a Long John Silver’s! So totally awesome. Too bad it’s so far from where I live. The drive through went fast and the people in the window seemed pleasant enough. Minus a star for forgetting the crunchies that my kids love.

Damn so I haven’t been back to KFC in years, but I was pleasantly surprised by how tasty it was.
My friend ordered the $ 5 fill-​up which included cookie, drink… he got Mac and cheese subbed for the Cole slaw and popcorn chicken.
I got the thigh leg combo subbed Coke slaw for Mac&Cheese…comes with gravy and mashed potatoes.
Chicken was a little salty but the taste was delicious and the meat was very juicy!!! I’m surprised I like KFC so much but the spices are really good. Gravy was tasty and the popcorn chicken was seasoned well and yummy to dip into the gravy.
Whole meal was very cheap around $ 10 for two people.
Definitely wouldn’t come multiple times just due to how unhealthy it is but I know where I’m going to get my cheap popcorn chicken and fried chicken fix now!

I work about 10 min from this location which can be a little risky when you only get a 30 min lunch. I love their chicken pot pies here! Personally, I think they taste just as good or better than any $ 12.99 I wasted at Marie Callender’s for their chicken pot pie.
They currently offer a pretty sweat $ 5 Fill Up deal. It includes a chocolate chip cookie and a medium drink. The times that I have gone have always been in the late evening around 8p. The drive through never has more than 1 car in it. The staff have always seemed well mannered and are always polite when taking my order. Unlike most other fast food joints, the staff always seem helpful and pleasant from beginning to end. I don’t make it a habit to drive out to this location due to the distance, but when I do it’s never been a bad experience.

This place so funny the lady who serve me doesn’t speak English and trying to use the coupon the free drink she did will cost me more if I use it lol why weirdo

Horrible drive thru service! Five dollar fill ups and just gave me 2 drumsticks no thighs, and no mashed potatoes! Only gravy!!!

This place shares a Long John’s Silver and that’s what we came for. Upon entering, it smelled like not so fresh oil. We ordered our food & went to the side where you wait and I caught sight of the kitchen. It was terrible. There was flour, grease and batter everywhere. I immediately lost my appetite and if it wasn’t for the fact that there were only 4 employees and we couldn’t get their attention until our food was up, I would’ve gotten my money back and left. We decided to suck it up and grab a seat… and then there was the dining area. Wow. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since it opened. Every single table was either dirty or had a dirty floor under it. I generally am pretty laid back and try not to make a big deal about things like this but today, this place was just too much of a mess. This is the nearest LJS so needless to say, I won’t be eating LJS anymore.

Really bad customer service. The kid who took my order seemed to be half the world away and did not give a crap. Everyone starts from somewhere kid, but noone will get far with that attitude, kid!

Please read my original review to get the full story, this update it to give an extra star for Danielle, she is a star worthy employee that makes customer satisfaction her goal, she is always friendly and attentive while making sure that your dining experience is top notch. Granted it’s fast food and due to rules that franchisee’s must follow it is hard for any location to excel too much above average, however when you have good employees that care about your customers that is where fast food locations can shine above the rest.

yep. I dont know what but somehow the employee who work in this branch are strange.
They dont seem to know how to talk to customers.
I heard one time when one customer got mad at them, they tried to jump on to the customer.

Not quite good.
Totally disappointed on these people. There are several things that I wanted to be clear with in this people.
1. I want my food to be extra warm not extra cold and extra salty. How can people eat your über salty fries? Even the wings didn’t tasted new.
2. The place was extra dirty. Everywhere was a mess even the counters was a mess.
Wont be coming again.

Kfc is not how I remember as a kid

They got my order wrong first of all but I could have lived with that!
The worst part of it was that a worker dropped a whole tray of chicken!
The workers laughed, looked around and picked it up into a clean tray!
I was already done with my food but I was so disgusted
I will never come back to this location

Terrible food.
We ordered 10pc special meal when we brought them home (0.6 mi away) chicken was already cold and over cooked.
It should be 2 breasts, 3 legs, 3 wings, 2 thights but there’s no breast.
It is not my first time happened and people works there are not professional, no condiments when we came home check the bag.
Not recommend and I won’t never visit there again.

They have a great promotion going on right now on their chicken bowls. $ 5 for a chicken bowl, soda and cookie. Luckily they were out of cookies so they offered a biscuit instead, which I preferred. It was like they were reading my mind.
Always happy with their service here. Four stars!

Rating a fast food chain is odd for me as they all should have the same experience. So really what’s the point of writing a review. Well, this one is different as it is the only one I’ve been to that has a Long John Silver in it. To little did I know, both are owned by Yum Foods. This is actually a plus as I wouldn’t mind some fish and chip some time. But this time I wanted fried chicken.
So first, I came here at 1:30pm. Place had only one other customer in front of me and no diners. Some drive ppl in drive-​thru. Yet the cashier had the «i want to kill myself, i hate my job» attitude. I ignored cause who can really blame her for feel that way even though you shouldn’t project that image.
The chicken wasn’t as great as it use to be. The extra crispy was extra bready. Not usual crunch.
The floor in the dining area was dirty. There’s no reason for that if there are no diners in the restaurant.
So I have to give this place a 2 star as I’ve experience better.

This KFC shares a menu featuring Long John Silver’s seafood (fried fish) and has a drive through as well as dine in /​take out options inside.
It’s a nice location on Torrance Blvd @ Anza.
Parking is somewhat easy, I’ve never had a problem.
I at there on 09÷09÷14 ‘tho, and did get the mashed potatoes and gravy, but the gravy tasted different than before, granted it’s been probably a year since I’ve eaten at any KFC, so maybe they changed the recipe, but it used to be thicker with more of seasoned with pepper and delicious taste… today ‘tho, the gravy was lighter in color, looser in texture (almost like it was watered down) and lacked that KFC gravy flavor I’ve been a fan of. I hope it’s a single incident and not anything new, as I’d miss that original thick brown gravy that was perfect for the mashed potatoes as well as to dip the biscuit into and use for everything else, including creating your own smothered fried chicken and using the gravy over the chicken too…
I had tried their promotional meal items, the $ 5 Meal Deal and the price was right and portions great.
I’d gotten greedy, where my eyes were bigger than my stomach and also bought their «Go Cup» for $ 2.49 that offered a snack sized portion, and I had the hot wings that comes with french fry wedges.
Too… Much… Food… :) — — So, I took some «to go» — — and saved my leftovers for another meal… what a deal !!!
I’d say the «Go Cup» is actually the perfect portion for a nice portion sized controlled lunch and it’s under $ 3 too. It’s not the healthiest meal ‘tho since it is fried and high in sodium etc., but it you’re craving KFC, this is small enough to give you a smile and a fix, and not large enough to give you much guilt :)
