I’ve been coming here since half a year ago. Overall, I really like it here. The location is perfect, it’s clean and well-​kept, there is even a cute fountain outside of the store.
The staff is pretty nice and friendly but they move way too slow… It’s like they are just taking your time you know… Even when the line is pretty busy they still have time to chit chat with everyone while making the coffee… It’s annoying sometimes watching them chat with the customers while there are like 4 people waiting in the line. Other than that, this place is perfect

It was late and super busy and the guy working was awesome! He totally gave me the thick slice of lemon loaf! Sometimes it really is the little things at the end of the day that make a huge difference. Thanks dude!

This Moorpark Road, Thousand Oaks location is my favorite!
Been coming here for over four years, ever since my boyfriend & I started dating. We always ended our dates here.
Every barista there knew him & knew what he liked to drink. Over time, the same happened for me. Everyone knows my name & when I go in alone, they ask me where my boyfriend is.
Z is my favorite! He always suggests the best drinks, like his version of the ice blended cream frap that tastes like Cinnamon Toast Crunch, yes, it actually tastes like that.
Come have a drink & make some friends!

We got here at 10:25 and they are supposed to close at 10:30. They said they couldn’t let us in and that they were closed. Bad service. Overall not a well managed Starbucks.

This one of the worst run stores. There are several in the area, this is one of the oldest but it is not run very well. The service bar is always a mess and not stocked and you have t ask the staff everytime for something ie sugar, never any milk. i try to avoid this one.

I asked for easy ice in my cold drink. The girl did write it on the cup. I watched the barista make my drink exactly like the one before me. She clearly filled the cup to the line where they indicate to stop to leave room for ice normally. I watched her pour the full amount of ice in. When I asked her if it was easy ice she answered yes all pissy like I was wrong. She didn’t even look at the instructions until she called out my name! I guess I should not expect more for $ 4.25 a cup!!!

Really nice folks working there but I think snails move faster. It’s a very BUSY location but they to lack a good system to get people’s order in, processed and checked out quickly. I wish they had a better morning manager to lead the ship.

The wait is short here even when it’s busy. Parking is never an issue. The staff are friendly towards regulars but they’ve never really paid me any mind when I walk in. They aren’t very helpful either. I never have an issue with my drinks. It’s just a Starbucks. Good place to stop by on the way to the hospital.

Perfectly fine Starbucks right off the 101 in Thousand Oaks. Staff was friendly and enthusiastic, chatting with the customers and calling those they knew by name. I just came in to get some gift cards and the process was quick and easy. The pastries looked fantastic. I know from personal experience that their cake pops are amazingly sweet and strong, and their rice krispie treats are really good. This morning they also had breakfast sandwiches, and in a cold case they had salads and lunch type sandwiches.

Just another Starbucks in Thousand Oaks that I visited.
This is a small location that tends to get very crowded. The store is long and narrow with tables along one side and a few in the front of the store. There is also plenty of outside seating. At this location, you order in the front and then go to the back of the store to pick up your order. I hate this set up because it gets super crowded at the back while waiting for your drinks and there is really no other place to go.
My drink and croissant were fine. The employees were nice but a little slow. The store was clean and well kept.
The parking lot gets crowded because there is a Starbucks, a Jamba Juice, and Noah’s Bagels all next to each other. It is especially busy in the morning.

Nice location with seating around fountain in front — Jamba Juice and Bagel places next door so something for everyone on your stop there. People walk there dogs there in the morning — we do sometimes with a friends dog. Coffee line can get very long during the week in the AM rush !!!

PERFECTLY fine Starbucks. Had never been here before, but the three staff I interacted with were each nice. I tried a new salad (Grilled Chicken, quinoa, black beans…) and it was very good. I don’t use the dressing, and without it, the fat content was negligible. So, after digesting and deliberating for a few minutes, I celebrated by uncharacteristically going back up for a Chocolate Chip Cookie!
Parking is a little based on your past karmic lives, apparently, but I lucked out.
I noticed they open at 530am, which is amazing and to be lauded. And they are right near the 101.
My local SBs apparently doesn’t yet have the salads, so maybe I lucked out.
