The chai lattes are way better here than at Starbucks. Pastries are also tasty and great customer service! Nice place to study.

Small place, but seriously the nicest staff ever. No pretentiousness but they also knew their products. Came not dressed«Westlake style» and while other businesses have given me odd looks for this, I didn’t get any of that vibe here. The 2 staff members up front couldn’t be older than 20 but were handling the shop like pros and made it look easy. Would like to go back and I don’t even drink coffee.

Best Chai tea latte! It’s not syrupy like Starbucks, but I think it’s a little better than Coffee Bean. And they don’t water down your drinks nor burn the coffee beans. I would go out of my way just to have Peets.

Their latte was good! The work space is nice but I liked the outdoor patio. Easy location to get to and park and close to a lot of other stores. Friendly people too!

The new black tie is amazing! It’s a cold brew with condensed milk at the bottom. You still get the full coffee flavor but the bitterness isn’t as strong. Plus the staff here are really nice. The girl who took my order had really cool blue and purple hair haha

A really nice change from Starbucks. The coffee is always fresh and tasty. They offer some exotic brews. Always friendly service, very clean, well organized and never too busy. A great place to stop for a good, fast, peaceful cup of coffee. A few tables inside and a large patio out front.

I like going to this Peet’s when I’m in T.O. I used to study here when I was in college and they always bump relaxing classical music and make delicious cappuccinos. Try the Matcha Green Tea Latte. Candy store across the parking lot– check it! Do not go next door– there is a fake taco shop there!

I prefer this chain coffee store rather than Starbucks. The people are nice, and their coffee is definitely bolder than Starbucks.

Well, I kind of got here by way of a friend who went there instead of a competitor. The atmosphere was very nice and the staff very friendly. I’m very picky with my java/coffee. It was nice to be able to get Almond milk rather than dairy milk… Overall we enjoyed our visit and may return on another occasion. Best, Dolly

Always love it when I have time in the morning to grab a cup of coffee before heading off to work for the rest of the day. And I love coming to Peets. Staff is always friendly and they always get my drink just perfect and I am quite picky. Not too many pumps of vanilla, almond milk, no artificial stuff. And I like the idea that this is a smaller chain than other big ones so I feel like I am supporting a local business and that just feels good. It always is hard to get up and get ready to leave after I finish my drink and leave the little cocoon I created I their lovely space.

I tried Peet’s after finding a $ 2 off caramel macchiato offer online, and went back for those about 5 or so times before it expired. I always experienced really pleasant and friendly service(I think I got a newer employee once but she was still very nice despite being slightly confused), and they all seem to be friendly with each other too. Their check in deals keep me coming back, I don’t think I would’ve tried a coconut latte otherwise(I quite liked it). The atmosphere is really pleasant, clean, quiet, and comfortable and it seems like a great spot to get some work done too! My only complaint would be that with all the caramel macchiatos I got, they weren’t always made the same. I got one or two upside down ones and one that was already mixed instead of layered. I will definitely be returning. Edit: I’ve been here so many times and the service has been great every time. I love coming back here!

For me, Peet’s is the original great boutique coffee shop! I’ve been going to Peet’s since 1986 starting at their Berkeley California shop, and even with the Seattle’s Best, Starbucks, Coffee Tea and Me from time to time, it’s Peet’s with the best flavor, best selection, most consistently wise and knowledgeable baristas, freshest beans and aroma of coffee and tea as well. I get sidetracked to these other good coffee shops because there seem to be more of them around, but when I find a Peet’s, there is no choice needed. Peet’s is it!

They, like the other Peet’s, have great coffee. The staff is great. They’re always pleasant and quick with making your drink. Much better than Coffee Bean or Starbucks. Usually get brewed coffee or an americano. Very consistent quality-wise. If you’re looking for coffee in the Thousand Oaks/Westlake Village area: come here.

I’m picky with coffee; I’ve been to almost every single café in LA(okay, I exaggerate a bit) and I like to think that I know good coffee when I taste it. Trying to find a quality coffee shop in the valley or Simi Valley areas is impossible, which is why we’re so lucky to have a Peet’s in Thousand Oaks – only 15 minutes away from my house! I can honestly say that their lattes are some of the best I’ve tried in my wee little life. The baristas know how to handle their beans and espresso machines because they’re trained meticulously(I know this because my sister was previously employed here, and she knew firsthand that to be barista-certified meant that you’ve survived a long and intense training process). Peet’s easily delivers the same level of quality drinks that are offered by LA cafes such as Intelligentsia or Urth Caffe at a slightly cheaper price. Win-win! I highly recommend their Maple latte with almond milk. Sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar on top and you’ll be rolling your eyes with pleasure after every sip. SIGH… it’s a beautiful thing. I’ll always be a fan, peet’s!

Has infidelity creeped into my coffee world? Who is this java mistress that threatens my rock solid relationship with CBTL? Well that mistress is Peet’s! Great tasting coffee along with their great customer service can lead almost anyone astray from their loyalty to any coffee house. I suggest signing up for this email club because there send out BOGO promotions! who doesn’t love a great deal? Great coffee and good deals… a recipe for disaster(in this case that’s a good thing). With a CBTL literally within arms reach of this Peet’s location I might have to wear a disguise when I sneak over for my coffee fix on the weekends. I still have my allegiance to CBTL without question. But if you ask me if I think of Peet’s when I’m drinking CBTL… I’ll deny it(but I won’t be able to look you in the eye when I’m saying it). Don’t judge me.
