I must have magic mojo compared to others who catch long lines and subpar service. My experiences have always been the opposite. Have dropped by a number of times, often after leaving a meeting nearby and seeking a light mocha as a treat on the way home. The order takers are always friendly, the drinks made quickly and well, and the whole vibe feels like they appreciate my business. Even when there’s been a line, it moves quickly. More so than other locations. The dual entrance can be a bit tricky at times when it’s crowded, but I often pull right in off T.O. Blvd. with no drama.

I hate this drive thru. Even the Starbucks traffic employees suck and can’t manage the taking turns between both entrances! The address is on TO Blvd and the lighting store guy and customers are furious at the cars entering off of Rancho blocking the parking spaces I don’t know why I keep coming back either, only cause it’s convenient but today was the last straw. Starbucks has officially lost my daily business. Done.

I hate this drive through; it’s poorly laid out and causes a traffic nightmare and disgruntled customers! Getting coffee here is not a good start to my day!

Two stars for the awkward drive thru! 2 lines coming in from different directions make this drive thru very inconvenient if you’re in a rush. If you want order through the walk up window, good luck parking.

Zero stars for the nincompoops who work at this location and clearly don’t know how to take an order. How do you mess up an order twice!!! Unacceptable. Hire competent staff who actually listen please and thank you.

the drinks and the food are just the same like in every other starbucks, but the drive threw in the morning hours during the week is just slow and i think they can find BETTER Solution for the traffic in this location the team seems nica, and things are working just fine on the inside

Normally I have no issues here. I avoid it when its crowded. it can be a nightmare. I treat myself once a week to a triple venti latte and a blueberry scone… not very complicated. The girl at the window was very confused… she split my two items into two separate orders then gave me the wrong drink and instead of a blueberry scone I got a bacon gouda sandwich. While delicious not what I wanted. Blah!

I try to avoid this Starbucks. The drive through has always been horrible and today was no better. I ordered my very easy and ice tea extra ice unsweetened. I get to the window and they hand me my drink with the straw already unwrapped and exposed(gross) that means someone touched my straw! I simply remove the straw and ask for another one and I am on my way. I get to work and my simple tea is SWEETENED. Such a disappointment and total waste of money.

Regretfully twice I’ve visited here in recent weeks with an oddly prepared frap. I order these all the time(an oddly expensive habit cumulatively) and I know how they should taste –but twice now it has not been right. I actually tend to avoid this location in favor of visiting elsewhere as a result! Oh well — one star is docked for this reason…

Great customer service ! Fast and efficient for how busy they are ! They are really convenient right by the traffic my go to Starbucks in Thousand Oaks area ! Parking can be bigger but still an awesome place to get coffee and their patio area is nice and kept maintained.

I’ve been here twice now and the swiftness just isn’t there. Though I’m starting to think this is the case with all Starbucks drive ups(Simi Valley’s is pretty much the same). The cool thing about today’s visit is… The team realized the delay and comped my drink. Thanks for being cool!

The drive thru is terrible. There is supposed to be the one entrance and so many cars come in through T. O blvd causing complete chaos and disorder. Why did the city approve the build like this. People are always fighting in this drive thru. There should be large easy descriptions telling cars not to enter through T. O blvd and use the side street entrance. I feel one day there will be a total disruption and people are going to pop off on each other all for trying to get a coffee. This is a bad set up and I feel its provoking at people to disrupt their peace.

Service was good, the drink was good, and I got back on the freeway without any hassle, which is also very good!

This is a pretty nice Starbucks drive thru. The employees are friendly and helpful. Once you order, the wait usually isn’t too long. They also have a walk up window and some outdoor seating. This is located on a busy street corner, so it can get crowded. The parking is also limited. I try to avoid this Starbucks during busy hours, but it is great later in the morning when the rush has died down.

Finally a drive-thru Starbucks near my home! I’ve only gone here a few times when it was convenient for me, and I have yet to be disappointed! I’ve always used the drive-thru when I go here and have never waited more than 5 minutes to place an order and get it! I’ve been to other drive-thru Starbucks, but this one is by far the quickest one! They have never messed up any of my orders, which sometimes can be complicated, and are always pleasant too!

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been too, it’s in fact so bad that I felt compelled to not only write a review but also go to the trouble of adding the business as it was not on Unilocal. When I 1st learned of this new Drive-Thru addition to the Starbucks throng, I was ecstatic. This Starbucks is basically a coffee-stand(no interior)… It’s a drive-thru and walk up window operation – cute, right? Wrong. The first visit I paid to this Starbucks was at the walkup window on a Tuesday around 11am. I waited at least 10 minutes for my grande latte – simple order right? Wrong! Not for this bunch. So my next visit was to the drive-thru. I asked the baristas for a «suspended coffee»(paying for a coffee for someone in need) and they refused because«we don’t get many homeless people around here.» OK – how about the guy wandering next door? Anywho the drive thru wait was hellish as well. So, giving this Starbucks another shot, my boyfriend waited in the car as I hopped out thinking the walk up window would be faster than the infinite stream of cars in the drive thru. Well… I came back to an irked bf who was more than happy to let me know he waited no less than 15 minutes for me to get my grande latte! The best part is that there was only one other person in front of me at the walk up window! WOW. And my last and final visit to this lackadaisical, slothful operation was today, as I had run out of milk and was desperate for my morning coffee before heading to work. As I neared the parking lot, I had flash backs of the In-N-Out line at LAX. HA. No parking spots and due to the horrible drive-thru/parking lot layout, I not only got tangled in the mix of cars trying to navigate in this poorly designed lot but ALSO, thanks to the fabulous city planners of Thousand Oaks and their obsession with«NO U-TURN» signs, I was late to work without a coffee and a super-duper headache setting in.
