I ordered sandwiches for take away and they are all stale. Won’t order from them again.

Worst tea house I have ever been too. Food was awful and expensive. My girlfriend and I took another friend for her birthday. There were plastic flowers on the table, the sandwiches came all together, we had no idea which was which, the salmon was so small and slathered with a foul tasting tartar sauce, the apple and Brie cheese sandwich was so thin I could not taste either apple or cheese. I would never have tea there again.

This was our first time there but what a special place. So friendly, quaint and the tea and snacks were delicious. Can’t wait until the next time we need to get out of the hustle and bustle of Conejo Valley into something calming, delicious and fun.

I went here with two girlfriends for a fun lunch and we had a blast. We went on a Sunday at 12:15 and it was almost empty, but then started to fill up as we were finishing. The food was delicious and the owners were friendly, attentive, polite and fun. They took pictures for us, joked around with us and made us feel right at home without being overbearing. We all ordered the Deluxe Tea and I felt it was a really reasonable price. I was stuffed by the time dessert came and had to box it up. The reason we came here is because I had a really negative experience trying to make a reservation at the High Tea Cottage in Woodland Hills. After 2 attempts and being treated rudely on the phone(SNOOTY!), I gave up and decided to try Tranquility. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise and I’ll never bother trying to go to the High Tea Cottage again. I highly recommend this tea room and can’t wait to bring my daughter there sometime to try their kid’s tea, for a special treat.

We have ordered scones for my daughter’s last two birthday parties, and they have been always a hit! Especially love the Almond Joy scone. Delicious!

This is cute little tea room. They have a private room for group functions. We ordered the Deluxe tea, and replaced one set of the 5 sandwiches with a large chicken salad. Everything is freshly made to order. We had John and Sarah today as our hosts Abbot excellent services! Very professional and friendly. This is a cute place to have celebrations! I’m not sure if this is a place for kids, even though they have activities for kids. Space is limited, so if you have active kids, come check it out yourself first!

Let’s take it back to 1992… Splashtown in Houston, Texas. I had so much fun till I fainted. My friends ran over to revive me… only to find out that I’d passed out from joy(and probably from part hunger and part lack of sleep). And though I didn’t faint here(I’d look like a fool), the tea experience is the most fun tea experience in all of the land. Wizard of Oz themed, hats everywhere, Dorothy’s red slippers. Pshhhhh… I felt like I was in the movie. No other tea rooms have been this much fun. Why only 4 stars? The scones were not the best… stale, airy, and seemed to be reheated in a microwave because they had a warm rubberiness. And for the price, other places give you more tea sandwiches… especially for«High Tea»(this place only gave three! WTF?) But the quality of the sandwiches(well made… not«cheap») and that super fun atmosphere can’t be beat! No way. Can’t wait to come back for your Grinch Christmas theme! Thank you for the AWESOME birthday treat, Sam L!

Very cute place — the décor changes every couple of months so check their website for the theme(and print a coupon while you are there). I LOVE you can customize your tea service by choosing from various scone, sandwich & dessert options to suit your tastes, you can even ‘trade’ some sandwiches for quiche. You are invited to chose from a wide array of hats, boas and tiaras to dress up your outfit. You do have to reserve in advance. Service is very good and gracious. The food is yummy . One caution, one time when I went there was a little gir’ls party in the other room and it was a bit disruptive to our ladies group that they were allowed the run of the shop, even poking around our table to get clues for a treasure hunt.

We loved all of the hats and tiaras to try on. I loved the Wizard of Oz themed Décor and we all want to do the Christmas theme that starts in November. We enjoyed our Tea Party and the time flew by. My daughter love the special ham sandwiches and her friend who is a vegetarian who eats fish had her dietary preferences taken care of. The sandwiches were all good but I like more variety in the bread and presentation. We loved the scones served with lemon curd and the Desserts were adorable and yummy: Mini Carrot Cake Muffin, Pumpkin Cheesecake and a Truffle. The website has the full menu for each theme. The Irish and Blackcurrant Teas were our favourites. Make sure to park in back, there are less steps.

I sent a friend to this tea room because we are both huge fans of high tea and when I went with my son it was lovely. She said that it was a cute place and that they enjoyed most of the sandwiches but when they asked for more tea they were told that there would be an additional $ 5.99 charge!!! What!!! All they are doing is adding hot water to the tea that is already in the pot. How absurd! I am so embarrassed that I recommended the place.

Took my wife for her birthday with some of her friends and it was such a beautiful place and nicely decorated with the tea sets and the hats and accessories. We went during the Mad Hatter theme month and definitely they had the hat, trivia, and scavenger hunt to play. But mainly the place is more for socializing and drinking the various tea and the sandwiches, scones, and desserts all for a certain package price. We found the food very filling and we were able to pass the two hour appointment time no problem. It’s definitely a women and little girl dream outing of having a tea party. I think guys and little boys will get bored very easily unless they are a father, husband, or boyfriend taking their daughters, wife, or significant other for a wonderful outing. The owner is accommodating knowing it was my wife’s birthday. Presents and things can be laid anywhere in the room, so it makes it feel it is like your own place. I would recommend for anyone coming here for the first time to study the map and the surrounding area before setting your navigations to head over here. It is hidden from the main road so you may miss the plaza of this place on the first go around. Other than that, this is a great place for anyone looking to have high tea in Ventura County.

My favourite tea shop in LA and for good reason. It is cheap compared to most tea shops in the area. Plus you can also find an online voucher on their website for $ 2 off their Deluxe tea which brings the price down to $ 26.50 for 5 sandwiches, 3 mini desserts, a home made scone and a pot of tea and all the shabby chic ambience you can cram into your visit :) Tables are beautifully decorated with china cups, you get your own china teapot and cosy, all the yummy goodies are served on a 3 tier tea stand, and you have a little china bell to ring for service. There is also a beautiful selection of hats, including tiaras, to choose from so you can wear a different one for every course. From star spangled cowgirl to Edwardian frilly lace ‘n’ floral, Mad Hatter’s hat to tiny frothy top hats which perch on the side of your head. So much fun and such a good photo opportunity! The teas are really good and there is a big selection to choose from. My personal favourite is the Red Velvet, a caffeine free chocolate vanilla concoction. Tea sandwiches are tasty(brie and apple/smoked salmon/traditional cucumber/hummus/chicken). Scones vary month to month with the theme. At the moment it is an Alice in Wonderland Mad Hatter Tea Party theme and the scones are tropically fruity. Mini red velvet cupcake, a mini lemon tart and a coffee chocolate truffle are all wonderfully indulgent. Enough to make you feel you have been naughty but not big enough to do much damage to your waistline… yay! I have taken my gals group here for Christmas tea, we have celebrated birthdays here, I visit for girly gossips with my friends, and I’ve even dragged my husband along too(they have an Indiana Jones hat for the token guys… lol). I just love this place. I’ve always had fun and never felt rushed. In fact the lady who runs it is a sweetheart, always helpful and happy to swap a sandwich as I don’t eat meat, make a booking for a group, she even let me use her phone to call a gal pal who was running late when I forgot my cell phone. Easy free parking right outside the door. Go, you will love your relaxing afternoon tea in such a tranquil tea room.

I came here for a baby shower and it was just adorable. Everyone got to wear a hat of their choice. We all had high tea. The scones were some of the best I’ve had and the sandwiches were excellent too. Super tasty and perfect for any ladies event!

Wow! What a great experience! I came here with my mom on a Friday afternoon for tea. We were the only ones in the tea room and had an AMAZING time! First of all, the tea room is adorable! The decorations change each season, and we were there during the mad hatter theme. We had a blast walking around the room looking at the decorations and trying on the different hats. We chose the deluxe tea option and used a $ 2 off coupon from their website. Everything was delicious! Both the food and the tea! Also the person serving us was SO nice and accommodating. We had a food allergy and she did everything she could to accommodate us. They sell their teas(2 oz bags for $ 5) but if you write a review for them on a tea website they will give you a free bag! I think this place would be great for a bridal shower, baby shower or birthday! They also cater and will bring all of their tea supplies and hats to you!

Just got back a couple of hours ago and couldn’t wait to write a review… there’s nothing I could think of that was bad. What a great experience to share with loved ones! It was Mad Hatter themed! We couldn’t stop saying the word«cute!» This tiny place is tucked away on a corner upstairs on TO Blvd. Kevin always had a smile on his face and so attentive to serve us. There are hats to choose from and every piece of silverware and china were unique just like the tea and hats. Mango Coconut tea the sample of the month was amazing! The scones were piping hot and the cream and lemon to dip into was heavenly. Deluxe Tea is more than enough food but I just had to sample everything! My favorite sandwich was the brie, apple, and caramel. The website is so helpful for the menu and directions so definitely check it out. There is also a $ 2 coupon for Deluxe Tea! I will definitely return!

Absolutely perfect. My mother and I visited to have high tea, in style. We’re not very sophisticated, but we like to pretend sometimes. This tea house is the perfect place to try such an endeavor. The ambient flute music helps. We made a reservation(do this, the place is tiny) for a Saturday lunch, and we each ordered the Deluxe Tea(tea, scones, 5 tea sandwiches, and 3 desserts), which was perfect! I was definitely full afterwards. They have revolving themes each month, and when we went it was Peter Pan themed; we sat at the mermaid lagoon table. The decorations are tasteful, not over-the-top themey. SOFUN. They have fancy tea hats scattered all over the place, and you can choose any you like. I chose to change my hat approximately every 20 minutes. It was stupendous. The sandwiches change regularly, but my favorites were definitely the caramel apple brie and the orange Hawaiian ham sandwiches. So good! They have a large selection of teas, and I ended up having the chocolate black currant, which was great! You can even buy the teas to take home if you like. The lady that runs the place is super friendly, and you can tell that she puts a lot of care and thought into what she’s doing here. I definitely recommend this place as a weekend afternoon getaway for you and your lady friends! *Bonus: The website has a $ 2 off deluxe tea coupon!
