I ordered a bowl of phở here out of curiosity not expecting it to be great since it is not in an actual vietnamese restaurant. My expectation was right. The phở did not look, smell, and taste anywhere close to an authentic vietnamese phở. The broth was lacking so many key ingredients. It tasted like flavored cube/powder instead of bones slow cooked to draw out flavor. It was also too salty for my taste. Noodles was not well cooked so it was a bit hard and chewy. Beef was ok but only a few pieces. However, it was ruined since the broth was salty and lacked phở flavor. Also, not enough veggies. A good bowl of phở must have good amount of Bean sprouts and basils. $ 8 something is the same price as most restaurant for a bowl of phở. However, the quality is undeniable different. 2 stars for the friendly staffs.

I really like phở, despite my experience at countryside mall in Clearwater, I decided to try this chain again and I’m glad I did! The vegetables were fresh, the girls were more friendly and the phở was very tasty! I’ll be back.

Disgusting. Not much I can say when she pulls spring rolls out of the freezer and then says«oh yeah, we made them today!» Did I say disgusting?

Got the large chicken and noodle. Came with a good amount of chicken but it’s processed chicken. Was so hungry I ate two or three pieces and it was just gross. I pretty much paid $ 8 for a bowl of noodles. I’m feeling pretty ripped off right now. Food needs a serious quality upgrade in the meat department. Would be glad to upgrade the review if they would serve some real, decent chicken and give me a refund.

Its food court Vietnamese, so what do you expect? It’s not great, not bad, pretty fresh but they make some compromises. Like. I’m pretty sure that was a frozen California veggie pack they used in my veggie phở. With cauliflower. Weird. But not bad, and I would probably eat there again when I’m looking for a quick bite at Citrus Park. I would DEFINITELY go back for the Vietnamese coffee boba – even if it’s a frozen sacrilege to traditional boba, it was A-MA-ZING! I also really appreciated the separate seating area around their bar, so we didn’t have to fight the crowds for a table in the food court seating.

The phở was ok. The bean sprouts were not fresh they looked 2 days old. I’d eat here again but only if I happened to be at the mall. Phở Quyen in tampa is the best I’ve had.

So disappointed in this location. I like the one at Countryside so when I saw this one pop up so close to home I was excited. The first time it took forever to get phở to go. Every time after got worse. Anywhere from missing ingredients to too much of one thing. Cold ass noodles that won’t unstick and is extra hard. Tonight was the worst. The Baggie filled with sprouts was old. The limes had nothing to squeeze. The sprouts were brown and had slime on them. This location either needs a major management change or needs to be shut down completely. Get it together.

I should’ve known better. Being Vietnamese, mall food, and high expectations = disappointment. I quickly read Keleighs review so I didn’t order the soup. I ordered the spring roll and Vietnamese Special Hoagie instead. Spring Roll: The Shrimp were so small. I. It into the roll and found hardly any noodles and no chicken. It really took 3 bites to find that grilled chicken and it tasted like Perdue precooked packaged chicken. Very poor. They premade all the rolls and keep it in the refrigerator so the wrapper was much more rubbery than a typical freshly made spring roll. Vietnamese Special Hoagie: I had to wait for this as they said they toast the bread fresh. Not too sure about that when I got it. The sandwich wasn’t spectacular. Definitely not worth $ 5. Just ok but money better spent at Chilfila. I think I got too excited thinking I could get good Vietnamese SO close to Westchase.

What? Phở in a mall food court? I was pretty excited to try it. The line was kind of long, but it was ok since I wasn’t sure what to order. I thought I wanted Phở but when I saw someone picking up their order of a bowl of Phở I quickly changed my mine. It didn’t look good or fresh. I decided I would order the fresh spring rolls. When my order was ready I noticed how small the rolls were. The wrapper was hard and it didn’t taste fresh. The peanut sauce it came with was so watery and didn’t have much flavor. I don’t think I will try this place again.

Not the best, not the worst. The Phở is about half decent. The bubble tea smoothies are just ok for me. The Vietnamese sandwich(aka: banh mi) is not as authentic as other places, the bread wasn’t the same, and the chicken was over cooked. So that right there about summed it up. The setting is very nice, situated right by the food court. Service can be hit or miss. Not that it’s necessarily bad, it’s just that you’ll have your usual service that you expect from the mall,(young and inexperienced). Nothing to see hear… Two stars at best!

Service was great & they talked a great savory menu. The reality was the Phở, was just average. No generous portion or low price. If I wanted Phở, I can think of many other places in town to go & be more of a happy camper. It is an unusual spot for this type of food, which is why I was so very happy to see it. Alas, the food was bland and dry. I was so stoked about this location, I tried everything not to be let down, but, when all was tasted, I was quite let down & my expectations plumeted. There was no depth of flavor. What’s a girl to do? Keep looking for the best Boba and Phở.

This place is FANTASTIC. My wife and I were skeptical since it was in the mall– but WOW. Great PHO! Beef phở was fresh and great. Portions are huge. It’s unbelievable, I know, but it’s better than the other«authentic» phở spots in Tampa. Really good.

Meh. weird, rubbery chicken and flavor lacking broth. If you want some soup while at the mall, it’s an ok option, but if you want some real tasty phở, then skip this place. The small size was plenty big for me.

Nice service. I liked my beef phở and would recommend it to anyone. The menu has pictures to guide you and the food is reasonably priced. The lime I got was a dry dud so I took my husband’s and yielded a few savory drops from his. The Thai tea was good, although the jelly balls in it were over soft and kinda disintegrating in it. I’ll be back for more soon.
