Papa John’s Pizza

Called in order Tuesday evening (Apr.28.15). The pie took 35 minutes!
We waited in store for 20 minutes while young staff was goofing around, and friends were hanging out at the counter.
The young man behind the counter knew exactly what we were waiting for.
We saw a pie on the rack, and he was not busy, so after about 4 minutes we asked: is that our pie? Sure was! :(
Also was not impressed with the young lady (wearing sneakers with bright pink Nike swoosh) walking all around the store eating her pizza… even standing right behind the cash while dipping her slice!
VERY unprofessional!
They only get our business because they’re the cheapest.
But once my bills are paid, I’ll be going back to another chain. I prefer to get what I pay for!
