This place is the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever ordered from. I placed an order online at 1:48pm and my food didn’t arrive until 3:15pm. I tried calling the store and got no answer. Once my food arrived the delivery guy was really rude. I go to eat my food and it’s ice cold like they pulled it out of the freezer and sent it on its way. I called the store 7times and still got no answer. I will be writing a letter to corporate because I just spent $ 21 for nothing and I’m mad because I can’t get ahold of anyone.

Can I rate less than 1 star? I ordered pizza for my office today and ended up waiting 2 ½ hours for *a* pizza to be delivered. After 5 phone calls to the store wondering where our order was, I opened the box anticipating our Large Pan Pizza with sausage, mushrooms, and spinach. Instead I found a COLD, Medium, regular crust ½ Pepperoni and ½ plain cheese pizza! Based on this experience my office will not order from this specific store because we can’t trust that our order will be delivered On Time, nor be correct upon delivery. With meetings and work pulling at our schedule, we didn’t have time to wait for so long only to get a mediocre product. Sorry Pizza Hut franchise…

I order a pizza weekly for carryout for my mother. It’s always ready when promised and the pizza looks good and tastes great. The people are always friendly even when they’re busy. I honestly have no complaints.
