The foods good but my orders are always incorrect in drive thru there always a ton of people at the window. How could you not get it right I think I’ll just go inside from now

Awesome Chick-​Fil-​A location! Employees are well trained and knowledgable and always willing to make your visit perfect. Food is top quality. Highly recommend.
Note: I never used the drive-​thru; always dine-​in. Not sure how that experience is, but likely top notch too.

Here is the skinny… I frequent this location often! My biggest frustration is that my order is often wrong. That being said, I still come here because 1) I flipping love me some chickfila 2) it’s closer than the other location.
The dual drive-​thru backs up and moves at its own pace. Several other locations use employees to expedite ordering during peak hours. I have yet to see that at this location.
Here at the Gandy location they offer 30 nuggets for $ 12 and change. This can be ordered in the drive-​thru. As the mother of a 7 yr old, I really appreciate this offer for my ever growing young son.
Corporate now offers an app for individuals to place their order online ahead of time. I have not used this app yet, so I cannot comment.
The only other item I would like to point out are the fries. Consistency with seasoning is not a strong point here. Look, I am well aware we all like our seasoning differently. Some like more and some like less. At the Gandy location, they tend to air on the less side. Sometimes the fries are a little bland. Don’t get me wrong, I’m sure my body appreciates less sodium… But heck, salty fries are my jam.

Horrible experience, downloaded app, ordered sandwich 30 mins prior, drove through traffic only to find out my order was not placed was not able to pick up sandwich because I have to get back to work. Came back to work hungry

Very busy and popular location. One of the newest Chick-fil-A’s in the area. The workers are very friendly and greet you when you enter. Store is clean and food is consistent with the other Chick-​fil-​As.
This location also has a children’s play zone where they can climb on stuff.

This was my worst experience at Chick-​Fil-​A, and I’ve been all traveling the last 5 years all around the country. They served up the skimpiest #2 breakfast combo and the inside of this store was very hot. I threw away my meal after 2 bites.

Not sure what the less than 5 stars are about for this location… every visit I’ve had since moving here late last year has been pleasurable.
Very nice staff, fast efficient service, never an error in my order (knocking on wood) & so here I am writing a short review – why? Well because I just ordered a Cole slaw at the window last minute only to find out – they no longer sale Cole slaw! I was truly in shock. After years of hating the stuff I finally found one I liked & now it’s just gone!
Well guess what?! The friendly employee offered the kale salad to me which I declined but she went a step further & offered to give me the Cole slaw recipe. I’m still astonished! How did she know I’m a huge foodie who loves to cook & I was heading home to pull the recipe up on Pinterest. Anyway, I digress.
If you love their Cole slaw – go get the Recipe from this location or better yet – I’ll upload the pic & you can make it yourself! Bön Appetit!

This is the first chick fil a I can honestly say was disgusting. The food wasn’t even cooked. & they shorted me on nuggets.

When I visited this chic Fila for the first time I was really excited that there was one so close to my home. Very timely, courteous staff… however, returned early in December and was given a completely wrong order… Kind of insignificant, but be as it may I called and spoke to a male manager who aligned and apologized to me stressing that the next time I returned to the location they would replace my meal free of charge. Returned a week later and was practically laughed at by a female manager who couldn’t take the time to look back in there system and seemingly had her own agenda. Chic Fila corporate called and tried to intervene, however, after this experience I will not be returning to chic Fila for a VERY long time. And I urge anyone that’s an avid customer to avoid this location, terrible customer service… Ashamed I was a continuous customer for so long and wasted my money at this location.

The service, speed and friendliness at this location is beyond lacking. Try to go to the S. Dale Mabry location if you can.

For what it is, a fast food restaurant, this location does it’s job well. The employees are incredibly friendly and efficient. The food is freshly prepared and flavorful. The indoor dining room is clean. The condiments area is neatly arranged and well stocked.

Not sure why this place has such bad reviews, it was new a few months back so I understand why the place was so packed, I mean, there’s always someone at Chick-​Fil-​A! I went around 4 and was through the drive through line in about 4 minutes. Friendly and prompt service from my favorite place and it’s down the street from my new job!

Very hospitable employees. They bring your order to your table when you dine in and check if you need refills or any other service. «Class Act» for a fast food restaurant. Always clean and well staffed.

Serves breakfast at about 1 car every 5 minutes. I saw the line was short one morning and so I decided I had time to swing in (I was about 30 – 40 min ahead of schedule). I sat in the drive-​thru long enough to have long conversations with my wife, write this, rewrite this post, get angry, get over it, and am now typing out of boredom as I’m locked into their drive-​thru prison. Seriously, I don’t want any food at this point, (the hunger has passed) I just can’t get out of the drive-​thru. I have literally been here 20 minutes at this point (stuck!).

This new outlet is so overstaffed, it’s ridculous They get in each other’s way, and there are so many managers, you can see the staff is too nervous to do much of anything. Thus, service is terrible.
They dress in black outfits that look like Scientologists. The food is bleh at best. I don’t get the Chick-​fil-​a phenomenon. You’re better off across the way at Chipotle, for better food, atmosphere and service.

So happy to have a Chick-​fil-​A so close to work! I always get the number one, with a sweet tea. I tried the Chick-​fil-​A sauce for the first time and it was delicious. The staff are friendly and efficient and I’ve been more times than I’d like to admit, now that there’s one I can get to and get back to work during my lunch time.

Of course they have some of the best sauces and French fries out there. This new location is very clean. The cashiers are very fast at taking your order. There is a great play area for children. They have a good system to bring your good to the table. It’s so nice that everything looks all shiny and brand new! They also give free refills. They even have nice outdoor seating with umbrellas. A quick tasty lunch as always!

It’s Chick-​fil-​A, so there’s not much to write about regarding menu and taste. But this location (being new) is a little chaotic still. We’ve been through delays where the computer system went down and had to be re-​booted. Of the three times I’ve been there, they’ve forgotten my straw twice.

Holy crap! It looked like an ant hill in there! Employees were literally covering the entire kitchen area, so much so that they were repeatedly bumping into each other and interrupting each other. I know it is new, but there is no need for THAT many employees.
We ordered two coffees which are very tasty
but… The double drive thru seems convenient but it’s not. It took ten minutes to get to the window from the speaker. When that ten minutes was up, the guy at the window read back a huge order that was not ours. Then we told him two coffees and turned out they never made them! In haste they panicked and handed us a black hot (forgot sweetener) and iced (forgot vanilla)
Avoid for a bit to avoid a small headache. :)
