KFC

Wholly unsatisfactory. From the extremely long wait to the dirty tables to the laughably paper thin chicken strips. The cashier said he would bring out my biscuit as they were out. He told everyone behind me the same but none of us received biscuits. I’m sorry I went in even after the guy walking out past me as I entered said to me «Don’t bother, I waited 10 minutes and the line didn’t move». Corporate needs to intervene because something is wrong.

Good value on the buffet and have never had a complaint about the chicken, it may be greasy to some but hey, this is fried chicken. If you want flavorless dry chicken go to McDonald’s and have some McNuggets. Only issue I have had is going in after lunch rush is over, food on buffet is pretty much depleted, especially the chicken, but they will put out whatever you request. Service as it is, i.e. take order, ring out, is usually fine however yesterday they seemed a bit off, to the point of being rude, trying to get someone to take my $ so i could help myself to buffet. Was right after lunch rush and you could tell, all tables filthy, food almost gone, etc. But they were replenishing and cleaning as i sat there and ate. Btw, the interior of the restaurant is clearly designed like many are nowadays for you to want to finish your meal and leave as quickly as possible. Comfort and ambience will not be found at KFC. As a side note I enjoy KFC chicken very much and have grown up with it like many of my generation, however if I had never tried lt before their new commercials would have me driving right by without ever stopping. Who are they trying to appeal to with that silliness?

Went through the drive through and I’ve been bed ridden and ill since then. Two words «food poisoning» I thought it may have been the grease but I wouldn’t have felt as bad as I do today of it was only that!!! Off to see the doctor now! Ruined my whole long weekend! Don’t eat here!

GROSS! I haven’t had KFC in a million years and I won’t be having it again ever!
I wanted a combo which had one side, 2 piece chicken and a drink, when we were ordering at the drive in the woman said that it came with two sides, I persisted that ‘no, it says one on the menu’ but lo and behold I got the combo with a biscuit and two sides, and paid for it too, which I didn’t want.
After that annoying experience, I attempted to eat the chicken and it tasted like pure grease. If you life extremely greasy unhealthy fried chicken, then this is your place, otherwise stay away!!!
Lastly, what happened to KFC having spicy options? I’ll make sure to stick to Chick Filet from now on.

We went in the afternoon and by the time that we got there all the food was old from the lunch. there was no chicken in the buffet line so I had to talk to the cashier to put some chicken out, twice!
Maybe this place would be better if you try it during lunch time but I’m not so sure about it.

For a kfc this is pretty good. I’m rating it amongst it’s peer group. The only reason for the 4 stars is the in inconstant service. 90% of the time the service and food is on par. 10% of the time the food is a little off, either too greasy or overly dry depending on the item. I’ve had an isolated incidence but overall service is impressive.

I believe this is the KFC Buffet on Gandy. I was going to give them 4 – 5 stars, however they kinda left a bad vibe with me.
So my son, my mom and I went here yesterday and after I paid I couldn’t remember the cashier handing me back my debit card. I asked the cashier if he handed my card back to me and he said yes. I should have really checked my purse instead of believing him, however I took his word on it. Later that night I went to the grocery store and low and behold I did not have my card. It was really irritating because 1 I asked if he handed my card back and he assured me he had, and 2 we sat there for about 30 mins in sight of the cashier eating and he never came over to hand me my card. I know he had to have seen it laying there at some point while I was there.
The food was pretty good, but I just don’t like what happened with my card.
