Extra Space Storage

The only thing I liked about this place is that you can drive right up to the unit. They have a rat or mouse problem so becareful if you are leaving valuables. I had alot of things that were chewed through so thats gross. Your things will have roaches and spiders and lizards in them. Its an outside unit so maybe thats normal? I would think there would be ways to control that? They increase your rent by almost 20 $ every few months. Cindy, the lady running the place is super sweet the day you get a unit but anytime after that extremely rude. I ended up leaving this storage facility and went to the uhual storage done the rd bc they are inside, have AC, 24 hour access and seem very clean. I could not stand the filthiness of extra space and the bug and rat poop and chew holes in my stuff was the last straw. I would feel awful for anyone leaving house hold items in the units here bc they will be messed up.

Storage units are storage units. Too many of us rent them, pay for years & end up getting rid of the contents.
Everything appears safe & clean. All staff I had interactions with were friendly and professional. So far, so good, I have encountered no problems.
What’s a girl to do? Sometimes it’s hard to figure out what to keep & what to leave.

Great staff, top level customer service, and clean, safe place to store my stuff. I recommend this facility
