They get my order wrong almost every time!!! They are rushing and not paying attention to what orders are being placed… I got the wrong drink and meal today come onnnn get it together, I’m tired of having to leave work to come back and get thE CORRECT food!

Fast food is fast food, we all understand that concept. a BK is a BK, or not. This BK is a rough and tumble mess. It is on my route so I have stopped there more times than they deserve. The drive through is a death trap. You get trapped between buildings on the sides and cars in front and behind, no where to go. Usually an outside lane for people leaving restaurant, but not here.
The staff is all young, curt, disrespectful and act like they don’t care about their job and that shows in their food.
Hot food often warm to room temp. Sandwiches thrown together ½ falling apart. Cold fries, what is worse than cold fries!!! I don’t care how many times they change their fries, they still can’t compete with Micky D in that area.
This locations management is tripped out. The other day I gave a $ 20 bill for my purchase and watched cashier give me change for a $ 10. I kept my arm out the window, so if there was a working camera, there would be no questions. With traffic lined up behind me manager came over and said the cashier was right and I was wrong. Even though I didn’t have the time it was the principle of the issue, I told him I would go park and come in to resolve issue, as all those cars behind me. No he would settle it and have cashier count her drawer right then.
ARE YOU CRAZY!!! It is around 6 PM & lots of cars behind me. There is an 800 number posted by the window, so I called them and explained what was going on, it was after 5, so no one could help me. Those poor souls behind me,
Cashier counted her drawer, they gave me the $ 10 I saw her pocket. People were honking at me, I had offered to go inside and told no… what’s a girl to do? Get the heck out of there and hope no one follows.
That was my last visit to that location and this time I will stick to this pledge.
