I give 4 stars because this morning, a worker was Actually nice to me and not rude. (I have the best of luck to get the rude DD workers). Tori was her name and she was very nice and everything was packed and ready at a reasonable time.
I did come here one night and this worker just Glared at me like I pissed her off or something while I was looking at the menu, making my decision. I felt very uncomfortable and just ordered fast and left because I felt uncomfortable by her glare.

This is definitely the best location in the New Tampa/​Wesley Chapel vicinity. The only negative is the crowded drive thru situation, but other than that, the coffee is always hot and the donuts are always sumptuous. I will definitely keep coming back in the future.

Eight times out of 10 they get my order wrong. Doesn’t matter if I use the drive-​thru or go inside. Been using this location for three years. Check your order carefully, because they sure won’t.

Out of all the dunkins in new tampa and Wesley chapel area. this one is the best! They make all of the sandwiches come out just like the pictures on the board. The bread, bagels, croissants are toasted, the cheese is melted and the bacon etc is cooked, unlike other locations where they just slap on the cheese at the end and is served cold. In addition this location has a huge selection and the doughnuts are larger. Coffee is great, what else is there.

Some of the workers here are very rude and ignore you when you try and talk to them. The last 3 times we’ve been here there were bees swarming around the donuts and muffins and walking all over them. When the workers were notified they told us that it happens all the time and didn’t do anything about it. the first woman we told actually ignored us and walked away.
The only good thing about this place is that our order is generally always correct.

Not sure anyone here is really enthusiastic about their job. Thank you & have a nice days seem forced and I’ve had the drive thru attendants talk over me multiple times. It’s convenient for me to stop here on my way to work but I generally try to avoid this store.

I love coming to this location for my coffee. It is always fresh and not watery at all. Plus, they always put extra caramel and mocha on my iced coffee! (: Thank You!

Love their French vanilla and regular coffee, and of course doughnuts, when they are fresh (a few times had them stale), but the service can be pretty bad. I haven’t had anyone rude yet, but the order fulfillment for the drive-​through is wrong on many occasions, especially at night. This branch is convenient and I think that is why a lot of people still go there, otherwise I wouldn’t go if possible

Every time I go to this DD, they screw up my order and don’t care. I’ve even called corporate and was supposed to hear back from the «owner». Never a word. Avoid this DD if you want fresh donuts and a correct order.

Came here because I didn’t want to get out of my car and they are the only one in the area with a drive-​thru. I ordered a mocha blast and it tasted terrible. I think there is a possibility that there is too much whipped cream or too much milk, but it tasted like diary overload. There was not much of a coffee flavor but much mocha. I may try it again.
