One word: Incompetent. Slow, unprofessional, asked for ice coffee and received hot coffee poured over ice. Asked to remake was given two smaller cups bc they ran out of cups(at 730 am?) This throws off the sugar & cream ratio I wanted, & wasn’t asked about it which goes to show they make it how they want anyway. Wasn’t given correct change, and wasn’t told why, or given a receipt. Have been here several times bc its closest to home, but the level of competence has yet to improve. I’ve seen so many new faces here constantly, the turnover rate is awful. I use to work at a DD’s 10 years ago, so I still know the ratios, ice level, & how the good coffee tastes. They over ice it & have no guidelines, coffee tastes like water more often than not bc they dont brew to specifications, & the ratios are inconsistent. You could ask for far less cream, & sugar one day & get a coffee as white as a crayon. Staff speaks unprofessionally around customers. Location pricier than ALL others in the area. Whoever thinks this coffee is good should feel robbed, & get out more. Then again ignorance is bliss. Place sucks. Deserves zero stars. Today was the last time I’ll come here.

Just came here for breakfast and were rather disappointed. I ordered a latte and it literally took 12 minutes to get. During this time my kids had already finished their donuts. When we sat down I noticed that the place was very dirty. The floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days and we used the donut bags to cover the table. When my latte finally came I discovered that there was no sugar available– only artificial sweeteners. The entire time we were eating it sounded like the manager was fussing at employees and commenting on how things work so much better when it’s only her and one other employee. Even though this location is much closer to home– I think we will drive further next time for better, cleaner, friendlier service without the ambient griping in the background.

Let me start off by saying Dunkin Donuts is awesome, love the coffee and food selections, however this store fails to live up others in the area in regards to service and product quality. The service is horrible, took forever to receive order through drive through and once received the food was over cooked. Advice, skip this store unless good service and product quality don’t matter.

Used to be consistently good coffee now every time I order my coffee(which is the same thing every time I go) they either make it too dark or pour ounces of sugar in it sometimes both. Today they gave me just cream and sugar no coffee at all. There are also often times I order donuts that are supposed to have a filling and they don’t have any at all wtf. I’m pretty upset. Don’t think I will be back for a while.

Coffee is great! Never buy the ice cream at this location, got a scope for my daughter and it was frost bitten, yuck!

This Dunkin Donuts was not satified because I brought some donuts to work and I found out that they were hard and old. I had a cashier who gave me an attitude and I did not feel so welcomed. The another woman who made a Caramel frozen drink and it was not tasting right. I wouldn’t come back to this place but the Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robins on Fletcher Avenue close to 75 was EXCELLENT! I tend to go there often!
