Dunkin’ Donuts

I don’t understand. I come here everyday because this is the only place I can get coffee before work. They refuse to listen I waited 20 minutes for my coffee and I order it the same every day. When I finally got it, it was drinkable all cream no coffee. I’m going back to drinking sugar free redbull.

They can not get my drink right. I have given them so many chances. I don’t ask for anything to complicated… Dark roast, extra ice and extra cream with 2 sweet n’ low. Pretty simple, right? They seem to always miss something!!!

It has awful customer service. When I went in I asked for a sandwich that was advertised all over the store and was simply told they didn’t carry it anymore (odd since it was on the door, the wall, and the menu). The cashier had no expression, no smile, no apology for no longer having it or still advertising it or suggestions for other items that might be good. The wait for the food was about 15 minutes. And worst of all, it really tasted awful. I couldn’t even finish eating it after more than a few bites. I ate some of the biscuit but no more of the chicken. They didn’t put the receipt in the bag so I had no way to complain to anyone. Will definitely not be going back.

If you’re from up north, you know Dunkin Donuts just isn’t the same down here. BUT, one of the managers (Phyllis) at this location really changes that. You’ll know her when you meet her by her accent and Bostonian nature (loud, funny etc). Compared to other Dunks in the area, she really makes the trip worth going outta the way for. And she knows how to make an iced coffee the right way too!

Me and my girlfriend have frequented this location for near 2 years, and as of today you will no longer recieve our business. The lack of customer service is appauling. Being rushed through my order, and than recieving a short or wrong order almost everytime. This is not an isolated incident, this has happened multiple times. I work in a restaraunt with 100k+ weekly sales, and we treat customers better on our worst day.

I would give zero stars if I could, I both live and work really close to this location so I frequent here often. The turn over here is crazy, can’t seem to keep employees more than a couple weeks. The coffee is decent but the service is consistently terrible. I understand from working service jobs for over 5 years that it gets stressful and overwhelming at times, but attitude goes a long way in this industry.

I write this review while I sit in line only 5 cars in front of me but you would think there were 20. I’ll be late for work now. The people inside are so incompetent no matter who they hire the service never changes. Just got my oatmeal which was soup. I sent it back and he manager gave me attitude. This place is awful on the best day. Normally the oatmeal doesn’t have enough water and is sticky nasty. I only stop here when I’m desperate. I will go to the one out of my way from now on this is just ridiculous.

Is even slower now. Turn over is terrible. Seems like new people every week. Can’t wait for a different place to get my morning coffee to open up.

Not too fond of donuts, especially here. This would be my quick fix before school started! Their iced coffee batch would taste off, sour, bitter. On good days the brew is fresh! But it’s not a 100% chance they’ll make it right. The staff is random, some are friendly each visit, some are aggressive. I would suggest a hot cup of joe, fingers crossed they couldn’t mess that up!

Never fails. Every single time I go here I either receive cold food or watered down coffee and I keep making the same mistake of going back.

I decided I should update my review because they have gotten a little better at this location. The staffing and consistency issues have been worked out and my order is usually ready quick and exactly how I ordered it. I still check my order before leaving but it is usually right.
Now if we could only get people who are ordering dozens of donuts to go inside to order, the drive through line would be easy peazy.

Not that I expect that much out of Dunkin Donuts, but the fact that I work within walking distance of this location and I still rarely visit says a lot. My order is often wrong, they are usually out of what I am wanting, and most days they are moving pretty slowly.
I will say that most of the staff there is cheery and helpful, but I get the feeling that this isn’t the cleanest and freshest place to eat. I’m betting almost all of their business comes from the fact that they are right off of the interstate.
As stated above, if it wasn’t so conveniently located for me, I would never visit.
