Dunkin’ Donuts

I try not to write bad reviews for anything that costs under $ 7 because you get what you pay for I guess… but I’m sick of letting this these slide. This dunkin donuts is similar to all of them in this area. I come here and just expect my order to be wrong.
I work right behind this location so I come here often, knowing it will be the same every-​time but it’s a matter of convenience and I’m over the error by the next day.
I was really fed up after 5 times in a row back in October when I got a cold-​un toasted breakfast sandwich (because they require you to tell them that you want your food cooked?)or I ordered something in addition that they never handed to me or they put cream in my coffee when I asked for milk so I stopped coming here in October.
I noticed the building was under construction so I was hoping for new management. It’s been two months since I’ve been here, Starbucks has been my daily choice for all this time so I figured I would try it out.
Shocker; I waited for a very long time at the drive through for her to come over and ask «do you want your bagel toasted?”(I’ve been ordering the same sandwich from dd for 15 years and it was just a given before) so I said yes, she walked away, handed me the bag and said «sorry for the wait» and I left. I open the bag to find a cold, un toasted bagel with a piece of cold orange cheese on it.
I am not only done with this location, I am done with all dunkin donuts in the state of Florida. These stores are making the chain look bad. I’m the last one in my family to stop going. Everyone else thought I was crazy for continuing to waste my money.
Sorry this location is getting the bad review ive just had the worst luck at this one. The one in trinity also gets orders wrong every time and the one in lutz makes every single car at the drive through park their car and have someone bring your coffee out after you pay… Wasting double the time. I bet their drive through handle time is impeccable on record. I stopped going there a long time ago. Everything is made with artificial flavor shots and the coffee always tastes like it’s been sitting there all day.
I grew up in the northeast and dunkin donuts is a huge part of my life. It’s sad to see the quality go downhill. I’ve deleted the app from my phone and will not visit another dunkin anytime soon.

Typical dunkin donuts. I drove by the first time on free iced coffee day but the line inside and out was obviously crazy. I returned the next day because my usual office coffee supplier was going to be out. As a beginner coffee drinker I wasn’t sure what to get and the guy behind the counter was knowledgeable on all their options. I got a coconut flavored coffee and two donuts for a little over $ 3… Good deal to me! I got a chocolate glazed which I usually love but for some reason was super sweet as was the sour cream one. It’s a very convenient spot though so I shall return if I need a sweet fix or done morning caffeine.
