Unfortunately this is my only coffee spot on my commute to work, so I stop here once or twice a week. Their service is the slowest I’ve ever experienced! I’ve waited in the drive thru(with only 4 cars– and no, nobody had a big order) for more than 12 minutes before! Going in isn’t any better. The employees move so slow– there isn’t any sense of urgency. Not how a «fast» food service should run. I wish there was another coffee spot on my way to work!

Service is always slow and they are always out of something. Last week they did not have pumpkin flavor and this week they don’t have dark roast! Glad for DD perks when you can’t even use them because this store doesn’t keep their inventory stocked. They’re ruining the DD reputation.

Though the speed of the staff in the drive thru wasn’t in question at almost 9:45AM, since morning rush is largely over; their customer service skills could use some serious improvement. I ordered a #1, which is a coffee & two donuts and a medium mocha Coolatta for my wife. They gave us a total and when we approached the window to pay, they told us that they were out of medium cups. They only offered the option to buy a large or a small. Though the cost difference is negligible, they should have made the large and provided it at the cost of a medium without trying to burden us with the problems of their poor management skills. At the absolute minimum, they could have made a medium in a large cup. We cancelled the drink order. Starbucks wouldn’t have ever pulled this crap with us. Considering Dunkin Donuts’ profit margin is driven almost exclusively by coffee and not donuts, you think they’d manage that aspect of their business better.

Place was a mess. All trash cans where over flowing. Trash on the floors. All the tables where dirty. Cashier was missing stuff off our order. The food was so so. Donuts tasted a little stale.

This is my morning stop when I am exhausted and need a fix on my way to work. I’m not a big coffee drinker, but I love Dunkin’s flavored iced coffees. After experimenting with different orders, I’ve settled on half-caf with skim milk. The full caffeine gives me a stomach ache and I’m jittery all day and night after drinking just a small coffee! This has proven to be the perfect amount to wake me up a bit without making me sick. I have rarely had an issue with the staff, especially with special orders. Maybe one out of twenty times I haven’t had speedy service? Considering the volume of customers during the morning rush, I don’t think these are bad odds. You should go here expecting a line of other cars trying to get their breakfast and caffeine for the day. I think the line moves fairly quickly. The only bad part is that the drive-thru lane is completely enclosed. this could be a major problem if a car ever broke down! It occasionally causes a backup when a car can’t get out onto the road and slows down progress at the window. Other than that, I think this Dunkin Donuts is just as good as any other I’ve been to.

Bad service and a mediocre product. I’ve been coming here for months, even years and I’m finally done with them. The employee working here acts like she loathes her job and the customers as well. She was so cold that I immediately regretted tipping and literally wanted to turn around and get my money back(all of it). The food isn’t any good either… dry, stale, and old. The DD down the street near 56th is much better! I’ll be going there instead.

A lot of logistical /staffing problems with this place, particularly for morning rush. #1 the drive thru set up has much potential to block people in from driving out if dining in. There’s very little real estate they are working with, and there’s only one way out . The place is understaffed, the girl taking orders was running around doing too much, abandoning the order desk. She did a great job for the situation, but the walk in traffic was ridiculously backed up inside. My egg and cheese bagel sandwich was cooked well, but there. Was absolutely nothing else on it, and I was never asked what I wanted on it I most likely will not visit again
