Shanelle was so helpful in getting my iPhone 5s. They didn’t have any in stock so she ordered me the exact one I wanted and it was there within a few days. She was very personable and incredibly helpful. I would highly recommend this kiosk to anyone looking to work with Verizon for any reason.

Do NOT buy a phone from these people! They have a Verizon Wireless booth in the mall and you think you are buying from a reputable business, but they are not. They lied to us and now will not admit their mistake. We want to return the phones and be done with them, but they will not let us unless we pay exorbitant fees. They won’t return phone calls and tell us their manager is on vacation when we see him standing behind the rest of team.
Unless you want to feel like you’ve been shafted do NOT buy from these people!
