Excellent customer service! Everybody is so friendly here and nice they all greet you when they walk in :) only T-​mobile store that I go to. I recommend going to Priscilla! She is the best and is very friendly and will give you details and answer all your questions in concern!

You know what I like? I like great customer service. Take a hint, AT&T.
So I switched from AT&T to my husband’s T-​Mobile plan, and already had a T-​Mobile compatible phone. We go in to the store not sure of the headache that would ensue. but assumed there would be a headache.
The guy was AWESOME. He got my phone activated, and since my husband is active duty, we got that and a SIM card for free. Nice. We all talked about the G2 that’s about to come out, and he seemed to know a bit more about their products than the average cell phone dealer.
We mentioned needing an SD card and asked where they were at, and the guy ran in the back and came back with an 8GB SD card, on the house. NICE! He really hooked us up. I wish I weren’t as bad with names as I am, or I’d post it so every Unilocaler could ask for this guy by name. He rules.
