I always have excellent service from the baristas here! Love the Black & White Mocha and the plain iced coffee! I’ve also had a spicy mocha that was really great :)
The last time I was there, I ordered an iced coffee with room, and went to top it off with some soy at the bar. There wasn’t any soy. I was bummed, because I assumed that meant that I was supposed to ask for it when I ordered, and end up paying for it. Well. They gave me soy without any question — which, in a lot of cases, is unheard of. :) It’s a small gesture, but a kind one just the same.
