I’m really tired of going to Togos and them trying to force me out of the door due to my service dog. I have been taking all of my sandwich business to Jersey Mikes lately because of how I was treated at the Togos at Lawrence Expressway in Sunnyvale Now I will continue to do the same thing now that all the Togos in Sunnyvale have made it incredibly difficult for me. My dog is marked and acts as it should. I have a prescription for the service dog and I’m tired of being made to feel like a criminal because my disability isn’t visible. I’m saying this again Togos. You should be thankful I’m not a lawsuit happy person and please educate your franchise owners and employees. I’d hate to see a company get sued out of business for a completely preventable offense. Again, it won’t be me bringing suit but someday you could be face with someone who would.

We split our TOGOS experience between this one and the one on El Camino and Bernardo. Three of us were there on a Sunday night, about 75 minutes before closing. The two ladies who were working already cleaned and blocked off all the tables EXCEPT for one 4-person table and two 2-person tables. The 4-person table was taken so we ended up pulling a chair out of the closed area and squeezing in at a 2-person table. The ladies were also talking in their own language and laughing between themselves while taking our orders and making our sandwiches/wraps, which I felt was quite rude. They both spoke perfect English. I asked for a cup of water and the water tasted like there was lime in it – yuck when I only wanted plain water. We certainly did not feel welcomed at this location, at least not with this closing crew, more than an hour before their closing time.

I just got a chicken Cesar salad wrap and when I opened the bag the entire thing fell apart. It was not wrapped correctly at all. Might as well have just ordered a salad instead of a wrap… also the wrap tastes like its stale. sad thing is I door dashed this order because I’m working, meaning I can’t take it back for a better quality one.

Usually a Subway guy, but they were the other way .3 of a mile. Needed to hop on the freeway at get going. I ordered the same thing I would order at Subway, except their selections are limited. No Bell Peppers, No Jalapenos. Their counter is so tall you can not see what they are doing. I am concise when ordering anything as I know what I want. They were pushy about a meal. I noticed they had«Brewed Black tea» Yum I thought, so hey I’ll get a drink and it turned out to be some weird passion fruit tea. Please people serve Plain tea and let people sweeten it as needed. You wouldn’t serve weird coffee as your only flavor. I dumped the Tea and had water. The sandwich was tasteless and the bread almost stale. This 6″ tuna Sandwich and a drink was almost $ 10.00. The ultimate was the cash register on a different counter that they had to turn away from you to ring up your order. No Visual display and no receipt offered. Next time I drive back the .03 miles and have a Subway like I should have. I hope not all Togo’s are this bad, but this was place was pathetic.

I went in yesterday to get a sub for a friend and the Asian Chicken Salad for myself. The staff was friendly, and the sub I got my friend looked like it was stuffed! I was VERY disappointed in the Asian Chicken Salad, though. It was 95% iceberg lettuce, with a PINCH of the carrot and cabbage mix in. I didn’t catch that until I’d already taken my food to go, or I would have taken it back up to the front and asked for more than half a bite. One of the reasons I chose the salad was to have the carrots and cabbage. All in all, really disappointing. I doubt I will ever be back.

Come here with my co-workers at least once a week. Staff is super cool but the environment is horrible. They have the heat up so high and it’s so muggy inside you can’t breathe. Have to hide out in the bathroom where it’s coolest. Asked to turn heat down was told«can’t». Going to have to find another Togo’s. To Damn HOT

What’s happened to my ToGo’s? When the girls are there they do great. But mostly it’s guys, and they are totally inept. They don’t know how to make a hot pastrami. I have to tell them. And then the sandwich turns out a mess. They might as well toss all the ingredients in the bag and let me put it together. This is the past 3 times. Again, the girls are great, but I hardly see them there. Next time if the guys are there, I leave.

Never get a sandwich made by Martin, he doesn’t care about you or your sandwich. Puts the least amount of meat and produce on the sandwich.

Excellent job catering my meeting today. Everything was prepared perfectly and my special request of vegetarian items packaged seperately was handled exactly as I asked. I’ve always loved Togo’s, particularly their turkey avocado sandwich, but I’d never used their catering service before and I would gladly do so again. They even helped me out to my car. Excellent service and food. Thanks guys!

I don’t usually write reviews for chains like this but I had to write one for this Togo’s! There was only one person in line in front of us, and yet the manager greeted us and said he would be with us in one moment! Very attentive and polite. He and the other worker were very upbeat, asked us about our weekend, got our order correctly, thanked us for coming in, and waved goodbye. The service I got today was more memorable and better than high end restaurants I’ve been to. It’s just a freakin’ sandwich, but the experience weirdly made my day better.

I love Togos but I will never go back to this location. I came in with a coupon on my smartphone that clearly stated«either print out this coupon or present it on your smartphone to redeem.» When I came in the two ladies behind the counter were talking and didn’t acknowledge me at first, then one turned around rolling her eyes and asked«can I help you“in the most bored don’t bother me tone she could. I asked her the coupon on my phone and she said it had too be printed out. I showed her where it said that it didn’t and she argued with me. I just have up and went top the next Togos near the freeway sand they immediately said«no problem!» when I showed them the coupon on my phone. Simple thing, but it is infuriating when people are that ride and argue with the customer, who may not always be right, but according to their own coupon certainly was this time. Never returning.

I guess when we say no lettuce and no tomatoes they leave everything out. Just got a sandwich with meat and bread. Not even spread… SUPERFAIL!

My husband, 2 year old, and I dined here last evening for dinner. Poor service! Now I see why it’s always empty here. Both girls working seemed very unhappy to be at work. Neither employee wore a name tag, but I genuinely hope management finds out which employees worked and refreshes them and their other employees on the importance of customer service. We could have gone anywhere else for dinner. Not a smile, not a hello, nothing from either employee. My 2 year old waved and said hi to the employees, but not a single friendly gesture from them. What a bummer. My family and I were all happy before stepping foot into this Togo’s. Furthermore, I ordered a hot pastrami sandwich and they totally skimped on the meat. I’ve never ordered a Togo’s hot pastrami sandwich that wasn’t stuffed with meat except for last night. Very disappointing to eat the last quarter of my sandwich with no meat! Please do better.

Been eating here for over a decade. Always experienced good customer service from the manager — he greets customers waiting in line, smiles often, says«We’ll be right with you», and rings up orders; he starts making sandwiches when the place gets busy. The other sandwich makers that I’ve encountered, however, have been a cranky bunch that act like they have been sentenced to hard manual labor — eye rolling, death stares, frequent loud sighs, and extremely miserable expressions. I got here yesterday a little after 1:30PM. There were two customers being helped at the counter, and one person ahead of me in line. Eight diners were already seated and eating. The two sandwich makers had unfriendly expressions, but the manager was all smiles. The manager said,“Welcome to TOGO’s! Thanks for waiting, and we’ll be right with you.“ My sandwich maker said,“What do you want?!” in an impatient tone and looked at me like I was bothering her. I smiled and ordered a #24(Turkey & Avocado) Mini Classic in a gluten-free wrap. She had slammed the previous customer’s plate onto the counter, so I was glad that I was getting my food to go. The gluten-free wrapper, which was a tortilla, looked to be around 10″ across, and the sandwich maker put it in a press. She then added the mustard that I requested, three slices of turkey, a small scoop of avocado, and the vegetables. After being wrapped, it looked like a four to five inch burrito. She placed my food in a bag and shoved it at me. The manager rang up my order of the #24(turkey & avocado) gluten-free Mini Classic($ 4.00), bottled water($ 2.15), and a bag of chips($ 1.65). He thanked me as he handed me my change, and said,“Enjoy the rest of your day.“ The cross streets are Cezanne Dr and S Fair Oaks Ave. Meriwest Credit Union is next door. BTW The gluten-free wrapper tasted like one of La Tortilla Factory’s Gluten-Free Tortillas (available at Safeway), which are made from combining tapioca, rice, and teff flours, and have a neutral taste; also, it didn’t crumble, which was good because some gluten-free breads/tortillas/crusts that I’ve tried have a tendency to crumble. PS Due to my hearty appetite, this was just a snack for me: P

I’m surprised this place is still open! Every time I pass here, I hardly ever see anyone in this restaurant. The gentlemen I see here every time must be the manager, he is very friendly and always calls me «Miss» instead of Ma’am which I tend to get a lot. The sandwiches are always fresh and good! The bread isn’t stale, basically your typical Togo’s but no wait and super clean!

The Sandwich’s are amazing but the customer service here is the worst!!! Asked for no onion and she still put it. Asked her for warm roast beef and she had attitude about it. Overall rude people working here!

Regular Pastrami Melt on a Parmesan bun. I had this for lunch with a small soda. It was well made, came out hot, and I enjoyed half the sandwich and saved the other half for later. The service was very nice, prompt, and made the effort to listen to the particulars of my order(like sauce on the side).

Last two times we’ve been there, they’ve messed up simple orders. No onion, they gave us onion. We ordered a number 8(roast beef turkey and cheese), they give us a number 3(turkey and cheese). Not satisfactory service. Seriously reconsidering coming back.
