McDonald’s

Today I came here and this guy with Turrets was being a little too specific with his order so he was taking forever to order. So I honked the horn and yelled are you done yet? He turned around and flicked me off so I honked the horn a few more times. He finally pulled forward and I followed without getting to order my own food. Once again he was taking he damn sweet time and just stayed at the cashier and then the food receiving window. The whole time acting crazy. So then when I was at the cashier, I paid and asked what was up with that guy. When I came to get my food, it wasn’t ready so the Asian store manager said wait at the reserved parking to get my chicken nuggets. So I did but even four minutes later, because that’s how long the manager told me to wait for the fresh new nuggets, I waited but it still wasn’t done. So I went to park in the regular parking area and went in to that restaurant to get my money back, one of the customers came up to me and said the manager said I was stupid or the situation was stupid. Regardless of what he said, the manager shouldn’t have ever said that because it wasn’t professional. In the past, there were issues that happened here once in a while and I let it slide but this time, the compounding of the asshole guy with Turrets in front of me and then me not getting my food because it took too long and the manager who can no longer be trusted, I’ve seriously had enough.

If i could give them negative 5 stars i would. I live right around the corner and seem to have the BIGGEST PROBLEM GETTING FRESH FRENCH FRIES! I tell them fresh fries when i order and everytime i get food here the FRIES ARE COLD! U guys need to get it together seriously! Ive spoken to employees at the drive thru and managers and u guys still have this problem!

I walked in… soon as I ordered that he was bran spank’n new buuuuuut was on it. Good management!

I live right around the corner from this location and honestly I sympathize with the workers and what they’re going through. This is McDonalds and although you should expect to get your order done correctly with proper food safety regulations, the workers here are people too, they have good days and bad days. This is also an entry level/​food service job and most workers here are looking for experience or a way to make ends meet. Usually my order is just what I asked for and although they get extremely busy they still manage to make me feel respected. I can’t believe people can be so harsh to others over a $ 6 fast food meal…

No complaints. They get the job done. I don’t come for burgers just fries, sofa and the occasional shakes.
Only complaint is that employees are so busy they often don’t say hello or thank you.

Last two times I went there, service was SLOW. First, they said they were understaffed. This time, the girl sat there taking another order for like two minutes while my order, two pies, sat there. It wasn’t until I adjusted my car’s positioning that she noticed me. Maybe the staff here are really passive aggressive, I don’t know. All I know is that I’ve consistently gotten my slowest McDonald’s experiences here.

I paid 1 hotcakes and 1 hash brown by drive through behind me couple cars lined up and I waited 5+ min to pick my food last time same order they missed hash brown so i was about to check the items but behind people waiting so I moved my car near by signal I checked hash brown missing again this time I want them to know so I turn and reach same drive through I explained one of the women staff came and ask my bag and she inspect I was not feel good at this point later she ask a male staff and discussing something and looking me like I’m lying… Bullshit… who train the business ethics and code of cundect what the #@$%

Had a big order including 2 egg mcmuffins. Only got one, told them, and they made me pay for it again. The first mcmuffin we bought was so burnt so I told them to replace it.

I almost exclusively use the drive-​thru at all hours of the day. Three am, eight am, four pm, anytime– they’re efficient and friendly.

The Management & Team here are awful!!! I ordered a breakfast sandwich here at 5am January 2^nd 2016. When I begin to eat it I then realized the bread was very hard and stale. I then walked in and asked for a fresh sandwich. The manager that was there at the time decided he would argue with me disagreeing that my sandwich was fact fresh and didn’t see a point of replacing it. Not only did the manager have something to say but so did his whole team. This team definitely needs to be replaced.

Horrible customer service. Rude in drive thru. Food is regular. Always like this. Especially at night.

This place was honestly one of the best McDonald’s I have ever been too I said well done fries and they actually did it I’m so happy thanks I will be back

They messed up the order so terribly awfully bad. Forgot the hashbrowns, didn’t include egg with our mcmuffins (eggs were explicitly stated in the oder), sauces were missing, and hashbrowns were soggy. No wonder mcds is losing money.

This place is honestly the PLUG for a late night snack with your Homies if you’re ever out late having a great time. I always come here with my friends when we have no where else to eat. I recommend this place as probably the best alternative when you run out of choices to eat. Good place, good food & shoutout to Dan and Jan.

Solid fast-​food joint, everything you’d expect. 3 stars because the food and service here is average. Cleanliness of the restaurant is pretty well-​maintained. Workers here depend on the time of the day. You’ll run into robots or actual people that engage you when taking your order. Lived in Sunnyvale almost my whole life and grew up eating here. All in all, you can always ask for things fresh and what not. So if you’re feeling like filling your tank with something quick, run it by the drive-​thru.

There was a time when this McDonald’s was just fine. The food and service is hit or miss. There’s one young man in the mornings that is very polite and provides great service. I would stop here at least once a week on Fridays and work from there for and hour in the mornings. Now they have removed the electricity outlets (plucked them off the walls!) and their WiFi seems down most of the time. Now I drive to the one on Augustine Drive in Santa Clara instead.

Stopped by here for a quick drink (6÷25÷15 at 10:35am) before a meeting nearby. As I walk up to the counter, a dining customer approaches the counter, the employee asks what he needs. He holds out his to go bag that he had already eaten out of. They both spoke Spanish but it was easy to understand he wanted the employee to take whatever was in the back bag. She did and it turned out to be has browns. The shocking part is, she put it back in the warming tray apparently to serve to someone else. I don’t know if it was given to someone else but how disgusting, wrong and dangerous???
Never, ever, will i step foot in this place again. I wish i could give negative stars. Absolutely unacceptable and dangerous not to mention i am sure very illegal. Food code violations? Food safety? Scary!

We normally don’t have a bad experience when we come here.
But whoever was drive through cashier on April 2, 2015 @1030PM was RUDE AS FUCK. The name isn’t on the receipt but if it was I would blast her already.
No ones asking you to like your job, but since you’re here. You need to make the best of it.
The only reason this gets a 3 star rating is because the guy who was giving us our food was so polite & was smiling.
Learn from your coworkers girl. A little goes a long way.

Not the cleanest and fastest McDonald’s I have ever been, but bonus points for them: is the first time I see a communal table in a McDo and that looks pretty cool for those families with many kids (seem to abound in the area) or just a group of friends that prefer to eat together than seating at the booths. Booths are comfortable and you can charge your phone while eating your big mac. Convenient location.
