Fast, friendly, and clean with great burgers and fries to boot. Be prepared for long lines, but they’re worth it. Also, shout out to the staff for treating people like humans, not numbers.

This is my ho to place when I’m hungry and looking for a quick tasty bite. It can get busy with nearby high schoolers. But the line is very quick. Ask for the secret menu burger: animal style burger

Nice place for fresh burger and fries. Close to Mission college and sometimes long lines, but worth the wait. Parking space ample.

Tried This place on a recent trip you Cali. Heard nothing but great things. Let me tell you I was sorely disappointed! I didn’t think the burger was anything spectacular. I ordered cheese fries and was appalled when u saw them take your typical slice of plastic wrapped(like Kraft) cheese and place it in top then throw them in oven to melt. These were a travesty! A slice of cheese thrown on top of fries is not considered cheese fries in my book. I gave 2 stars because the service was great. Counter person extremely helpful and energetic!

Pretty good burger, pretty reasonable prices. If you’re not from out west, I’d say the closest comparison is Steak ‘n’ Shake.

How could they possibly get less than a 5 star review? This location can get a bit crowded with the drive thru, and it’s actually kind of an awkward set-up in the parking lot. But since it’s part of a retail center, parking isn’t much of an issue. Good burgers, service, and location.

Clean! Fast! Friendly? I drive for Lyft and just gave some techie a ride from The Embarcadero to an apartment a mile away. It’s Friday at exactly 5:30 and since it’ll take two hours to get back to the city I found this safe haven in the middle of this desert waste land. When I first walked in I was happy to see yet another In-N-Out that looked clean and well organized. I must assume that the cashier was really new because he didn’t immediately jump into the perky little In-N-Out speech but took my order perfectly which is all I really care about. Relative to other In-N-Outs, this place wasn’t perfect but still better than 99% of any of the other chain restaurants within a comfortable driving distance. If I’m ever again forced to come to this part of Santa Clara again I’ll be back.

This is a must stop when in California. Animal style is my favorite. My husband loves the double. You must check out the«secret» menu before ordering as it has much better choices than their regular menu. Fries and shakes great as well. I think the burgers are much better here than at Five Guys, but it may be because Five Guys seem to be on every corner in Cleveland and I have to travel to California in order to enjoy an animal burger. Human nature: one always wants what one can’t readily have.

In-N-out burgers are famous for being one of the best fast food chains in California! When ever I come here it never disappoints me because the burgers are always spot on! For $ 3.45 you can get a double-double which is a double cheese burger that comes topped with crispy lettuce, a slice from onions and a nice slice of tomatoes. They also claim their patties are never frozen so that’s good! They also cut the fries right in front of you so you know that their fries aren’t frozen either! So for the price and quality and size of the burger, it’s a 5 star from me!

To say In N Out is a euphoric religious experience is an understatement. There’s just something about getting your double double on on an impromptu weekday dinner. By something I mean everything; by everything, I mean best experience ever. In n out has quite the following in California. This burger chain claims to never freeze their meats or anything for that matter, thus why they don’t open stores cross country outside of CA and NV. What’s better than that fact? Because who cares. It’s the taste that really matters. In N Out has gotten the meat to cheese ratio down, in my opinion. The sharp American cheese is a hugely delicious sidekick to the aromatic grilled onions. Add the beef in, and it’s basically like consuming crack. Or however crack is taken. This may not be your gourmet burger shack, but at less than $ 4 for a DD, it shouldn’t be hard to discern. The only other burger place I think is in line with In n Out is Shake Shack, an east coast cousin. To imagine a world with the two in CA would be the foodie’s wet dream.

I’ve never had a In-N-Out get my order wrong so this is the first time I’m giving an In-N-Out anything under a 5 or 4. I ordered a Double Double, Animal Style+Protein Style+Extra Everything. What did I get? A Double Double Animal Style with less than normal amount of lettuce. I’ve never had such a sad looking burger, I didn’t complain because I knew it was gonna take them forever to make me a new one. I’ve been to this particular place about 3+ times usually after great america. Here’s the problem I see, the employees don’t seem ready for the rush. All of a sudden thousands of hungry teens and college people descend upon this location seeking delicious food but the management doesn’t seem to have hired enough people for the night shift.

I always like going to this In N Out because its a Great place to people watch and its in a convenient location . There’s plenty of parking as its located at a huge strip mall . I like to get a 4×4 or 3×3 Cheeseburger and some Animal Fries. They make a Mean Shake too . Drive Thru always has a long line.

Went here last Saturday night, as we were coming back from the Stanford vs. University of Washington game(GOHUSKIES) and we wanted to make sure to get In n Out for my parents since they were only visiting for the weekend from WA. Greatest thing, the other In n Out’s we have been to have HORRIBLY long lines for the drive thrus and this one had like manybe 5 or 8 people in line in the drive thru in front of us! The line went so quick, we ordered and got our food within 10 minutes! so awesome, especially since it was already late as well and my parents had to get up extra early for their AM flight. Burgers came exactly as ordered, fries came exactly as ordered and we were very happy! Thank you In n’ Out for great, speedy service!

Honestly, I never understood the hype surrounding In-N-Out. Everyone I know seems to go gaga for this franchise, and I’ve even heard stories of people driving several miles out just to satisfy their burger cravings. To me In-N-Out is just like any other fast food restaurant, and it’s not even vegetarian(or pescatarian) friendly — or so I thought. It turns out that In-N-Out has a secret vegetarian and vegan menu, so In-N-Out gets some brownie points for me on the inclusion aspect. However, I still did not understand what set it apart from other fast food chains until I ate at this In-N-Out on Saturday night. The price for food is spectacular — my jaw dropped at how inexpensive the menu items were — and the quality of the food is REALLY good. I ordered the fries«animal style,» which is a medley of secret sauce, onions, and cheese on top of the fries. Animal style can be applied to any item on the menu for an extra charge, and it is a «secret» option to the menu that only In-N-Out insiders would know. Animal style is SOOGOOD; whatever they put in that secret sauce has me addicted. Trust me on this, whatever you order from In-N-Out, order it Animal style. In-N-Out also has really tasty milkshakes — smooth, creamy, not too sweet, and not too indulgent because it pairs well with your meal. While the menu doesn’t have particularly unique options, I now understand the hype surrounding In-N-Out and why the restaurant would be packed at 1am on a Saturday evening, and I definitely want to try their other menu options.

I really thought I had a review under my belt for this location as I’m always here when coming to the theater next door, but I guess not. Everyone in the Bay knows In-N-Out Burgers. It’s my favorite franchise burger spot even though the bag says it’s not a franchise and is family owned. Either way, it’s cheap and it has a quality taste to it. The burgers and fries are some of my favorite and if I didn’t care for my health I’d probably eat here everyday. The only issue is that it takes forever to get your order as there is always a bunch of people ahead of you. Sigh. Either way, if you don’t want to pay an arm and a leg for dinner and want a tasty burger, then this place is for you.

Cheeseburger protein style please! Lately I’ve been noticing that the lettuce in my burgers has been shredded/wimpy, so I went for the protein burger to make sure I get a nice big leaf to envelop the goodness! Haha that sounds horrible. I went today for lunch and there was surprisingly plenty of parking! It was after 1, but I probably missed the rush. The line moved super fast and I was surprised to see that they had someone on cleanup duty the entire time. Yay for clean tables! If you’ve ever had lunch with me, you’ll know that I eat super slow. About halfway through, I decided to take my fries home because I was much more interested in the conversation than my food(not to say the food wasn’t great). ANYHOW, I’m eating fries while watching netflix at home an hour later and I feel something soft and cold. I HAVEANUNFRIEDFRY!!! It blew my mind. I snapchatted it to all my friends, and then ate the rest. It was super weird and I would’ve asked for more normal fries if I had eaten all my food in the store like a regular person, but whatever, their burgers are awesome and it’s not like I found something too gross.

In-N-Out is pretty self-explanatory. I call it the Rolls-Royce of fast food burgers because this stuff is Quality. My friends and I went to Great America and we came here for lunch since it was only a few blocks away from the park and the food was better than anything they sold on the fairgrounds. Employees were friendly, the restrooms were clean. But when I tried to pay with my giftcard things went wrong. The poor cashier had to grab a manager, and then the manager had trouble, too! I offered to pay with my card, but they insisted on making it work, and eventually, after punching in the giftcard’s numbers manually and THEN sliding the giftcard, they made it work. Holy poo. I must say, though, that out of all the In-N-Outs I have been to, this one had some of the best presentation I’ve ever seen! P. S. Many people do not know this, but you can order banana peppers for your burger. I do.
