I love this location in terms of very friendly baristas who are skilled and the delicious drinks. The drive thru is the absolute worst one! I always walk inside if I’m close to this location and want coffee. Very rude drivers in the drive thru. Have absolute no idea how to take turns when there are 2 lines from 2 directions trying to merge into 1. If the drive thru was turned around people would be in line behind the building instead of in the parking lot making it hard for others to get in and out.

Service is generally good here and the coffee is what you expect from Starbucks but there’s very little seating, very little parking and nowhere to line up for the drive thru during busy times without blocking people in the parking lot. Unfortunately most people have to use the drive thru because there are rarely open parking spots since the small lot is shared with other busy shops so it just compounds the problem.

Bad location. Nothing like walking in and to see 6 employee’s doing absolutely nothing and 3 of them at the only brown table they have on their lap tops. The person who decided to help me came from the back in his regular clothes. All these employees were not in uniform and usually are not. My ided coffee sucked! People in the parking lot are just STUPID and drive like idiots. Small and tight location. Counted maybe 3 high tables and the brown table. This whole staff should be fired along with the one’s who are letting Starbucks get like this. Times have changed. Why are people so lazy and have horrible attitude’s and especially Starbuck employees. Your serving and making coffee. Really!!! Ya’ll need to chill or quit.

Terrible. I always go to the starbucks off of sweetwater because they are quick, never mess up my order and when i order a food item they always check to make sure they have it before charging me for it. I only go to this location because it’s 5 minutes away but i’ve made the mistake of doing so. I went to this location on a wednesday twice that day and they messed up my drink twice that day«peach green tea lemonade» and i corrected the guy and said the lemonade and only gave me the peach green tea which was not what i ordered and did not taste good. I let it go hoping they wouldnt mess up my order another time. Next day i went again and ordered a peach green tea lemonade and a blueberry muffin. I corrected and said the lemonade. When i reach the front the lady charges me for both the drink and muffin and after charging me to tell me they had run out of the muffin. They did not give me a refund which i wanted and only gave me something else which tasted awful, to make things worse they gave me the wrong drink for the 3 time in 2 days. A few weeks before that i asked for a «birthday cake pop» with my drink and she said it was only a dollar more for another cake pop so i took the offer, after leaving and trying to eat the cake pop i realized it was a chocolate cake pop which was disgusting and did not taste good at all and it was birthday as well. This starbucks is awful and only go when i need too. The starbucks off of sweetwater in sugar land is amazing and recommend that location than this one.

This place is always jam packed. The coffee is fine — like any other SB but my rating is mainly for it’s cruddy design to get people in and out. There’s no good way to get into drive-thru when there’s a long line because it is very close to the entry way from the main street turning into the shopping center. The parking lot is also small. Service was decent though and if you like SB beverages, this place is pretty consistent.

I sent a mobile order to this location this morning and I’m standing at the bar waiting. Granted they are busy but by the third time j asked if they had it I was responded with sheer rudeness. I managed a Starbucks for many years and busy is their game. There is never a reason to be short or rude with a customer no matter how many espresso shots you have run that morning. They need some major fine tuning on customer service at this location. On top of that my coffee tastes awful and it was set down and not a single word spoken. Not coming back here again: which is sad since my husband works down the road. Megan is the barista who was so rude. Hard to miss she is sleeved out and has a scowl on her face.

Everything from the pastries looks, so delicious every time I come in! I usually get the blueberry scone, chocolate croissant, and bbq beef brisket. Okay well I don’t get every thing at the same time, but still I get at least 2 or 3 of the items I’ve mentioned. I really enjoy how their stations is usually clean, and if it gotten dirty the employees usually take care of the mess quickly. The store is well organized and clean on the shelf, where the Starbuck’s cups are located. *:.。. o()o .。.:* This is just my personal thoughts here.( ̄^ ̄)ゞ I’ve been here so many times and I hear customers complain. Their drive thur window gets the job done really quick! If there is a line and customers complain, «why it took so long?» Well news flash to you customers, «YOUARENOTTHEONLYONETHERE!» What really ticks me off is that they would yell at the employees! I would love to knock them out just to show how ignorant they can be! I guess their mom and pops don’t know how to raise them. Their service is faster than most of all the Starbucks I’ve been to. I’m giving them a 5 star just, because they have treated me nicely and super friendly customer service! Customers should be nice and not rude. Treat them with respect, and they will be happily to serve you. If I could give all the flipping birds I can to the rude customers I so would!

I love this Starbucks! In the morning you can be in a super long line but it moves extremely quickly! The manager doesn’t mess around here! She’ll even come out to the parking lot and take orders so that the line moves quicker. ever in a rush go to the Starbucks!

Basically your run of the mill Starbucks! Bought the Cheese Danish and it was extremely über tasty. Insanely buttery and the filling was amazing. Could have been a tad crispier though! Only reason it’s at three stars is because I was overcharged on my Starbucks card and couldn’t get my money back.

I met some friends at Starbucks on Saturday morning prior to our motorcycle ride and noticed a new blend that I have not experienced on the brewers. I inquired about the roast and ordered a grande, shortly after that I observed the girl filling my cup with Pikes Place blend and trying to cover her actions with her body. She then placed the cup on the counter and I asked if that was my cup that she was filling with Pikes, she appeared very shocked that I noticed and answered«yes, we ran out of the one that you ordered»!! I asked if her manager knows that she did that and she advised me that the manager told her to do that! I then asked the manager and she acted like she knew nothing and told the girl to check the pot in the drive through area. The girl then asked if I still wanted the blend that I ordered and I answered«of course», so she proceeded to fill my cup in the drive through area. This is totally unacceptable behavior from a place that charges that much for a cup of coffee! This is not the first time that they have subbed an item in an order for something else and did not tell me about it, the last time I went through the driveway and they gave me a peppermint mocha rather than the mocha that I ordered. I took it back and asked why the hell they did that and the guy says«I thought that you would like that better»!! WTF, if I wanted a a goddamn peppermint mocha, I would have ordered a peppermint mocha…

Starbucks is Starbucks. What can I say? +1 Because it’s a drive through. The lines tend to snake around and there’s usually no wait inside. Since there’s ample parking, I usually just go inside. It makes me happy they have the Texas Sweet Tea! It’s a tad too sweet for my liking, so I ask for water to dilute it a bit and extra ice. This location is clean, the baristas are fast and super friendly.

I went here last night through the drive-thru for the first time. This review is for the friendliness that I experienced right off the bat. I took one star away only because for a drive thru with only 1 car in front of me they were a bit slow. However I ordered an iced peppermint mocha and they mistakenly made a hot one for me. The lady at the drive thru window apologized and asked if I wanted it anyway and she will make an iced one. Since I was kind of in a hurry I told her if she could just pour it over ice. Sincerely she said that it won’t go well with the steam milk and might not taste right. I was happy that she told me because I didn’t know that at all. In 2 – 3 minutes she came out repeating my correct drink order with a smile. With that nice friendly service, I would definitely be back to enjoy a cup joe when I go to that part of sugar land. :)

All of the drinks I have ever ordered at this Starbucks establishment has always been excellent. Even the newest baristas make the drinks exceptionally well. The entire place is always kept very clean, including the restroom, and even behind the counter. Everyone there is always very nice and they have great service. For the most part, orders are made very quickly. As for the lounge area, there is a good number of tables and seats for hanging out with a few friends or getting some studying done. During non-rush hour times, it is very quiet and there aren’t too many people who will bother you.

I can only speak from my experience with the drive-through since I have not been inside the store. I will say, however, that from what I have observed from the window this place seems clean on the inside with employees who stay busy keeping it that way. The drive-through is efficient and quick and my orders have always been correct. Service is very friendly and the barrista makes sure your order is exactly what you wanted. Efficiency, timeliness and friendliness. Exactly what I want and I am pleased.
