Their fruit smoothie is delicious and doesn’t taste artificial like a lot of smoothies that you might find elsewhere. Someone told me it’s because they use real/fresh fruit. Yum! Their milk tea is not as creamy as some other places I’ve been to, but there is a stronger tea flavor compared to most milk tea places. At first I was like«whoa» because I’m not used to milk teas having much tea flavor, but I actually really liked it once I wrapped my mind around it. Rayly’s milk tea is in my opinion just the right sweetness. Not overly sweet, but just right — if you’re the type of person who typically asks for reduced sweetness in your milk tea, I’d suggest trying their standard sweetness and then adjusting future orders as needed because I think it was fine as-is. Service was quick and friendly. If you check in on Unilocal, you’ll get a 10% off coupon that you can use. I didn’t see it until after I already paid. Oh well!

Cute little boba place with all the usual menu options. My husband and I always come here since it’s usually not crazy busy and the times that they were busy they were pretty quick. Price are average and reasonable. Overall a solid boba place and we visit often!

Their Japanese milk tea is one of my favorites, however I would just honestly drink their drinks. The popcorn chicken is good but it’s a different kind then the ones I’m used to. I think it’s microwaved too coz I always hear it going off when we buy. I don’t think they’ll have calamari so don’t bother :(both times I went, they didn’t have it. Their sandwiches aren’t bad either but it’s a bit Americanized so if authentic is what you’re looking for, this isn’t the place. Otherwise it’s a nice place to sit and chill and play some games as well. The chairs they have are really comfy!

It was a little further drive for me than expected, but I had wanted to try this place for some time, so since I was off of work today, I decided to head there to try. I find the interior decorations a mess. They got ice decorations on the ceiling, lucky cats, paintings and butterflies on the wall, etc. The chairs they have were very nice and beautiful, but they got a wall where customers can write all over which messes up the classy ambience that it could’ve had. I understand it is to let customers feel they are part of the place and to feel welcome but it’s kind of an eyesore as well. Customer service was decent. The girl working there was very polite and nice. I also got 10% off just for checking in. What really pushed my rating to four stars is the drink I had which is the regular tapioca cream milk tea. They really got the flavor of the cream milk tea just right. I’m usually not a fan of cream milk tea but hands down, this is equal to or even slightly better than the regular cream milk tea at Teahouse. My mom also enjoyed her avocado smoothie. The tapioca balls were good, but it’s not the best tapioca balls I’ve tasted at other places. The taste of the drink just overrides everything. They also offer stamp cards. I hope to visit again soon!

In Sugar Land, there is Dulce Tapioca that rules all. There are a lot of smaller stores and up until now, I didn’t think anything compared until I came to Rayly. Truth me told, their tapioca is not something that is absolutely out of this world but it is definitely more than decent. My boyfriend and I frequent there often enough for the staff to recognize us. My favorite thing is that it is so close to my house! It is literally 10 minutes away and they are open until 11:30PM … which is perfect for the late night munchies :)

This place is AWESOME! Love coming here for drinks while I’m out and about running errands or just driving over to get a late night drink. Love the location. Staff is always friendly even if we stay til closing. Love the hazelnut milk tea and their ice blends. I’d choose this café over Starbucks every time.

This is one of the few places that uses real fruit in their real fruit smoothies instead of powders or syrups and I absolutely love them! Their tea based drinks are also the perfect sweetness and milkiness. Ray and Ly are there all day and night. They are very dedicated and they are always very friendly. They care genuinely about the quality of their drinks and their tapioca.

Located off of 99 and new territory next to Randall’s. Cute décor(red/white modern), free wifi. Decently long drink menu with a few snacks(calamari I think was one, cookies…). I ordered the grass jelly milk tea low sweet and hubby got the frozen coffee mocha with boba. Price $ 4 each. Good prices. Pretty good flavor and not too sweet. The cashier’s English wasn’t great so I had to repeat my order 5 times which annoyed me, but that’s just me. She got the order right though so it’s all good.

Lovely place, lovely staff, lovely menu! They happily made a special fresh, fruity, creamy blend for my little girl who only knew she wanted something«orange with bubbles» — it was perfect! I got the pineapple green tea which is lightly sweet and refreshing.

The drinks and sandwiches were OKAY enough to be like I am super hungry and I just need something to fill my stomach. The popcorn chicken is nothing special, it does taste better with the sauce they give you. I had the chicken sandwich and a mango melon mint fusion tapioca and my husband had the pork sandwich and a kumquat slushy. We gave it try because it was close to us but we may not be die hard repeat customers.

This place is great for a bubble drink with low prices plus it’s so convenient as it’s nearby. The watermelon boba is a personal favorite of mine as they actually use real watermelons and not artificial sweetners that other places use. I also prefer this place to the Dulce Tapioca, which is further away and more expensive.

Rayly’s is just a really nice spot to go to if you want to hang out or study or grab something quick to eat. The drinks are really good and the owner’s are really welcoming! Plus, I found out one of the owner’s loves cars… I instantly thought he was cool. I’m just a nursing student that just wants a convenient spot to study, so I’m super thankful for this place. 5 stars!

I always yearned for a good tapioca and Vietnamese sandwich place near me and I was pleased to find out about this place! Heading out around lunch time my son and I walked into this place to only find out that they didn’t have sandwich bread or cucumbers to make the sandwiches and the owner I suppose, said he would run out to get it if we could wait. We did for awhile but in the end decided to come back another time. So this review will mainly be based on the location, atmosphere and customer service. I found out about this place on Unilocal and after reading all the great 5 star reviews decided I wanted to check it out for myself! For Greatwood and New Territory residents this place is great! Located in the same center as the Randall’s near New Territory there is plenty of parking and other options to eat if you just want to have a Boba drink or smoothie! The prices are very reasonable and the people were very friendly! Unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to try anything. They had a busy morning so they didn’t have all they needed to make sandwiches. Understandable. We’ll catch them another time! The décor inside is very nice! According to the owner they have been open since July and it seems like it would be a fun place to hang out with your friends to enjoy a Boba and free Wifi! They have this Fun Wall where you can leave your mark and it was covered! Nice music playing in the background the seating was plentiful and comfortable! It’s just nice to know they have a Boba place so close to where we live. Now we don’t have to travel all the way to Chinatown on Bellaire for a tapioca drink! From all appearances I’m sure the drinks are great but I’ll have to find out another day! Nice, clean and bright! We will be back!

The island green smoothie is the best. I didn’t expect too much, just something healthy. It was not only healthy and fresh but super delicious!!! The jasmine milk tea was also a classic with bubbles. I love the chairs – it’s like the chairs for racing cars. Definitely a good place to hang out.

Got the strawberry coconut smoothie with mango jelly. The drink itself was really good and thirst quenching, especially on a hot summer day! Price-wise was slightly more expensive than Chinatown’s. Quantity of toppings was decent. The tapioca balls were very chewy, but bland. They are missing honey/sugar. They charge an extra $ 0.50 for toppings(tapioca boba balls, jelly, etc.) The drinks range from $ 3.25(drink & slushies) to $ 3.99(fresh fruit and smoothies). THEYTAKECREDITCARDS. NOMINIMUMS! The chairs are comfortable and it is pretty quiet — perfect for a study spot. The lighting is also bright and there is free WiFi. Great music selections!!!(They even had N’sync, JoJo, and all the old school music reminiscent of middle school days…) One star off because the servers didn’t seem very friendly and did not smile. I felt like I was taking up their time. No exchange of pleasantries such as, «how are you doing?» That I feel are usually common in Sugar Land stores, much less so in Chinatown. Overall, a good spot. Remember to get a stamp card! Buy 10, get 1 free. :)

Overall really good. They used real watermelon in their watermelon slush, the tapioca was soft but not mushy, and the ice was blended very well. Next time I’m passing through new territory, I will definitely be stopping by this place again.

Awesome tapioca joint. Great atmosphere, friendly service, and great tasting drinks. The server was very friendly and wanted to know what we thought of the drinks we made. I also like the convenient location. Free WiFi and a few board games as well. Great chill spot.

Finally! A good tapioca spot by my house!(Whether that’ll be a good or bad thing in the long run is yet to be determined, lol!) The girl that made my drink — a tapioca cream tea — is incredibly sweet, and loved that she inquired on the taste and my satisfaction with it! The owner(I think) was really sweet as well and also asked for the quality of my drink. The establishment itself is quaint and nicely decorated. I may have just found my new study spot. Hopefully, they stay open for a long time and keep up with great drinks and great customer service!
