Piecasso– can’t say enough great things about this place. The different style pizza slices you can get up front, will entice anyone. The calzone was great as well, but stay away from the lasagna, unless you like meatloaf with sauce over it. From an Italian’s point of view, the pizza deserves the highest reviews. Prices and service are a true value here!

This is the place to carbo load after a day of skiing. I was in the mood for some vegetables so I had carrots finished with caramelized onions and truffle oil and Broccoli blanched and finished with olive oil and sea salt. All for less than the price of a small salad. We shared a tree hugger pizza on whole wheat crust which was homemade fresh and delicious. This is some of the best pizza I have ever eaten in a lifetime of eating pizza. The décor is upbeat and the selection of local beers makes it hard to decide which one to try. The staff is friendly and playful making for a truly delightful evening.

Staying in Stowe, VT for February vacation and the amazing Unilocal reviews caught our attention for a great lunch. The atmosphere was casual and perfect for families. Highly recommended getting the silly bread for an appetizer since it’s so light and delicious. We ordered three pizzas– cheese, Carcass, Buffalo Chicken. Each of the pizzas were fantastic. The crust was thin and doughy & at the same time with a smokey flavor. The cheese was super stringy & sauce wasn’t chunky. Great place for a quick bite and great pizza.

I’m not sure if I should comment because I didn’t order pizza… but I felt like this place was just ok. the hostess greeted us, said she’d be right back, and by the time she got back she had completely forgotten we were there so I had to grab her attention. the rest of the staff seemed nice enough but a little aloof, granted we visited at 1:30pm on a Sunday of a holiday weekend. The menu was sticky which is one of my pet peeves. I ordered a geek salad which didn’t taste bad at the time but left me feeling weird the rest of the day. my friend ordered wings and fries and seemed to enjoy them enough. I think it’s definitely a good place for kids & I’m sure I would’ve liked it more had I gotten pizza.

Solid thin crust pizza. We ordered online a little on the late side, and after everything was confirmed/paid we got a message saying they were closed and our order wasn’t available. Their website said they were open so I went to pick up anyway. They had received our order and my pizza was ready… not sure what that was about? The Pesto pizza was tasty, but to be honest I wasn’t blown away. Perhaps if we had ate in instead it would have been that extra bit special. I’ll try again and we’ll see.

Came here on a Friday night and it was a surprisingly short wait for what seemed like a popular spot. Had the garlic knots, which were flavorful and perfectly hot. Then for the main course I had the bbq chicken pie. The sauce was amazing-it really made the dish. Our waiter said it’s made with two different sauces, and I could taste a hint of the different flavors. Service was attentive and friendly, though someone started rearranging the tables right next to us noisily. I liked the ambiance and would’ve liked to come here on a night that a live band was playing.

Excellent place to eat and get a good beer. Me and my wife came up to Stowe for the weekend and went here around 3 pm on a Saturday. Awesome pizza and wings. Pizza is a thin crust and cooked perfectly. They have a great beer selection as well and the service was excellent. We will be going back. Don’t come to Stowe without going here!

This place has the most amazing pizza, etc and is definitely worth trying. I had a Hawaii calzone(had to remove barbecue sauce from a speciality pizza to make it Hawaii) and it was one of the best that I’ve ever had.

We stopped here after a day of sledding for a quick bite and we were blown away! Everything our family ordered was great. I ordered the buffalo chicken pizza with ranch and the ranch is homemade. Everyone was dipping their pizza and calzones in my ranch during lunch. My daughter ordered the chicken sandwich it was cooked to perfection. My husband ordered the piecasso pizza and he liked that as well. They have an option to get any specialty pizza made into a calzone, which is genius. I really don’t think you can order wrong at this restaurant.

Pizza was good, crust was a little cardboard-y but the toppings were a great. Ridiculously expensive though, racking in almost 25 dollars a large pizza. q

Just always great. Great severs, great fun place, very good pizza. The garlic knots are very good as well. It’s s funky cute joint that I have eaten in a few times every year for the last 10 years. It is rock solid and deserves to continue to prosper. Morgan is a greater server.

This is a charming little pizza and pasta spot just a stone throw from the Green Mountain ski resorts. The spaghetti and meatballs were extremely tasty, and at $ 15 for a reasonable sized plate, are a good deal. The beef and other ingredients they have are locally sourced and grass fed, which is a big plus for me. The ambience was casual, fun, and good for families in the dining area, along with a low key bar for when it’s time for a relaxing drink. The restroom soap was locally made, organic Castile soap, with Eco conscious fixtures and(I know this is random) but a foot bar to pull open the door hands free, which is great for reducing the spread of germs into the restaurant. The service was prompt and knowledgeable about their local beers and specialty dishes. I gave five stars because of their eco conscious operation along with their clever ways to reduce the spread of germs which is hard to find in most restaurants.

We ordered a pie, take-out, during our stay at Stoweflake Resort. Stoweflake is 1746 Mountain Rd, Piecasso is 1899 Mountain Rd(very close, as you can see) Let’s start with the service: During our first call to Piecasso we were told there was no delivery charge, b/c we were close by. During our second call, when we actually placed the order, we were told there was a delivery charge. Lots of mixed messages– not happy about that! It seems like they might be trying to take advantage of tourists visiting the area. Also, the girl taking our order over the phone seemed confused by the whole ordering process. They offer different kinds of crusts and sauces, so we said, «We’d like a pizza with white crust, red sauce…» To which she responded, ‘So you want a white base pizza?’ No! Again we repeated what we wanted, and then she asked what kind of sauce we wanted. Hello?! We just told you red sauce again. Then she was confused that we wanted toppings on the pizza. This is a pizza place, right?! Lol As for the pizza: We got a small sweet sausage pizza with half pepperoni and half caramelized onions for our second topping. The sweet sausage and onion was much better than the pepperoni and sausage combination– just too much meat, but at least they weren’t skimping like so many other places do these days. It was a thin crust, but not too soggy, which was nice! The cheese seemed to be a good quality too. Overall the pizza was pretty decent. I’d give it a 7. My bf would give it a New York 8. The problem is having to get through the staff to get your pizza. Good luck! :)

Dined here on a recent weekend getaway to VT. This place came recommended by a friend. After a long day of traveling, tasting and tours we wanted something light but satisfying for dinner. We started with drinks! I got the pomegranate martini and my boyfriend got the Vermont ice hard cider. Both we good. We decided to share the THELEONARDO pizza but swapped sweet sausage for the spicy sausage and broccoli for the spinach. However, instead off just swapping those similar ingredients they charged us for a pizza with toppings making it more expensive. Plus the waitress didn’t tell us that would be the case. We also each had a salad. The pizza and salads were good. This place was good but nothing amazing. I would give it four stars but am taking an extra star off because our table was sticky and for being overcharged for the pizza.

Delicious Food, Rude Help. Kid at the slice window gives away pizza to hot girls, so it’s really obvious when he thinks you’re just an ugly old b. Bar girls barely spoke to me, and straight up giggled at a snotty comment that another patron made about me. How about treating everyone with respect? Your sh*t DEFINITELY stinks, Piecasso, though you may beg to differ.

I don’t get why people are raving about this place. Hubby and I chose this place due to all these raving reviews on Unilocal. When we got the the restaurant, the parking lot was full… good sign. After circling for like 10min, we gave up and decided to order take out. First — the waitress forgot my tiramisu and did not pack any utensils or napkins for us. Second — The food was just«bleh»… Mind you, we were staying in Stoweflake Resort, it’s literally across the street from the restaurant. The food SHOULD be fresh. We ordered: 1) Knot garlic bread — Center was cold 2) Heart stopper pizza — the cheese was cold and the sausages have«bones» 3) Barbecue chicken wings — soggy and flavorless 4) Fries — MacDonald fries are better than what they offer… again, soggy and tasteless The food are NOT cheap either… Consider the quality of the food and customer service… No CLUE why they are packed. Does Stowe have a lack of good pizzeria? Needless to say, we won’t be going back.
