Usually, this Wingstop is spot on with their orders, but the last two times I’ve been there, they’ve messed up! Today, 24 July, was another mess up in my eyes. Ordered on line, arrived at the time given by the site, and still had to wait an additional 15 minutes to get my overlooked food. Additionally, my order was incomplete. The bad part is, it was experienced staff that was working, and the mistake should not have happened. The manager wasn’t doing much, sorta standing around, at one time one the phone. Looks like I may just forfeit convenience, and head across town to Wing Zone. Better service, better discounts, worth the trip? I’m thinking so…

I order a 15pc combo, and got a 20pc, but I order extra ranch and veggies and did not get them. And the wings were dry and fries were soggy! Disappointed. I’m liking BWW better now!

The mess up the orders a lot! I’ve been to this place for a couple of times and since it’s so small and crowded I always prefer to make my order TOGO. It’s been 4 times that the mess up my order and give me minus 10 wings from my original order. They thing is that I don’t notice it until I’ve driven home and when I call they ask me to go pick up the rest and get free fries. I DONTWANTTHEIRFRIES! I didn’t pay for fries on the first place… All I want is them to not fuck up my order for me not to waste TIMEANDGAS on having to go pick up something I should have already be given on the first time I went.

I ordered 100 wings for my son’s birthday. I did the ordering online. I went in to pick up my order. I paid and received my order. The gentleman at the counter did not greet customers. I took my order home. It took me a while to open it because I was trying to tend to other birthday duties. Once I got around to opening the bag I noticed there was 10 piece wing missing. I called and was told to take wings back. I drove back. The gentleman at the counter again he was rude. We took my order to the back counter where cooking take place. Opened each box, not even wearing gloves and looked at each box. He told me that they did mix up our order and they added missing wings, some ranch and two drinks. They should really check orders before giving them to customers.

The wings are delicious. The sweet fries are unique. The restaurant is pretty small, but I dig it, as compared to a bigger place like Buffalo Wild Wings. My only problem with this food joint is the online system. You could preorder all you want but it won’t be made until you get there. It’s pretty much useless, even if you prepay.

Customer service is terrible, I’ve always eaten at this wingstop, they just get worse. I ordered honey mustard but got ranch instead and asked for extra shake on my fries but instead I got plain fries. I see they’re making the place bigger, hope they hire new and better employees too.

The food is very yummy but my oh my what a wait sometimes. The most I had to wait was probably 15 – 20 minutes. Also, it gets really crowded ! Whenever I go, it’s always this guy taking orders, he’s very friendly !

Chicken wings were all great, tasty and flavorful here at wingstop! we loved munchin’ chicken wings a lot so we are way too particular with the level of crunchiness freshness and all that is, and I can say they got what it takes! However, with their new smoke #9 flavor it seemed to be too salty for us when first ordered it last sunday, so I hope they could coat it a little bit less on that ingredient but to all other flavors it is an exemption! Two thumbs up!

Ordered online and had to wait 30 minutes when I got there after the pick up time. Cashier walked away with my card and took about 15 minutes to figure out a mistake she made running my card. Rolls were dry and wings were overcooked.

This wingstop is very rude Martha does not have any customer service skills at all i called in a 10 piece order i was told it would be ready in albout 15 minutes i got there in 20 and it still was not ready in asked for the chicken to be well done and it was still not cooked all the way through i seen her drop chicken on the floor and pick it back up and cook it they are very rude to the black people they do not like to serve them they talk in Spanish about them

I called in a phone order at 6:58pm. We phoned it in so it would be ready by the time we got there. We were inside Wingstop by 7:15. It was just fries so we figured it would be done quickly. After phoning it, it took a total of 35 minutes to receive fries which is beyond ridiculous. Our burritos we had purchased before coming to wingstop were now cold and we had frozen foods in the car. I complained so they gave us free veggie sticks. When we came home to eat the fries, the entire bottom of the basket was small little black burnt pieces as if they scraped the bottom of their container and gave us the little burnt leftovers. I was amazed that this was what they had served me. Plus, the celery in the veggie sticks was already browning. This wingstop is not managed efficiently. We are always waiting a ridiculous amount of time for food, even just fries. This is not my first unpleasant experience here. I have once been on hold for 5 minutes and got fed up. And another time, the lady tried to convince us that a combo we had ordered numerous times in the past was a deal they never had. extremely rude! I’ve never written a Unilocal review before but this has gotten so bad, I felt it was necessary.

This location is the worst. The wings here are decent but the service is horrendous. I call in my order and the employee tells me it will be about 20 minutes. I get there about 25 minutes later and wait around for another 45 minutes. Not only that but she forgot my dinner rolls. Thank goodness I didn’t get far or I would’ve been even more upset. The service is terrible. They don’t thank you for waiting or apologize for taking three times longer than the time that was quoted. Not even an apology for forgetting part of my order. Some organization would help this place out. Or at least some better customer service.

Rudest woman working at the cash register, Martha. I always come to wing stop and order the 20 piece combo with a side, drink, and a dip. She yelled in my face that they have never had this combo and said I was wrong and get the 15 piece combo and they add 5 wings. I told her that just got it last time I had come here and she was determined to prove me wrong. I was in shock at how rude she was. I will not be coming back to this wing stop again until she learns how to speak politely to customers. Without the customer she would not have a job.
