KFC

Did the drive thru at 9:00 pm and they close at 10:00. Was told they are out of chicken for the day. Wtf? That’s all you sell!!! How can you stop cooking an hour before you close??? This isn’t the first time this has happened either. Done with KFC.

After working a 13 hour day I needed to pick up a quick meal and get home to my kids. The snotty little brat working the drive through was incredibly rude. She interrupted me several times, was short tempered and acted as if I was inconveniencing her despite the fact that the place was empty and I was the only customer in the lot. After repeating myself and getting cut off for a fourth time, I finally said forget it, I’ve changed my mind, cancel my order and left. I have enjoyed KFC for over 50 years and have been a frequent loyal customer. After tonight I will never step foot inside another KFC place again. My money goes where customer service is a company value! #KFC

This review is strictly for my experience from the drive through. I went through the drive through to get my kids something to eat and as I was ordering the lady taking my order seemed rude and she was talking really fast trying to rush me. When I get to the window to pay I realize that they messed my order up.

Had a hankering for KFC. I haven’t been for years.
Went here despite some bad prior reviews I found here, and I am glad I did.
I was greeted in a friendly way, told to let them know when I was ready to order. When ready, my order was taken, and my food was on the counter for me before I was even done paying for it. I am sure it doesn’t work quite like this when it is busier, but the service was friendly and prompt.
The chicken was moist and not greasy. The restaurant was clean. I did not see the problems others have posted about. Of course, I would not eat off the floor, but I the place was clean – not revolting at all.
I would not avoid this place should you have a hankering for some chicken yourself.

I’d get a 2-​piece drumstick/​thigh meal when Church’s was getting old. Once they released the Famous Bowls though, Geoff was all over that. No different than pre-​mixing the food instead of letting your stomach do it, but I guess it’s a decent tasting across their menu, other than losing some of the outer crispness of chicken. Rounding down since their white meat tended to be pretty dried out, and their dark meat pieces were from less than full-​grown chickens.

Well this is a bit embarrassing because I rarely eat fast food. But, last night my husband asked me to go out on the boat and he’d pick up some KFC. Well, I wasn’t down for a boat ride-​too exhausted and stressed from crazy work. I came home, Unilocaled a bit and next thing I know it’s 8:30 and I’m hungry. I am not cooking tonight! Actually, Kentucky Fried does sound good.
Pretty much the same as I remember it from about 4 years ago. Extra crispy, which fools you into thinking it’s okay to eat chicken skin, which I did. Biscuit, good as ever. Corn on the cob on the stick, stick is new to me and corn so overdone but, still yummy. I guess if you don’t live on this stuff you don’t have to fear heart attacks and clinical obesity. Just don’t make a staple out of it Unilocalers!

Went here with a coupon for a 12 pc meal & when I get home I realize they only gave us 8 pcs. We ordered half original & half grilled. The grilled pcs were really really small. I called them & told them that they shorted us on the chicken & he tells me to come back & pick up the 4 pcs. I told him I wasn’t going to drive clear across town just to pick up 4 pcs of chicken. He then said that they would mail us a gift certificate & until now I haven’t received anything.

this kfc is the worst kfc in Stockton all i can say is hella rude! worst service and they always get your order wrong! so i don’t go to that one. i don’t recommend it at all!!!
