This has to be the most saddest Wingstop I have ever been to. First off, it takes these workers 100 hours to finish a god damn 6 piece meal and don’t get me started with their attitude. While I was eating I asked for a water cup and one worker rolled her eyes and said«make sure it’s water.» Like okay why did I ask for a WATER cup? This is the first negative review I have ever done for any restaurant. These workers need a field trip to other wingstops and observe good service and how long it actually takes to cook a small decent amount of chicken. Unbelievable. My cousin who doesn’t even know how to cook can make better wings than these guys.

I was excited to see a new eatery come to our neighborhood. Lately the service has been HORRIBLE and the management and owners can care less about customers feedback. It’s been a week since I contacted the store regarding the POOR service and rude treatment I received from Celeste and Kathaleen on 1÷13÷16. They prepared my food and tossed it in a bag as if they were feeding animals. Veggies were not as ordered, not wrapped and thrown on top of the bread and made the bread soggy. The chicken once again was not well done as I ordered and under cooked. The Manager I spoke with named Maurice said he as well experienced terrible service from his 2nd shift crew. Maurice said he would forward my feedback to the owner for a follow up phone call but I have not heard from any representative. I see they don’t care about their customers.

Horrible customer service. Told me my order would be ready in 16 minutes. I showed up about 3 minutes after and they still didn’t have it ready until about another 20 minutes. It’s very disappointing how little concern they have for their customers.

In all of the wingstop restaurants I’ve been in this the worst place to get your wings. I’ve waited 10 minutes in line just to pick up my phone order that I have placed. I look around they have 1 person working the register, 3 people in the kitchen, 2 people taking a break or lunch and 1 person just don’t know what she doing. Funny thing with that one person just standing around just talking too the cooks or pretending that’s she is doing something there was a customer waiting on the side to get her attention but she ignores him. There chicken is so small there not even meaty just a bite into it and your in the bone. If they want to continue there business they need to get chunky, thick chicken wings. Man Costco’s bag of chicken wings are bigger than this wingstop. All I can say they need to be on track on there orders put an extra person on the register when you got customers lined up outside the door, and get the best quality of chicken not some damn skinny bony chicken. I’m not gonna waist my money on this place I rather go travel farther to eight mile or Manteca to get some chicken. Enough said don’t eat here!

Ok. The front counter cashier was friendly, took our orders, even up sold us on more wings. Food was cooked quickly, and came with a great attitude. The man called out my name with out hesitation(something I come up against a lot more than I care to admit). He even went over my order with me, telling me with was in the bag. We get home on the other side of town and our orders aren’t complete. Well, when calling. Of course the phone was busy. We we’re hungry. So, we dealt with the order the was it was. Next time I’m ordering online and taking my orders outta the bag.

When you’ve got staff who are just there to work versus staff who are there that actually want to work… You can definitely tell what type of quality and customer service you’ll be getting.. Poor customer service, I’m sorry. This is the second time I’ve ordered through my app and twice they’ve gotten it wrong and twice I’ve had to wait an additional 20+ minutes for my order that I’ve already pre-ordered. The shift leaders were accommodating, but with a full kitchen staff in the back, upper management needs to really get on board with doing something about completing food orders on time and being more organized.

First & last time I’m ever placing an order here! Ordered online at 6:45p and I even called at 7:10p to make sure they were at least working on it. Came in at 7:26p and it’s still not ready! I’m still waiting as I write this review its been 20 minutes!!!

They suck. I call and make an order, they take hella long to give it to me once I get there. Then they give me the wrong amount of wings I go back, they give me different flavors or ranch and wings. I suggest just go to the west lane wingstop.

I have gone there twice and the fries seem to be very salty. Other friends have also been saying that the fries are coming out to be really salty.
