Domino’s Pizza

Bunch of incompetent fucks running this place. Placed order for pickup at 7:30pm (Called in at 7pm). Went to pickup order and they said no order was placed. Like wtf? Would you like another in 10 minutes? Fuck no and fuck this place.

I ordered a 2 topping med pizza, I mostly tasted crust. I’m not even sure there was cheese on it. Next time I’ll just get a loaf of bread, it will cost a lot less.

All bread, hardly any sauce, barely any cheese… had ok amount of pepperoni and was delivered fast but the pizza just looks sad.

I ordered my pizza for pickup. When I got home my order was incorrect. My box was labeled with the correct pizza, but wrong pizza in the box. I called and they delivered the correct pizza nice and hot.
I go to this Dominos at least twice a month and this group of hard working kids are always very friendly and professional.

I ordered online. my son went to pick up the order. They gave him a hard time because he was not the one who ordered. I paid for a 2 liter .didn’t get it. I paid for 2 ranches. didn’t get those. I thought they would have everything I ordered on the counter ready but apparently you must ask for what you ordered again. When I asked if they would credit what I didn’t get back to my card they said they would have to void original order and redo. I didn’t want to have them double charge me so I said forget it…

They messed up, but they had great customer service! The food was still good too

Even though they mess up on orders here and there, they seem to try their best to make the customer happy. A lot of people complain having the wrong order, and never stop complaining. But they always offer a re-​make or a free meal. Not everyone’s perfect, and accidents happen…
Also you notice they are probably the busiest pizza restaurant that delivers in the area… Eddies delivers but they are a bit pricey and not as «big“as dominos. But I think this dominos tries their best in tryng to keep the customers happy.

They never ever get my order right! Last month I called for delivery and was told 30 – 45 minutes after about an hour and ten minutes I called them wondering where my pizza was. Aperently the person taking my order clicked carryout and not delivery. I asked if they could remake my pizza and was given a hard time finally they said yes and said they would be here in 30 min. When they arrived they apologized a couple times gave us the pizza and were on there way. When we got it to our table it seemed warm but not very hot like a fresh pizza is. Obviously they did not remake the pizza. My boyfriend was ok with eating it so we really didn’t call and make a bigger fuss then it already was. I had told myself that we just would take our business elsewhere.
Today it was really rainy and cold so we chose to order pizza. My boyfriend convinced me that maybe dominos would do better today and we should give them another chance. I called today for delivery again. When the lady answered I must have repeated my order to her 3 times saying a medium pizza and a chicken habanero sandwich. I was told it would 30 – 45 minutes again. Today they were on time but when i got the pizza in the house. They messed up my order. The pizza was right, but the sandwich was a chicken parmesan. I guess it could have been a simple mistake but after repeating it to her 3 times and her saying it right back to me. This is ridiculous and they need improvement. I am a very unsatisfied costumer.

Delivery was fast and quick. Online service is Great.

I am giving 3 stars for this store. I work near the airport and cant leave for lunch so I periodically will order the pacific veggie pizza for delivery. Usually the pacific veggie pizza is cooked perfect, has all of the toppings. Today i ordered a large pacific veggie online, and noticed they forgot to put on fetta cheese (which is supposed to come on the pizza originally, not extra). I called the store to let them know, and I was told the next time I order to remind them to include the topping… Since the topping is part of the pizza ingredient I can only reply with WTH?! No offer was made for a future discount, or even an offer to remake the pizza… Merry Christmas? /:(

I am giving it a two star they are not as good as they once was. I also want to comment on their five dollar pizza promotion. They take forever for their drivers to show up at your door if you want a five dollar pizza. I had to wait about close to one hour before they showed up with a five dollar pizza and it wasn’t even that good. I was just hungry. I will never eat their pizza again. If they are going to promote a five dollar pizza then you should have five dollar pizza’s made if you are going to come around promoting them for five dollars. Not everyone wants to hear this as they are standing outside on their front porch. «Five Dollar Pizza’s just Five dollars». Come on people get it together.
