I went into The Raider Image earlier today to buy some goodies for my brother’s birthday next week. I’m not sure how they make sales with the lack of personality and no customer service. I get it, with Christmas just last month, there stock is pretty dwindled. I was looking for a particular size and what they had, I didn’t care for the design. Rather than be of more help, the associate just basically shrugged and it was basically an ‘oh well’ situation.
I’ve worked in retail for 10+ years. Try a little harder and be a little more personable and you just might make a few sales.
I will never return.

I love the fact that the store is filled with everything I could ever want from my team but I have gone in multiple times to purchase quite a few things several times and every time I go in there is one gentleman who works there who is always very rude. He is rude to the point where every time I have gone in I walk out without purchasing anything because he is just outright disrespectful and takes a terrible tone with his customers. He could definitely benefit from some customer service training. All in all if he is there I refuse to purchase anything I would rather drive out to the bay to make my purchase.

Good merchandise but the male working yesterday was quite rude. We drove in from Idaho with our two year old grandson and he had a small temper tantrum in the mall. I apologized and the man working told me he had a four year old son who was perfect and we needed to, «keep on him». This comment was not appreciated.

I suppose if you are a raider fan then this is the place to go to get all of your Raider gear. I have to say that I only wandered in because I was wearing an opposing teams gear and was taunted as I walked by. So of course I had to return it reminding them about the recent game where the Raiders were beaten back to a 4th and 48 and their punter couldn’t even punt past the first down marker. All in fun of course as we both laughed about it. I’m no Raiders fan so I don’t plan on shopping here, but from what I saw the prices were good and the staff was friendly.

Of course being apart of the Raider Nation ;) this is my one stop shop for all of my Raider gear! The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgable! They always carry the new and just arrived items so you are in style and in the know! Will for sure return again… And again… And again!
