Starbucks

I just went there to get a quick snack, I first asked for the beef sandwich, they did not have it. No big deal. I asked for the ham & salami sandwich, they are out. A little upsetting but it’s ok. I finally asked for a protein box, they were out of those too! They then listed what they do have. It looks pretty bad when they have to tell you what they have rather than what they don’t have. Lol stock up on your items or don’t advertise them.

the absolute worst, slowest drivethru place ever. took 30 minutes to drive thru to get one get one cup of coffee.

I’ve been coming here for years, because it 1) is close to where I live, 2) was on my way to UOP, and 3) it was THE spot to meet with friends and catch up! I usually come here in the mornings and late afternoons, and despite the fact that the major issue among here is the slow service, they always get my drink right.
The baristas here are friendly… from what I’ve seen. It’s amazing to know that even though I haven’t been here in MONTHS, there’s at least one or two that would still remember my name and make small talks with me to see how life has been! That, right there, is why I always come back to this location…

This is probably my most frequented Starbucks location because it’s on my way to school and close to my house. The people are friendly even though service can be slow. I try to avoid peak hours like the typical breakfast time, lunch time and 5 pm. They always get my order right, and the tea lemonades are always on point! I like that the tea is way cheaper than the coffee. Also I love protein boxes when I feel like splurging. Overall great location!

This place is nice and the manager is very accommodating. I was driving thru and stopped for a peppermint white mocha and I think that the RBF that sugar is talking about might be someone just working hard but who knows my mama always told me never to trust someone named after food products but that’s just me. Overall this place is nice but my one negative about all Starbucks is they never know how to spell my name.

This Starbucks rules! They always have the best tasting black tea, iced coffee and cold brew. The service is wonderful. I have heard people complain about this Starbucks being slow and it baffles me. I don’t think their service is slow. There is a Starbucks right by my house that I have stopped going to because even though they were deemed quick, I feel like the quality of my drink has gone down. It’s happened where they have handed me the wrong drink, or when it’s the right one– it’s terrible. Fast service isn’t always all that– I would rather wait another minute or two for a tasty drink.
The iced black tea is my favorite. It’s always brewed perfect here. Their iced coffee is always tasty. The cold brew is my favorite lately. The baristas here are well trained and very friendly.
I have been to most of the Starbucks here in Stockton but this is the one I always come back to. Great store, great service, great product and excellent staff.

There’s a Latina employee here, Yvette, who talks with other employees at about 100 db over the unshielded blenders (no apparent acoustic enclosures) that are in operation, while the music blares at 90 – 105 db. This is, for a small coffee shop, the loudest Starbucks in the area — quite possibly in the greater Bay Area. You literally have to shout to have a conversation with the person seated with you. People on your cellphone can’t hear you talk on your phone for the background noise of the employees, music, and blenders.
I don’t blame the people, but the racket here is deafening.
Hint: turn down the volume of the fucking music, please? Forfuckssake: don’t make your customers suffer in the rock-​concert sound levels.
In all fairness, I said something about the noise to the manager who did lower the music volume-​level, and it was possible to have a reasonable conversation on the phone when what’s-her-name wasn’t carrying on loudly with other employees. Honestly, my wife said that not only did she develop a headache from the racket, but that the overall levels were so obnoxious, she didn’t want to spend another minute in the store — this coming from a woman who wouldn’t say the word shhitt even if she had a mouthful.

I usually have a good experience here and the employees here are nice. However, today there seemed to be a confusion with the refill policy.
Starbuck’s refill policy is if you are a green or gold level member, you can have free unlimited refills of hot or iced coffee, or iced tea, regardless of the drink you originally purchased. The staff here today seemed confused and tried to convince me that I needed to order a tea before I got a refill of tea.
In the end, I got my refill, but it was more inconvenient than it needed to be.

I usually go here & I usually don’t have a problem, that’s why I gave some stars. But the other day I went & wanted to try their new brisket sandwich. When we got it. It looked so messy, it was double bagged, the brisket was at the bottom on the bag & not on the bread (pictures given). I guess I’ll stick with their coffee

This was once my favorite Starbucks. In the past two months I’ve avoided going to this Starbucks. It seems service has changed since the camera was installed in the drive thru. The drive thru takes forever! And the employees are so slow! I timed my last drive thru visit. It took me exactly 17 mins to get in and out of their drive thru. This is ridiculous if you ask me. I’d rather drive a few more stop lights up to go to the hammer lane location.

Very disappointed with my order. This is the third time I’ve ordered a hot Oprah chai tea (said tea bag please) and got a chai tea latte. Can’t stand the taste of that drink. Won’t go there again.

The staff is really nice at this location, especially Bruce Willis. :)
However, the manager (i think shes the manager) is kinda scary. She has a bit of rbf and it seems like it would not be fun working with her.
Good space for sitting and they are pretty stocked up on the goods.

This is my favorite Starbucks to go to around here. They’re always nice and friendly. They’re fast working. And the drinks are always good.

I go to this location a lot because it is close to my work. It seems like every time I order a frappuccino at this location it is always super watery…
Came here to get a couple coffees for a group. When we ordered the frappuccinos (3qty.) they all were watery from about the half-​way point down. So my boyfriend went back to ask for them to remake them and while one of the workers was about to, another one interrupted and said «That’s because you added shots to it, whenever you do that it makes it watery!!!» So he was like… okay…but only one out of the three drinks had shots and they were all watery… so he just said okay and we drank them. But next time I’ll go down to the one on Hammer and West instead because I never have an issue at that location.
It wasn’t the biggest deal in the world, but when it is policy to remake a drink if a customer doesn’t like it then they shouldn’t use an excuse to try to cover it up. Just say okay and change it.
Also wish they had made the drive through/​parking lot better… they built that place specifically for Sbux and it’s completely awful!

This not my normal Starbucks stop but the couple times I’ve been here, I’ve always been pleased with the service. The staff is happy and likes to joke around and are very understanding when I made a mistake. Seems like they have a great team dynamic too. Thanks and keep it up!

Well it’s the closest starbucks on my way to work so I’ll keep going but I hate the fact that I ALWAYS HAVE TO CHECK MY ORDER before I leave :/​When my drinks are made correctly it’s good, staff is usually nice, drive throughs a plus, clean. It just really sucks to have to go back, multiple times, to get the drink you actually ordered. So today for example was a triple drive thru because they got my order wrong. It wasn’t even an «off the menu secret item» No offer of a free drink or nothing. I was pretty patient. Maybe they only offer those to belligerent customers they need to get rid of.

Starbucks it self is a good place… This one store is not… The customer service was really bad… I was here waiting in like for 5 mins not too bad but then all the wrong orders kept going out the drive thru and I waited over 15 mins for my drink! It was just coffee! Black! LoL the guys that came after me all got there coffee and and apology and they gave a few ppl free coupons for there next visit… Then when I finally got mine 15 mins later she said «my bad» here’s ur drink… I replayed with where’s my free coupon for next time like all the others and she said she was out! Fuk that… SB needs to make this right! Won’t b back

This Starbucks is excellent for a few reasons.
1. I’ve been here to study before and didn’t have any extra money and the employees randomly walked up and gave me a free drink (happened multiple times)
2. Workers here are extremely cool. I know several by name and they always remember me and make conversation even though I’m in and out quickly!

I love sbux since I was in 10^th grade… I’m now 32 years old and can’t stop drinking it! Caramel frap is my all time favorite drink, shaken ice tea lemonade sweetened passion fruit 2^nd fav and caramel macchiato old skool 3^rd… if I ever drink anything else I don’t feel complete, pretty sad but so true LOL

As far as Starbucks goes, this is my FAVORITE one in town. Okay, so I may have said the one on Pacific Ave was my favorite already… but I retract that statement!
Why do I love this one? AMPLE AMPLE study areas with MULTIPLE outlets! Coming from a student, this is study heaaveennn!
This one also has a drive thru for to-​go drinks. The staff here is super fun and friendly. I mean, generally everybody who works at all the Starbucks I’ve visited has been pretty decent, but I’d like to say the staff here is suuuuuper cool! I came in searching for a spot near an outlet today thinking I’d have to leave but one of the staff saw me looking and shot me suggestions for places to sit!
And as for drinks? As good as Starbucks goes! UoP student looking for a place to study? DEFINITELY come to this one! And it’s located next to Popeyes and Wingstop if you get hungry!
