Poor people waiting place is empty have to sit where they tell you complete waste of time manager kid in white shirt looked like he was going to have a fit if you sat where ever you wanted this joint is a run down pit stop

Very good and nice restaurant. The food is delicious and cooked to perfection. The waitress we had was excellent and very attentive. We were seated quickly and greeted with a smile. I love the all you can eat pancake deal, and all the other meals on the menu. I also love the coffee pots each table gets to themselves. Great place

Customer service here is extremely bad. We waited for a server to come and ask us for water 10 mins after seating down. Then another 10 or more for a server to come and get our orders. Then the food comes out not hot or even slightly hot anymore. I can probably keep going but I’ll stop there.

Do you have any plans for this year? Well then I would recommend not eating here cause you will spend a good portion of the year waiting for you food. Not sure what they hold up was, there were only 2 other tables seated in the restaurant when we were here. Despite their being more employees than people in this place, it was almost impossible to flag someone over to get a drink refill. Our waiter also kept forgetting to enter in our orders, which just added to the wait time. Next time I have a hankering for some pancakes in the evening I will save some time and just make them myself.

I’ve never been a fan of IHOP, I think because my parents never took us here, it was either a mom and pop breakfast place or Denny’s, but I do have to say that this experience was good for a chain breakfast place.
It was a Sunday morning 815am, took about 5 minutes to be seated and very quickly the waitress took our order, brought our drinks, and before I got to wash one cup of coffee down my throat food was already coming out.
I ordered the Nutella and banana crepes combo. Hash browns were crunchy and tasty, eggs were so so, bacon was thin bacon and the crepes were delicious!!! Next time I will get crepes a la carte!
Coffee isn’t tasty. It had a old, burned flavor to it so I didn’t drink too much of it. Bummer because it’s always my favorite.

Perfect place for those midnight cravings. I love their mozzarella sticks and their crepes are the best. Better than any «Crêpe» place.

I’ve been here about two or three times before and have no complaints. I went in for breakfast yesterday morning and everything was great! Our hostess and waiter were very friendly and the wait for our food was not long at all. I ordered the Big Steak Omelet and my husband ordered the Country Omelet and they were both amazing! I never had to flag our waiter, Susan, down and she covered her area very well even though it seemed to be busy. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely be back here sometimes soon!

I just like ihop more than dennys, portions are big, more pricey but it’s good. The only issue I have is the wait is super long, other than that it’s great.

Went for breakfast this am. Food was good, except they didn’t have any tomato juice, even tho it is on the menu. Our waitress was very accomadating. Only bad thing was the overhead music was too loud. Asked for it to be turned down a little and that did not happen.

Service and quality less than expected.
Ordered the sirloin tips which were cooked in some sort of sweet sauce, not expecting sweet meat for breakfast. I was able to live with it and choke it down with my single drink as the waitress never checked on our table after our food was delivered. Food presentation looked decent however my side of pancakes were promised as «coming right up» but never made it to the table before the check.
I don’t think I will be returning to IHOP on Hammer lane any time soon!

Came here around midnight. I don’t know if our waitress Hilda was having a bad night or was just lazy but she messed up my order twice after I told her I wanted wheat toast instead of pancakes for my egg white chicken omelette. The first time she took our order I specifically said wheat toast instead of pancakes please. 20 minutes later she comes back with my meal and she gives me the opposite of what I told her. So I gave her the kind gesture as If I wasn’t specific enough from the first time I told her so she goes back and 10 minutes later she returns with white toast instead of wheat. At that point I was like forget it. I’m afraid if I keep requesting her to fix my order she’s gonna spit in my food. Anyways my omelette wasn’t bad. After we finished our meal we went up to the counter to pay for our meal. I asked if they still offer MILITARY DISCOUNT like they usually do and Hilda rolls her eyes and rudely replies «nope,» without even looking me in the eyes. Oh well, I gladly paid for my meal kindly handed over her tip that she probably didn’t deserve and went on my way. Thanks Hilda! Will never come back here again.

I came in around 1:00am; I was the only person in there. Started out great, got my coffee quickly and my order taken. Took quite awhile for my food to arrive, however. Food was typical ihop breakfast, nothing spectacular. But my waitress just disappeared. I never got more coffee… finished my food, waited for my check that never came… Finally I went and stood at the register, for around 10 minutes. Nothing. I actually had to go INTO the kitchen to get my server so I could pay… she was back there leaning against a counter, on her phone. I’ve never in my life…

This place has great service and good food. You cannot beat their pancakes; you can eat without syrup. Today I had the 2×2×2 which consist of 2 pancakes, 2 sausage & 2 eggs.
My egg and sausage were good too. I will always come here for breakfast. My bf had his usual strawberry crêpe and it had to be good because he didn’t waste anytime eating; the only time he stops talking. Our check came up to $ 28.00. I had lemonade and he had orange juice, so you have to add an additional $ 4.00 for beverages.

Best pancakes in town I didn’t know how they do it but you don’t need to add any of the four different syrups they have such as blueberry, strawberry butter pecan or old fashioned even though they all are good and when it comes to comparison 10 times better then Denny’s. Good service and price about the same and the food is a lot more for the price, and it tastes good.

Very good place, delicious pancakes and sandwiches i don’t have to wait for my coffee. The service was fast…. I recommend this place to anyone.

I got invited to breakfast this morning. So we chose to come here. As we walked in the place was packed. I was told that party of three wait time was about 10 minutes or so.
So I started to talk to the hostess Angelica about all kinds of stuff, she’s super nice and very talkative. We got in faster than the 10 minute quote time. We sat down and our server Sue who is nice and did a good job on waiting on us.
I ended up ordering pancakes with eggs, sausage and hash browns my cousin had the same but with Turkey bacon. His son ordered Chicken strips and fries. Oh and two Orange juices and a coffee for me.
For us the food didn’t take to long. We were in and out within an hour. The eggs, sausage and hash browns are okay, nothing to brag about. But I did like the pancakes and just pouring different types of syrup over it.
My cousins enjoyed their food as well. What I did like was how our server Sue kept checking up on us every few minutes. Juice refills and water, also asking us if our meal was good. Things like that mean a lot to me. Good job. Also they have free WiFi here to. I’ll be back, It was very interesting for me here today :)
