Great hotel. It is tucked up behind a ford dealership. Rooms are incredible. Front desk is tentative. Gym, indoor pool, all sports court, bar, breakfast and comfortable beds. Best stay I’ve had in sometime. Very comparable to the marriott in Princeton NJ. Good Service.

It looks really nice at first, but then you notice the stains. The chair. The couch. The pillows. Other than that, I guess it’s okay.

When we arrived at 3 in the afternoon they informed us our reserved room was canceled! Shocked! The staff tried to help but when the room you booked is not available there is not a lot one can do.

We had a room reservation which they sold to someone else! They only had smaller rooms and downgraded us! On top of that we had NO toilet paper!!! It was very disappointing to drive 7hrs with family to be let down by the situation. The place is nice but don’t expect your reservation to be correct when you get here. We will not be staying here on our next visit with several other options available.

As far as I can tell, this is the absolute best place to stay if you need to come to Stillwater… maybe the best thing about Stillwater period. It looks freshly renovated. The suites are large, well-appointed and very comfortable. The staff is also very friendly, and while I didn’t partake myself, they offer freshly baked cookies in the afternoons. The breakfast and dinners are decent in case you don’t want to venture out and have to look for comestibles in Stillwater or surrounding… well just Stillwater. I will stay at this Residence Inn whenever I have to be in Stillwater for work.

I visit Stillwater every few months for work and this is where I stay. I LOVEIT. And while there’s not much going on in Stillwater a little part of me gets excited that I get to go and stay at the Residence Inn. This is more like an extended stay hotel, with the rooms resembling stylish efficiencies(sleek kitchen, desk and dining area) and a super comfy king size bed. But what impresses me the most is how the hotel treats its visitors. Let me give you some examples: –Warm and chewy cookies at the front desk every evening(my last visit was three days long, and I looked forward to coming back from meetings every day for some of these bad boys). –This past week Stillwater had an ice storm, which covered our cars in thick ice and made the roads not so safe. The day before it hit a staff member handed me a snow care package, which included an ice scraper for my car(and I needed one!) and a list of emergency phone numbers. And when I walked into my room there was a hand-written note from whoever last cleaned it reminding me to stay safe in the bad weather. This was so comforting! –Tasty and FREE continental breakfast spread each morning(oatmeal, fruit, pastries and bagel, cereal, eggs and meats and waffles… not bad Residence Inn!). They even do dinner each night, but I skipped those(but they send you a calendar for meals if you’re interested in dining there… also free). –I’m always able to book this hotel on priceline for $ 75. That’s my favorite part. Let’s be honest – there are very few opportunities to visit Stillwater unless you are the parent of an OSU college student, or you have a job that requires extensive travel like me, but if you do ever need to be in this college town Residence Inn is the place to go! And even if you’re not in Stillwater, there are Residence Inns across the country and I can only imagine they’re great too!
