Rendon did our kitchen remodel. It took about two weeks, starting ¹⁰⁄₂₉ and finishing ¹¹⁄₁₅. It wasn’t a full remodel, just a ‘facelift’. They painted the countertops, replaced with new hardware, added a new granite countertops, added a new sink/​faucet, added moulding to the top of the cabinetry, and installed a new tile backsplash. At no time did they make us feel like we were a «small» job.
With Rendon, you will get service and quality. They took their jobs, each one of them, very seriously, but they weren’t stoic. I was able to speak with them easily and they understood what we needed at every turn, by the end even anticipating what I may want/​need before I could voice it.
Honestly, I couldn’t imagine having a better experience with a contractor.
Everything works like it should, and looks fantastic. They’ve even contacted me since to verify that I am still happy with everything they did. They always cleaned when they left, leaving the kitchen in decently useable condition, as we were of course living there during the work. All of the onsite workers were very courteous at all times and accommodating to our needs. I never felt like they were «in the way». And if I needed something, they were always sure to supply it. They always locked up if I wasn’t home, and if I was they would verify that I was there before they left.
At every step, there was paperwork. Changes were written up and all charges were clearly stated from the beginning and throughout the process. At no point did I get «sticker shock». Michael was phenomenal at his estimation, so it was so close to the end cost it was almost right on, if I hadn’t upgraded some finishes. Karen made sure I stayed on budget and got gorgeous finishes that suited our taste. Joey managed the work without any issues and was there each step of the way explaining the process and assigning the proper tasks.
Bottom line, if you choose Rendon, you will NOT be disappointed.

They just finished a complete bathroom remodel for us. Mike and Joey (estimator and job foreman, both Rendons and sons of the owner) are nice to work with as with their carpenter, Will. The quality of work is average and their subcontractors (electrician & flooring) were good. Although the plumber was nice, I don’t like his work. Planning could have been better for no down days and a sooner completion date, but overall, we are satisfied.
