I don’t know if it’s a seasonal decision, but this terrible business seems to be closed now. Maybe their poor service and shoddy merchandise finally caught up with them! Good!!!

I stumbled upon the one inside Macy’s. Staff was VERY courteous & helpful & HONEST about what fit for me. They also took my Macy’s coupon! Only reason I didn’t give it a 5 is because they don’t have my fav brands (Persol or Mosley). All in all, I was pleasantly surprised.

I gave it a one because zero is not an option. I bought a pair of sunglasses here last week… within one hour, the ear piece fell off… I went back thinking they would exchange it for another pair. They said they don’t warranty their products, BUT they would sell me another pair. The WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. DON’T shop here!!! They will rip you off and all they are interested is grabbing your $$$. They have no phone or website… I would have registered a complaint there if it was possible… In any case, they deserve to go out of business quickly!
