The manager called me back and had me come in and exchange my product with no hassle.

This store is very well kept and organized. The staff is helpful and are willing to sample products for you to try.
I was happy to have Aliza help me pick out some products– She was a really big help in finding me the appropriate color.
The eyeshadow testers looked clean as well as the lipsticks. I like that the applicators are always cut off of the lip glosses it always really grosses me out to think that people are using it right from the tube. The only criticism I have is I wish they had brushes out for the customers to use so I could really see how the product will be when I get it home.
