Terrible customer service, eye contact staff is rude and don’t follow up. Save your time and money, this place looks good but you’re NOT treated like a customer, very disappointed with the general lack of professionalism and basic manners. I will never go back there again.

Very much disappointed to make an eye check up appointment with LensCrafters. I called and make an appointment for eye glasses and the girls working in the front desk explained me my total cost would be $ 25 with the insurance. I filled the paper work out and saw the doctor. Since I was wearing my contact lenses I explained doctor my vision is not so clear with them. My eye check cost me $ 100 due to lens fitting which I didn’t sign up for and i was never explained the additional cost during my registration process. I clearly mentioned on my eye exam form a denial for additional services. Doctor was nice but the front desk girl explained me as a liar. Very rude and very bad customer service experience.

I had bought glasses at another Lenscrafter store and this store fix my problem. I can honestly say that the staff here are wonderful. They really helped me with my problem. Jeff went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my glasses. I should have just gone there to buy then in the first place. Thank you guys!!!

The Ophthalmologist here was great, but even better was his staff. The receptionist were so helpful. They looked up all my insurance information and were very helpful. I had booked my appointment online and it didn’t transfer to their appointments but they still fit me into their schedule.

This store like many other Lenscrafters has a second rate selection of frames. Local optical stores have much nicer inventory. everything is blah. And don’t start me on the prices of there lenses.
