The clerk was rude and seemed angry with me claiming she could not hear me, even though I was speaking loud. She may have been having a bad day and took it out on me! This happened a while back; however, reading through more recent reviews suggests the situation has not changed(that is: lack of customer service). Other visits were better as the employees were more cheerful. I would skip this location next time I want to go to a Subway. I agree that the customer service is better at the Subway on Euclid.

Terrible breakfast-cigarette smells and late opening makes for a brutal experience. Doesn’t seem clean. Euclid location is way better. Sheila is the best.

My first visit here yesterday was incredibly disturbing. One of the girls working here was rude to an older gentleman that came in. She said, «here comes somebody grandpa» as he walked up to the door. The man had trouble hearing her and had an obvious speech impediment(a mild stutter). The girl repeatedly lost her temper as she had to speak up(apparently she thought frustrated yelling with a very Bön qui qui-esque attitude was necessary). It wasn’t appropriate at all. I asked for a tuna sandwich with pepper jack, lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumbers, as well as just«the littlest bit of extra mayo» and she said to me «a little extra mayo?» and I said«yes, just a little please.» She then put FOURHUGE back and forth sweeping squirts of mayonnaise on my sandwich. It must have totaled 6 or 7 tbs. In what world is that a little? I was pretty upset because I’m obviously not looking to consume 600 – 700 calories in mayonnaise alone — nearly the number of calories in my entire sandwich! It took over 12 minutes for her to make two sandwiches, and one was a friggin’ cheese-only flatbread pizza! You grab the crust, slap some sauce on it, sprinkle a little cheese on top, then you pop that puppy in the toaster oven and let it do the work for you while you continue prepping the rest of an order! But nope, she didn’t attempt to start preparing my sandwich while it cooked. She just stood there, staring blankly. When she finally realized she was at work and had a sandwich to put together, I had to repeat myself multiple times for each instruction, even though the order was pretty standard. I think that it was pretty ironic for a girl to expect her customers to deal with repeating themselves over and over for her, but she was unable to speak to her customers in a polite or patient way when she had to repeat herself to them, even when they clearly had a disability. This employee specifically ruined my experience here with her attitude and her inability to listen to even the simplest instructions. I will never go back, I’m sure.

They were so rude! My parents and I went for breakfast and they could not be bothered to come out of the back room to take our order for literally 10 min. Then when she did come out she took her time baking cookies while we just stood there. She then was so impatient and threw our sandwiches together with barely any toppings. Do not go to this location, terrible service!!!

Oh, how this place made me mad. I am apparently a masochist, since I’ve been here twice. The first time, the cashier looked at me and disappeared to go on her smoke break just as I was about to get rung up. Poof. Gone. What on earth? I should have just taken my sandwich and left. And then… the second time. how do you mess up my order… twice? When I’m standing right there? I watched you mess up the first time, politely asked you to correct your mistake, and you still manage to mix up my order with the one before mine. How on earth is that possible? They ended up giving me the wrong sandwich, which I subsequently took to class, where I may or may not have audibly said THISISBULLSHIT, along with a few other choice curse words. I’m always a class act. The incompetence of this particular location makes me angry. Stay away if you want to keep your faith in humanity.
