I’m torn because I love the pizza but so infuriated with the lack of competent workers the Forrest Park location has. Go figure, this location is the one that will deliver to me the guy that was trying to take my order was so incoherent and incompetent that I hung up on him.

8 corners, not so special. Delivery, not particularly fast…

Ordered from this location on the evening of Sunday, September 6, 2015(during Labor Day weekend). I was told it would take 45 – 60 minutes to receive the order, which I accepted. After numerous calls to the location, my order arrived over an hour and a half after I had placed the order. The pizza and bread sticks were cold at this point. I did not know whether it was our driver’s fault, and to err on the side of caution, I left him a fairly generous tip($ 6 on a $ 22 order) due to it being a holiday weekend and assuming that he was probably dealing with a number of unhappy customers; I didn’t want to make his night worse. The worst part is that I provided feedback on Jet’s corporate website *and* to the owner of this location via e-mail, and I received no response from either party. What is sad is that I actually like their pizza quite a bit, but not enough to ever order it again.

Went here at 9:15 pm. No pizza crusts. Why are you even open if you have crusts? Employee stood there while we debated what we wanted before telling us no crusts.

Jet’s is easily my favorite chain pizza franchise. Their lunch deals are incredibly affordable(two very filling and delicious squares of pan pizza and a drink for $ 5) and their pizza is much tastier than most franchises. I usually prefer very little sauce on my pizzas, but their sauce is so good that I don’t mind the generous amount(plus, they have a very generous amount of cheese too).

Their deep dish pizza is fairly standard — not bad but not especially good, either. The pizza is also very greasy, so it’s not a great option unless you are looking to indulge. However, the lunch specials are quite reasonably priced. My online order took about 15 minutes longer to complete than the time given when I placed the order, but my pizza was hot and fresh so that was a plus.

I should open by saying I think Jet’s Pizza’s product is very good, but this location has terrible service. I ordered a Deep Dish Duo, one deep dish pizza and one deep dish cheese sticks. When I arrived to pick it up, I noticed I got a regular cheese stick but a thin crust pizza. When I brought this to their attention that the order was wrong, they told me that I just have ordered the wrong item to which I promptly replied that I could not have ordered a DEEPDISHDUO incorrectly as a thin crust. If you’re in the right area, go to the North Hampton’s Jet’s.

Let me start this by saying the food is delicious. The deep dish is so good. But my work has had several issues with them. The 1st occasion we waited two hours and it still wasnt out for delivery so we canceled. We got a free voucher. 2nd time the food was late so we called and aparently they got a new computer system AND were robbed and lost all of the preorders. We cancel again. The 3rd time we finally got the food but it was nearly two hours after we ordered. The food is good but not worth the hassle. I dont know if Ill order again atleast not anytime soon.

Jet’s is a distributor of that great, pillowy/puffy/sponge-y, square-cut, über-greasy type of pizza, although they do have other styles available. If you order the square-type, it doesn’t come with unnecessary, topping-less edge crustage. Unfortunately, their sauce isn’t quite good enough– it’s by no means bad, but to my mind, bread of mass is incomplete without awesome sauce. They offer a pretty decent variety of toppings, including circular ham pieces(important), decent veggies, and fun crust varieties which you can add on for no additional charge, including sesame seed(personal fav). I’ve had good experiences with their service for carry-out and delivery, with everything done in a friendly, timely manner. They do have a little side patio available to eat in, if it’s warm out. My one serious complaint now is that their wings were initially decently sized, but now appear to be the size of my big toe, that is, TINY(I’m short). Avoid at all costs if you have any intention of being truly good to your body. Otherwise, indulge!

Well, Jet’s is no Deweys but if you are looking for a quick and greasy pizza for lunch this is the place for you. They have a lunch special which is a pretty good deal, a pizza with 6 pieces for $ 6. The pizza here is not circular but rectangular. I get the pizza here every so often with co-workers. I believe you will most definitely die of heart disease if you eat here more than 300 days a year but its great when you’re just craving a hot blob of cheese and tomato sauce on some crispy bread. This place is carry-out only.

I am a rep at Barnes and recently ordered about 18 pizzas for a lunch. This is usually a mess to do, but Jets showed up on time and quickly unloaded the food. The owner also made me my own personal heart shaped pizza and gave me a Starbucks, which was much needed on my long day. The staff loved the food and there was even some leftover for other shifts. I am now a dedicated customer and will only use them. If you need something catered, you can’t go wrong.

If a person was looking for cheap, filling pizza, Jet’s is where it’s at. If a person wanted something that had good taste, there are plenty of much better options in St. Louis… Like a wedge of styrofoam. I’m not sure why this company invested in St. Louis. This city has top notch pizza that is abundantly available and every city has low end pizza like Jet’s. Long story short, skip Jet’s and head for Imo’s, Dewey’s or Racanelli’s.

Smack-yo-mama good pizza! I don’t know why I thought they only had Jet’s in Michigan, but I’m SO happy I found this delicious pizza just three minutes from our new place. I only and always get the square crust. Crispy, crunchy, buttery flavor and the cheese goes all the way to the edges. I love the pizza sauce– kind of sweet and just the right amount. If you are looking for an alternative to provel, go to Jet’s. Just another reason I’m happy we moved back to the Midwest.

I love Jets Pizza but the service is below average. I’ve ordered from this location several times and only have received my entire order once(no soda, no sauce). I always order sauce, ranch etc. and pay for it, but it never makes it to my door. Food gets a 5. Service gets a 1.

Decent pizza for how quickly they can prepare it. I went with the deep dish(their specialty), small pepperoni for $ 7 and it was more than enough for one person. It tasted good, crust was cooked perfectly, but it had a weird(read: unappetizing) smell which really threw everything off. The staff was friendly and they have a TV for you watch while you wait. I wouldn’t say I would rush back. Pros: lot of food for the price, quick Cons: bad smell to the pizza

If you’re looking for a little indulgence, Jets Pizza is definitely worth exploring. You can order pizza round or square, with different sizes(S/M/L/XL), crust-styles(thin/regular/deep-dish), and crust flavorings(garlic, butter, sesame, etc). There’s also a bunch of specialty pies(BBQ chicken, BLT, Hawaiian, etc) I went for a small square pizza w/regular crust($ 11). I believe some refer to this as Detroit-style pizza. The crust was thick n crunchy, and the cheese was nice and chewy. This stuff is definitely calorie-dense. For my crust style I chose the«Turbo», a combination of butter, garlic, and romano. It was indeed buttery and delicious. There’s a great online ordering system, which let me split my pizza with two different specialty styles. I love this. Why have just one kind of pizza, when I can have two? One half was BBQ chicken(chicken, red onions, bacon, bbq sauce), and the other was Italian sausage supreme(sausage, green n yellow peppers, onion). I enjoyed them both, although the BBQ chicken was a clear winner. The pizza was sturdy and the toppings were well-distributed. The small pizza comes with six slices, which is about 2 meals worth. For the price, it’s actually a pretty good deal. You don’t get any sort of «healthy» vibe from this pizza(thin-crust might better for that). This is the kind of pizza you treat yourself with after being good all week.

Jet’s isn’t new to the franchised pizza scene, nor even to the St. Louis area. For the time being though, they’re one of the newest dining/carryout options in the Central West End and probably worth a try for those in the mood for on-the-go pizza at a less lofty price point than the Imo’s a few doors down. The shop offers a straightforward pie that most people will immediately recognize as fast, quality pizza. Years of Papa John’s offerings have driven a few fundamentals into the mainstream, all of which are baked right into Jet’s slices too: a hearty helping of mozz, mostly smooth but never runny sauce(…that seems«bold» on at least one ingredient, whether garlic, onion, sugar or otherwise) and a notable crust. Offered up all day by the slice, the thing to try first is the 8 Corner Pizza(…“yes, rectangles have four, not eight, 90-degree intersections. That didn’t stop Jet’s from trademarking it otherwise though”…). A deep dish prepared conventionally(sauce under cheese), the edges have a welcome crispiness that seems to be comprised of baked cheese; fresh out of the oven, the cheese-only option easily beat out the pepperoni. The restaurant also offers a menu comparable to its competitors: round pizzas with a variety of toppings, bottled soda, wings, bread, and sandwiches(including calzones). Lunch specials are available daily until 3p and there are a number of promotions going on now via mailers and promo boxes inside of the store. Notes: * There’s a small waiting area indoors, but no dining space. It looks like a patio will be offered in the spring, but no tables have been placed just yet. * Coke products are served. * One of the slices mentioned above is about $ 1.70 right now.
