This Sbux is the best! The service was super friendly. Since it’s in the Hyatt lobby it’s not a store that honors gold card rewards but the barista wishes me a very happy birthday and gave me my PSL for free. Now that’s customer service!

Katrina, Robert and the am Starbucks crew are were it’s at. Like magic, I walk in, my favorite beverage is expertly prepared and the customer service is impeccable.

I was really impressed by how friendly the people working were. I didn’t feel rushed to order and just found everyone really likable in my three visits here!
My coffee was made just as I wanted it and for some reason tasted better than usual.
There are some things they aren’t able to do at this location, like accept coupons from your Starbucks account or rewards, or add money to your Starbucks card. I didn’t totally understand why but I think they have a different kind of license or plan for this location– maybe because they are in a hotel? But when I showed disappointment at not getting to use my coupon for a free new coffee, the person working went above and beyond to make me happy and that was really cool– I didn’t expect that and really appreciated it.

Staff are all very friendly, but seem like they’re all new-​hires — 2nd drink was made wrong (wasn’t decaf) and the re-​make was still the wrong size.

This Starbucks location is in the the Hyatt Downtown. It’s a major godsend on Sundays when the 6th and Olive location is closed, _​but_​the prices here are a bit higher (about $ 0.50) more.
Not sure if that’s due to hotel taxes or something, or if they just jacked them up due to a majority of their business being from hotel guests? It’s a mystery, because they do not provide an itemized receipt. I’m guessing it’s a little of both.
